Priscilla scoffed, "Leftovers? What are you talking about?"

Emmaline wondered how they could have ever been friends. 

She had confided in Priscilla and trusted her… But now she couldn't even imagine how she could have believed this woman. 

From the smirk on Priscilla's lips, it was obvious that she thought Emmaline wouldn't say or do anything. 

All these years, Emmaline had quietly borne their little torments and had ignored them. 

Priscilla definitely thought Emmaline would just roll over and let her win this time.

A sort of rage fuelled calm descended over Emmaline. 

Enough was enough. 

"Let me make this clear," Emmaline looked at Malcolm, "You cheated on me to date Priscilla and now you want to jump ships again?"

She folded her arms and rolled her eyes, "What do you think I am? A hotel? You think you can check out and check in whenever you like?"
