Zachary’s Thorne Garden
Arina Hawthorne, the daughter of an Earl, is one of the most mysterious figures in high society according to Duke Zachary Cerano, who is nicknamed cruel and merciless yet highly sought after due to appearance and status.
She is beautiful and wise lady that anyone would dream to marry, but she is a cold and curt. Those who have met her claim that there is nothing scarier than her gaze. Duke Zachary doesn’t believe any of that though, considering he has been infatuated with her since childhood.
To him, she is single-handedly the most mysterious yet intriguing person he had ever met. From the way she fumbles over her words when she’s alone practicing how to talk to people, or the little ways of kindness she shows off. Or perhaps even the little celebration she does after she thinks she successfully managed to hold a conversation with someone!
Not to mention the other unsolved mysteries around her. How did she become a fashion prodigy with her triplet brothers by the age of five? Why is she so interested in magic? What are faeries? What exactly goes on in her mind? Why doesn’t she, or anyone, understand he’s proposing to her? Why does he keep falling in love with her the more time goes on? How many bunnies does she actually have? According to him, so far it’s fifteen and counting! Don’t tell anyone that his favorite is “Mr Bunberry”.
—————
Welcome, welcome! In case it wasn’t clear by the synopsis, Arina is a triplet and the daughter of an Earl or count. She isn’t able to socialize well and is thus deemed cold by society but she actually wants to make friends.
This does have themes of reincarnation as tagged, and all three of the triplets have been reincarnated. This is mainly focused on Arina, but sometimes may have side-character development.
Cannot confirm this is a straight-friendly novel, as it’s quite obvious from the way some of the characters act. So if you’re homophobic, please do not pick up!
If you’re unopen to slowburn, lgbt, magic, reincarnation, romance, multiple character (side-character) development, nobility, bunnies, or swearing I do not recommend picking this up.
It is recommended to try at least five chapters before deciding to drop, review, or pick up the novel in order to prevent you from hating or liking only a chapter and deciding to stick with it.
