'Why me? What did I do to you?' she sobbed in front of the man who had the entire country in his control. 'Shh baby girl. If there's one thing you need to know, I always get what I want', he whispered in her ear while his large hands wiped the tears of her ethereal face carved by the Gods themselves.

'I beg you, please let me go...Please I want to go back', she begged him helplessly. He stares at her for a few seconds and then gently nuzzles himself in the crook of her neck and growled in a predatory tone, 'You are mine.'

CHARACTER INTRODUCTION

Massimo Milano - The ruthless mafia King of entire Italy. Has all the powerful men under the control of his fingers. The greatest mafia leader, Italy had ever seen. Melina Armelle - The happy, innocent girl with a sad past. Her father was murdered by a gang member and not long after, her mum died of heartbreak. Grew up in a home where she met her best friend Leonard with whom she later falls in love with. Leonard disappears from her life one day suddenly and she carries on with her life and goes to University to earn a degree in medicine. Leonard makes an entry into her life suddenly and she accepts him in her life unaware of the dangerous decisions of his life, that had changed his identity. All went smooth and happy until one day, she stumbles upon a mysterious stranger who changes her course of life forever.

Leonardo Lorenzi - A boy abandoned from birth who found love and happiness in the arms of Melina. Grew up in the same orphanage as Melina. Everything went well until one day when he learned that he was none other than the son of the once Mafia Lord of Italy. Chooses to follow in the footsteps of his father and succeeds in making a mark in the mafia world. After he earned his place in the Mafia world, he goes back to his lady and longs to return to the world they once belonged to: that of love and passion. Does he have what it takes to have it all?
