Chapter 80

Marcus leaned in and caught the dripping blood on his tongue. The contact was cool, almost soothing, fooling Jesse for a second into relaxing. That lasted only for a moment, though, only until Marcus clamped his mouth around the fresh wound and sucked. Hard.

Jesse had to bite the inside of his cheeks to keep from screaming. It was worse, so much worse, than any bite he had experienced before. At the moment, it seemed worse than anything he had been forced to endure, period. It felt like more of a violation than anything. Marcus had been completely uninterested in using Jesse’s body sexually, and he never seemed aroused by what was going on. But for Jesse, this was a sexual act. An act that belonged to Gideon.

Marcus lifted his head and looked at Jesse with a grotesque, red smile. The urge to scream was replaced with sharp nausea, and he opened his mouth, but there was nothing in his stomach except a little water, and his midsection cramped.
