1 Chapter 1 Reincarnation: My name is Seikai Uzumaki(OC)

Lying in the bed was an 18-year-old young man, wearing an oxygen mask and connected to various tubes and needles. His eyes had black rings around them, due to the lack of sleep, or how fatigued he was. His head was shaved, leaving him bald. Around him were balloons and posters saying "farewell" and "goodbye".

His name is *Blank*, and he is 18 years old. He lives in the city of Boston and is currently staying in one of the best hospitals in the country. All he can think about is the latest and final chapter of his life. "I can't believe that my life might end soon," the boy said with a melancholic expression on his face.

"I wish I had more time to live. At least until Boruto is over, or until the remake of the Naruto anime is finished. There are so many things I still want to do, and so many regrets I have," said the boy, sighing.

*Knock*

Lifting his body, the boy begins to ask who was there. "Yes!? Who is it," I asked. At first, I was silent for a moment before my heart skipped a beat when hearing the voice.

 "Hey, it's Nurse Blackwood. I'm sorry that your mother couldn't make it to the appointment. She couldn't make it on time because something urgent happened at work. I hope you understand," said the busty nurse.

Closing his eyes, the boy begins to frown, he already knew this, and wasn't surprised or disappointed. "it's fine Mrs. Blackwood. There's no need to need to feel bad about something that is out of your control. My mother is a busy woman, after all, he said weakly while coughing up some blood. Hearing the boy's violent coughs, the woman started to panic.

"Are you okay, Blank?" exclaimed the nurse worriedly. After reassuring the kind and busty nurse, the young man wiped the blood off his mouth and said, "I'm fine, Kat," with a reassuring smile.

He couldn't hear anything else that the nurse was saying. It was as if his senses were shutting down. "What the hell... Am I... Yeah, I am," said the boy, while uttering his last words.

Scene change

In the village of Konoha, a red-haired woman named Uzumaki Kushina is giving birth. She is one of the survivors from Whirlpool Village. Her husband, Minato Namikaze, also known as the Fourth Hokage and the Yellow Flash of the Leaf Village, is beside her. As Kushina experiences intense pain, Minato tries to remove her hand from his, concerned that she may accidentally hurt him. Biwako Sarutobi realizes the gravity of the situation and becomes serious. The life of the child could be at risk. She instructs Minato to ensure that Kushina's seal is intact. The delivery was fine for the most part, till they saw the baby's hand... It was abnormal. You could see the child's hands that took the appearance of Claw, of some type of beast hand Kushina and Minato were confused, but Biwako was surprised in the slightest that it was normal for a child born from a jincjuriki to inherit some of the characteristics of the beast.

Before they could say anything, a masked man interrupted them. The events in canon Naruto unfold the same way at this point.

Time skip

MC POV

As I opened my eyes, I saw a giant figure with a nail in my face. Blood trickled down, and I looked to see where it was coming from. Being impaled were none other than Kushina Uzumaki and Minato Namikaze the fourth Hokage. The two legendary shinobi were looking at me with so much love and pity. "Seikai, Mommy is sorry that she will be leaving you alone in this cruel world. Don't be a picky eater, just eat a lot so you can become big and strong. And make sure you take a bath every day, and stay warm too. Make sure to get plenty of sleep. It's important to have a few close friends, so focus on cultivating meaningful relationships. Although I wasn't particularly good at studying, I hope you inherited your father's handsome face and his intelligence as well. If people make fun of your red hair, ignore them. Your hair is beautiful, so be proud of it, said Kushina.

I was so preoccupied with the realization that I had been reincarnated into the Naruto universe that I ignored Kushina's advice. I couldn't help but think about all the possibilities for change and improvement. I looked around for Naruto but soon realized that I had taken his place in this universe. Suddenly, Minato's voice interrupted my thoughts. He chuckled and said, "That's your talkative Mom for you, Sekai. She already said everything he needed to say."

On that day... Minato Namikaze and Kushina Uzumaki died

Time Skip Six years later

We see a small boy with a kneck length and long shaggy spikeless red hair, his face is like a pearl, without any birthmarks or blemish, and he is sitting on a swing while eating a sandwich and reading a book about chakra. He was surrounded by two Anbu flanking him on both sides. All the villagers just looked at the boy disgustedly and warned their children not to play with him. The anbu looked at the boy confused as to why the young child wasn't bothered by their glares and harsh whispers.

The boy was feeling irritated and annoyed due to the presence of the villagers. He just wanted to enjoy his sandwich, read his book, and appreciate the weather, but it seemed he couldn't even do that. He closed his book, got off the swing, and went to find another quiet space. The two Anbu silently followed him, and one of the villagers picked up a rock before hurling it at the young boy. However, the Anbu quickly saw the attack and began defending the boy, slicing through the rock. One of the Anbu walked to the young boy, wondering him if he was ok."Master Sekai! Are you okay? Are you hurt?" asked the worried ANBU.

"Yes, I'm fine," said Sekai with a smile.
