Nigel stood outside the shack, watching the far stretch of the icy, snowy wasteland, his thought as lost as the bodies of the people that had tried to leave the Below in search of 'greener' pastures. If only they had known that the entire Iceland was just a sole island in the northern hemisphere.

"Is she asleep?" Nigel asked, as Kah Mal walked out of the shack.

"Yeah. She's asleep."

"Great."

"Shall we set off then?"

"I'll take my leave now. Annabelle is looking for me."

"Good luck Nigel."

White approached the Lower Half, thinking of life after their job. It would be a dream come true. He'd finally be able to meet his family again. The quiet Kaleb, the observant Pietro, the motherly Ophelia, Hale… well, he did miss his loud rascal behavior. Then he also missed Ronin. And most importantly, the one he wanted to see the most was…

"Lost in thought again?" The voice of Annabelle cut through his thoughts. Nigel groaned and turned. He had the habit of losing himself in his thoughts, something that he'd been warned about several times.

"Annabelle, how may I help you?"

"The Alpha awaits us."

"Then let's go." Nigel said, walking ahead into the early morning sun.

"Um…the base is the other way.
