Jinhua noticed that his father finished talking and because he wants to start to cultivate he asks excited,

With a broad smile Jinhua´s mother takes a translucent bottle with pills out and says happily,

"We explained many things to you and now you can start. The pills in this bottle are the body tempering pills and you should take them after you activated the room.

"After you started the formations your body will under pressure. The important thing is to withstand the pressure, this will give you a better effect! The formation will pressure your entire body, that means also your internal organs, blood, flesh and muscles.

"The best is to do some excersices. This helps the tempering too. Then when you think your body is near its limit you can eat one body tempering pill."

After a few seconds for Jinhua to process the previous word, Jilui continues with a more serious tone,

"I personally made these pills so they are very high-grade. Because of that you can not just take two or three together! Remember this! This is really important! You can only eat one after your are near your body´s limit!

"The first requirement is to have sufficient strength, that say to have a sufficient cultivated the body tempering realm. The training you do is for this requirement.

"The second one is to have precise controll of this strength. For this requirement you will train in our practice field outside. There are many equipment installed that you can use."
