Unexpected Situation

It was like any other day, Jack went to work like he has done for over a year now. Jack is in his early 20's he had an average build being slightly taller then most people his age. He has messy black hair and a slightly messy beard that was no longer than a few inches. His face to him was average but he as heard people say he's handsome but never could see how.

It was just as boring today like every day he worked, besides getting moved to the the third floor nothing interesting happened. His head was full of thoughts about his games and wanting work to be over. The reason he took this job was to buy more games to fill his boring life with some excitement. He went to grab some items close to a railing that separated the third floor from a straight drop to the ground floor.

Unfortunately it wasn't like how it was made and he leaned on it to much and it gave way. Last thing he knew was that the ground beneath him disappeared.

He wakes up in what looks to be a pitch black room with only his immediate surroundings lit up. He tried to peer into the darkness but to no avail. He tried walking but he couldn't tell if he was moving forward or just walking in place.

Just as he opens his mouth a voice fills his ears.

"That's enough I am here to explain what's going on."

The voice sounded far but close and couldn't be distinguished from male or female. Jack looked around to see where the voice was coming from. He froze when he saw the figure floating about a foot off the ground. It was twice his size and had a red robe with gold trimmings the hood pulled over its head like the ones in his games. Jack tried to see the face of the thing but was meet with darkness.
