Birth of the Body Mind(3)

A few days passed and Jinhua has his physical power completely under control!

Though just because of this he does not slack off. In fact at the moment he is training at the Punching Machine to perfect his control over his physical strength!

The automatic voice of the Punching Machine appeared,

"Please punch with 74.2 percent of your power."

Hearing the voice Jinhua get´s in position again. With seat all over his body and hard breathing because of fatigue he tries to punch with 74.2 percent of his power!

Boom!

The airflow distorts and a little shockwave appears after the impact.

"You punched with 74.2 percent of your power, congratulation! Do you want to try again?"

Jinhua heard the voice and a smile became visible on his face. But he has no time to be happy.

His body suddenly emits a bright light and begins to twitch.

His skin emits heat, his muscles are cramping, his flesh is burning and his bone are creaking!

Because of the pain Jinhua falls on the ground and groans.

If not for the daily body cultivation of his and the pain he had to withstand for the last six weeks he would probably already unconsciousness.

Even the experience of his past life does not help. After all he never gone such an extreme physical training or some kind of pain training!

The pain get´s stronger and stronger till his mind goes blank, but in the next instant he sees a new world before him!

He stands in this world with his physical body though he has his body also in the real world.

In the world Jinhua can only see white with some tranculecnt lines. Other than this there is nothing else!

But! In the next moment the whole world starts to shake. In the real world his body starts to emit a even brighter light and the world where Jinhua is in the moment starts to change!

In the white world moving pictures and videos are appearing and an translucent but visible energy is emited from Jinhua´s body.

Seeing the magical view around him he can only mutter some word,

"Body mind... Realizing One Self... and this..."

Trying to catch the new energy he emits Jinhua can only mutter again,

"Mind energy..."

'I birthed successfully my body mind! And because I already achieved the mental cultivation 'Realizing One Self' my mind directly evolved!

'I can now see every one of my memories, even the one that I forgotten. And I can materialize mental energy!', after thinking about his newly birthed body mind, Jinhua tries to leave his body mind.

Instinctively knowing how, with one thought his view changes and his true body opens it´s eyes.

The bright light Jinhua´s true body emited already vanished. Jinhua looks around just to find nobody.

This is only normally, after all his parents are currently in cultivation and just because of some energy emission of soemone in the foundation realms they would not stop.

In fact, they probably never noticed his breakthrough. For them a foundation cultivator is just an ant they could kill with a single thought!

Besides that nobody is near him, which calms him down, after all most people would notice that he not just made a normal breakthrough! He also notices the changes that he undergone.

His vision is gotten multiple times better, he has now perfectly control over his body and besides when he get´s an huge improvement of his body, he never has to adjust to his strength anymore. That is also one of the perks of the body mind!

Jinhua can also now interact with formations and the like. Though he could use them without touching, through his materialized mental energy. He will for a time connect with them, per physical contact.

Cultivator who only have a normal body mind, without mental cultivation can only use physical contact and transfer their invisible mental energy through this method!

But the most important use of his body mind is to see in himself! With using his mental energy Jinhua can now see his physical condition from the inside. That means he can see his blood, muscles, flesh, bone and most importantly his cultivation veins!

With that he can now begin to cultivate a cultivation method!
