Chapter One- First day of a new term

It was just like any other day for Selena Marsh. She would first make it through her day by letting her mum know that she would be up for school. This is so that it wouldn't be a problem to then get her brother up. She was a member of one of the most powerful wizard families and her mum and dad would be so proud of her if she didn't skip classes too much. She seems to go to school but she would rather spend it with her friends. She would know how to make breakfast and most everyday things with just the touch of her wand that she had been given to her by Old Ollivander.

"I think that school will be good enough this year" she said very confidently. Her mum replied with the look that most mums give you when you think of something that will go wrong. Her mum was one of those sophisticated mothers that wouldn't let you do many things that you wish to do as a teenager. So then Selena thought of getting something for her friends' birthday, making sure that she would get her the most amazing present. "Could I get something for Abbey's birthday please mum?" she asked politely. This time round, her mum actually let her do it for once and she was as happy as a dog when it gets a treat.

Selena had finally got everything ready for the new term at Hogwarts and then made her way to the train station but before heading there straight away, she stopped to go get a present for her best friend Abbey. She was Selena's best friend ever since they met in first year. Now going into their fifth year, they would be inseparable in classes such as potions and quidditch as Selena was a seeker and Abbey was a beater. Sometimes they would never take quidditch seriously but they wouldn't want being put into detention again.

After getting Abbey's birthday present, she made her way to Hogwarts and was ready to have a fantastic new term. "LET'S GOOOO!" she cried and Abbey agreed with her response. This was just the beginning of her story of how she would become the best witch ever. How would you feel if you had a choice whether to be a good witch or a bad witch?
