The revulsion she felt when men approached her was too strong, to the extent that it seemed strange to her.

When she touched Mara to return the dagger or when Ravin came up to her, she never felt the rejection she felt now. 

'Was I like this before?'

One part of her considered it "strange", while the other part considered it "normal".

'Why are my emotions so conflicting?'

Several times she felt that her thoughts collided in certain areas and in others they came together perfectly, like now.

She felt no fear or panic in situations where she was at a disadvantage or surrounded by potential enemies. She saw no reason to fear them, and this overconfidence came from deep within her.
