19 She on kept dreaming
That day Mrs Smith and Ronnie both were happy. Mrs Smith felt satisfied. At night she could sleep peacefully the whole night. She kept dreaming that Ronnie is her great-grandchild and he played in the garden of the manor.
On the other hand, Zinu was in a disaster. Ronnie had bought a lot of things, which could not fit her room. She was living in a very small house. It has only two bedrooms and a guest room. She had converted the guest room to his study room. It has some essential pieces of furniture. Now, with all the new things she couldn't find a place to keep them. She and her mother had to shift their own things to one room and made space for Ronnie's toys and other items. As she was setting the things the doorbell rang. Ronnie opened the door and squealed.
"Second granny, I have won the award. Now you have to give me my gift. "
Mrs Angel smiled. "Sure my dear. Tomorrow I will take you to the market. Now, are you happy? "
"Yes! " Ronnie clapped his hand and start dancing.
Zinu saw his son helplessly. She said rubbing her forehead, "Everyone doted on him so much that someday he would be a spoilt brat. Today he accepted all these gifts from an old lady. Aunt is it good for him to be pampered by all of is? "
Mrs Angel said, "Don't worry Zinu. Our Ronnie is a very intelligent boy. He knows what is bad for him. He will be a big boy within a few years. Let's pamper him. He deserves it. By the way, how was his song? "
"It was so sweet. Everyone present there praised him. Someone asked him to join the film industry. Thank you, aunt."
"Zinu, no need to thank me. He is like my grandson. He has good potential. If only we
can enrol his name in the famous 'Music Academy'. But now we have to wait for some more time. "
'Music Academy' was the best music school in the country. It accepts admission only after an audition. Ronnie impressed the judges of the audition, by showing his singing skill but could not enrol himself, as the fees were too high.
Although Zinu was working as a permanent employee in her company, the salary was not that high that she could afford the fees. She had to do overtime duty to manage the expenses. Ronnie's school fees, her mother's treatment and other daily necessities need a huge amount of money, for which she had to struggle very hard.
She felt her heart pains when Ronnie used to say to her that he doesn't like the toys which other children have. Her eyes didn't miss the pain on his eyes. She knew Ronnie is very understanding kid. He never threw tantrums for anything.
Zinu wanted to give him everything he deserves. That was the reason that Zinu wanted to do a job in the largest multinational company, 'Smith Enterprise'. She heard that the salary of a simple receptionist of that company was much more than a manager of other companies.
Every year 'Smith enterprise' held interviews for different posts. They used to hire a highly qualified and experienced person for the post. Zinu applied for a post last year also but declared not eligible. This year she didn't want to apply, but Dolly didn't listen to her. She herself filled the online form and posted on behalf of Zinu. Surprisingly this year Zinu's form accepted and she got a call letter for interview. The interview would be held on tomorrow. Zinu was nervous for the interview, but Dolly encouraged her.
Mrs.Angel and Dolly helped her so many times. They are like another family to her. They denied taking the rent from her after the birth of Ronnie.Mrs. Angel was like the second grandmother of Ronnie.
When she got knew that Ronnie had an interest in singing, she took initiative to teach him the basics of music. She herself took online courses of music. She had a music school, but now it is closed. She wanted to help Ronnie to get admission to the music school, but they too could not make it.
"Aunt, I don't know if I would be able to get that job or not but if I get the job, then it will be easier for me to get him enrolled. Otherwise, I don't know what to do."Zinu sighed.
" Zinu dear, please don't be sad. I am quite sure you would get that job. If not then we would think other ways. Don't worry. Now take rest. "Mrs Angel said and left.
Sofia cooked dinner and called them. After having dinner, they slept. Zinu could not sleep. What if she doesn't get the job? How would she give Ronnie everything which he deserves? Should she return to her father and claim for her shares? No. She could not take anything from that cheater. Buli used to inform her about everything.
From here, she came to knew that her father was ill and Jullie became the power of attorney and now she got all the power of her father's company.
Last week Camilla and Rian engaged. Buli also informed her that her boyfriend has joined the 'Royale hotels ' as per her plan. So, she was sure that he would get the information about the man they were searching for many years. She tried to get all the CCTV footage of that day with the help of her boyfriend, but they found that the hotel's system was crushed by an unknown virus.
