Concluding the explanation of the alchemy veins and formation engraving physique, Jilui says,

"Now that we explained the necessary informations to you, you can begin the first realm of cultivation Body Tempering! The peak of the body tempering is birthing the body mind. When this happens you can begin with the second realm of the foundations realm the vein tempering realm!

"If you achieve the qi-physique the your body tempering realm is at perfection! But achieving the qi-physique is more complicated and difficult, especially for you who has a unique physique! But if you want we can explain it to you then or you can look in book for these informations.

"Then, the vein tempering, the second realm, as well as the soul tempering realm, the third realm, is divided in early, mid, late, peak and perfection! At the early stage of vein and soul tempering is called the veins/soul cleansing stage. There you cleanse the veins and soul of impuritites that you gained through your life.

"The mid stage is called the veins/soul enlargement stage. In this stage you will enlarge your veins and soul. But you have to carefully in this stage. Your are tempering your veins for the first time, so they are not strong enough to withstand sudden and large enlargement, the same with your soul.

"The late stage is called veins/soul strengthening stage and in this stage you will strengthen your soul and veins. You probably have some question regarding the more specific method of the stages, but this I will not explain. There are many cultivation methods in the world and many have differents ways to cultivate, so once you decided on a cultivation method you will know correctly how to cultivate!

"Now the peak stage. The peak stage is called veins/soul tempered & birthing vein/soul mind and like the name sais in this stage you have finished tempered your veins and mind respectively and also birthed the mind for them.

"But this is more like a condition than a stage. The real tempering to peak stage is between late and peak stages, where you repeat the early, mid and late stages till you birth a mind! When you are at the peak stage, you can be considered finished with this realm and can move on to the next! At last the perfection stage. This is the most difficult and one can only be at the perfection stage, when one has a the qi-center of this stage.

"For example when you are in the vein tempering realm, you have to achieve qi-veins to be at the perfection stage. The same is with the soul realm! Like we already explained for the body tempering realm, if you really want to achieve qi-centers we explain it more throughly later or you can go to the library! The cultivation method you choose has probably also a few informations about this!

"Before we continue, let´s have a small break, so that you can take a small breath and digest the new learnings",

said Jilui smiling while getting the confirmation from her husband and son.

After a short pause of taking a breath and thinking about the explained realms the talk about the foundation realms continues,

"The fourth realm is the dantian tempering realm in which you temper you dantian. But before the fourth realm and after the third realm is an own realm, but because there happens not much it is only called half-step realm, to be more accurate the third/fourth realm, the half-step dantian tempering realm.

"In this half-step dantian realm you will birth the dantian before you can temper it. Only naturall that this realm exist right, hahaha!!! How it precisely function will also explained in you cultivation method!

"Now to the last and fourth realm in the foundation stage. In the dantian tempering realm like you probably already thought, you temper the dantian in the same way you temper your veins and soul, with the exception of the peak and perfection stage, because you can temper your dantian in the core realms, that are after the foundation realms, further!

"But you don´t have to worry about the stages after the body tempering realm, for now. Because after you birth your body mind you can choose an cultivation method to temper your veins, soul and birth your dantian, where also everything is explained in detail! For that we need to first ask the sect, then they have to test you and so on. This will need some time and you don´t have to bother about this yet.

"Like we already said, after the foundation realms come the core realms, which begins with the qi condensation realm! But this does not matter right now and you should only begin learning about the core realms when your at the dantian tempering stage."

Smiling first to her husband, Reirhua and then to her son, Jinhua, Jilui says with a broad smile,

"Now, after a long explanation you will begin finally your first cultivation session!!!"
