Chapter 19

Sunmi was buried in the wall of the basement she was killed by her stepmother as she would hate her but after being aware of the cruel act of his wife Dong Hyun didn't show any remorse regarding the painful death of his daughter. He mercilessly bored her behind the wall and that's the reason why Sunmi wasn't able to find peace because she was in pain.

Her biological mother had committed suicide as she couldn't bear the pain of losing her daughter neither she could fight against Dong Hyun's power. Sunmi decided to approach Jimin as he was the only one who could help her to reveal the real face of Dong Hyun. While after getting the postmortem report police came to know that Sunmi was killed with a sharp knife. Although they couldn't find the knife her dead body was proof in itself that she was mercilessly killed by her family. The case was reopened. Her friends and neighbors revealed in testimony that her stepmother would often torture her and locked her in the room. Lee Ding Hyun was finally arrested as well as his second wife. They both were sentenced to death.

Mr. And Mrs. Kim were left alone as none of them was ready to forgive them. While today Jimin had held a funeral for Sunmi to say her a last goodbye. After hearing about the life Sunmi had spent Jimin started to feel his pain lesser he started to see the things from the opposite point of view he would often see until now.

Standing at the balcony he was holding the doll in his hand staring at them numbly he was waiting to see Sunmi for the very last time. He was lost in his thoughts when he heard her voice. "Thank you, Jiminie, for obtaining the promise you had made with me," Sunmi said standing beside him. The memories of the past wandered in his mind and he hear ached when he looked at her but for the very first time, he had seen a serenity on her face.  Her killers were now punished for their sins and she was getting her final goodbye that's all she was desiring for two years."I'm the one who should be grateful," Jimin said staring at her with his teary eyes.

"You want to ask me something," Sunmi said observing his face.

Jimin nodded, "Why do you make me dream about Chaerin?" He asked. Although he had left no anger for Sunmi the dream about Chaerin was still bothering him.

"No, It wasn't me, It was your fear of losing her," Sunmi replied. The corner of her lips moved upward in a vague smile and she looked at the sky with her drenched eyes "Do you know whenever they would lock me in the room I would thought about you, The time I had spent with you were the only good memories for me, You were my hope before I died and after my death. I'm sorry that you had to suffer because of me," Sunmi said caressing his cheeks.

"Don't say sorry whatever happened in our lives was our fate. We were destined to go through all of this," Jimin said. Held her hand. "But I hope that now you'll find your peace," He said.

"Don't make her wait anymore," Sunmi suddenly started to speak about Chaerin and Jimin couldn't understand how should he react.

"Chaerin is waiting for you for a very long time doesn't make her wait anymore, A beautiful life is waiting for you so hold every moment tightly and let yourself live a life you deserve," She said suddenly disappeared when Chaerin entered the balcony.

"I think we should go to the funeral parlor," She said patting on his shoulder. Jimin looked at her carrying the love in his eyes Chaerin had never seen before he came closer to her every moment he had spent with everything act she had done for him wandered in his mind and he realized how much time he had lost but he decided not to waist any further.

Gazing at her face he was trying to peak inside of him. Today he was growing desires for her he was carving for her love and it seemed that the sky had started to fall the water merely to celebrate their victory against the time which were stopping them to love each other. "Omo, It's raining Jimin let's go inside," Chaerin said she turned back to leave but holding her hand Jimin made her stop.

She had never felt her heartbeat this much louder as it was today every part of her body was feeling his touch as slowly he was caressing his hands on her cheeks cupping her face he came closer to her. The droplets of the water from his lips were dripping on her his warm breath was blending with the coldness of the rain kissing on her face.

She firmly grasped held his collar tightly firmed her griped she made herself stand on her tiptoes as Jimin put his soft plump lips. She ran her fingers in his silky hair covered his long neck through her arms when Jimin gave his tongue in her mouth. They kissed each other for the next few seconds she then detached herself looked at his passionate gaze piercing her soul.

"Date me Kim Chaerin, Because I love you so much, I know I made you wait for a long time but not anymore I want to spend every next minute of my life with you," Jimin said in a raspy voice.

Chaerin was gasping, Her long wait of years finally had ended the man she loved from the age when she had realized the meaning of loving someone was Noe standing in front of her and proposing to her. She was feeling as today heaven had come to earth.

"Park Jimin remember I won't let you leave my hand once you hold it," Chaerin said deeply gazing at him with a never-seen smile on her face. Her eyes were sparkling and the shine in her eyes was a thousand times more attractive than the sparkle of the diamond.

"That's all I want in my life. I want to walk while holding your hand," Jimin said tugging her wet hair behind her ears.

"Today I'm the happiest girl in the world, Park Jimin proposed to me," She was yelling in happiness.

Jimin hugged her tightly after spending a few more minutes together they both arrived at the

Funeral and paid their respect. A huge crowd had come to pay respect to Sunmi as the case had earned so much attention. While Jimin never got those nightmares again. He took the business management course and decided to take care of his company by himself. While Mr. and Mrs. Kim had become bank corrupt they both had tried to ask for forgiveness but thier sins were too cruel to forget although Jimin was helping him in living Taehyung, Namjoon, and Seokjin weren't able to forgive them. Taehyung and Jungkook were moved together in a new apartment. Chaerin and Jimin were started to live together as well. He had finally achieved the life he was dreaming to live and slowly with time Chaerin's unconditional love had healed all his wounds.
