13 It was a mild attack

"What happened, boss? " Charlie asked.

"My grandma has got a heart attack. Drive fast. We have to go to City hospital."

.          After one hour, they reached the hospital. John ran to the ward where his grandmother was admitted.

" Grandma, how are you feeling now? If you were sick, then why did you go to my house? You should take care of yourself. "John said with a frown.

" Oh, my dear grandson. Don't worry. The doctor said it was a mild attack. "She smiled weakly.

" I am going to speak to the doctor. You take rest. Aunt Fue, please take care of her for me" John said as he left the room.

            John's grandmother lived alone in her own manor. She has her own security guards, a lot of servants and a few good breed of dog. She has a loyal maid, Miss Fue, who was serving her for thirty years. Mrs Ruby Smith was also a ruthless businesswoman. She tried to build up the Smith enterprise single-handedly after the death of her son and daughter in law, who was the parents of John.

          She had an early marriage. She married Oliver Smith when she was sixteen years old. Four years after her marriage, her husband died. She had to go to many harsh conditions due to the death of her near and dear one. Oliver Smith started his business in the textile field. Within three years it was flourished. So, his rivals were tried to dominate him. But elder Smith was not a fool. He defeated everyone. When they could not defeat him, they started to do some underhand activities. But he was a good businessman. He could destroy all his rivals and his business become more successful.

            One night when he was returning his home, a truck hit his car, and the car smashed. Although he was immediately taken to the hospital, doctors declared him dead due to excessive blood loss.

              John's father, Victor was only three years old at that time. So, it was not easy for Mrs Ruby to raise him along with the business left by Oliver. She tried hard to maintain the markets of her husband's business. She knew many tactics of business. So, within five years she could build 'Smith Enterprise'.

            When her son took the rein of the business, she thought that now she could retire. But, she didn't know what fate would bring to her.

After the marriage of her son, she increased the security for her family. She bought a manor and shifted there. She knew that her husband's death was not a normal death. It must be a planned murder. She didn't want to repeat history. But, was it in her hand? John was only two years old at that time.

             One night, John's parents were returning from a relative's marriage party which was in a different city. On the way, they were hit by a truck and their car thrown to a river, which was very deep. A rescue team searched for them for a week, but they didn't get any trace of the car. So they had to take help of national level diver and at last, found the car and dead body of John's father. His mother's body was missing.

              They searched for more than fifteen days with no success. At last all, the hopes were diminished and his mother death was declared. Because it was not possible that anyone could survive in that situation.

                 Mrs Smith got such a shock that she could not cry also. It was like her life became a desert, where she could not find any hope of life. She hoped to die with them. It was not easy to bear a loss of husband and, son, daughter-in-law, in such a situation, when she was only in her age of fifty  How she felt that time, is only can be felt by them who lost their dearest one.

                    Although she wanted to die, couldn't. Two years old John was with her under her care. So, she controlled all her emotions and started a new life with her grandson. He was her only ray of hope. She didn't want to separate him from her, but she knew that this country was not safe for her.

                    So, she contacted her cousin in country B and send him to boarding school there secretly. During his study period, she neither visited him, not she let him come here. Her cousin was has applied for legal guardianship for the study period. After successfully completed all his studies John returned to the country with new strategies of the business.

                    He, built his own empire of business, with the name 'Smith Enterprise'. His grandmother was very happy for his success but was very much alert for his security. She had appointed ten highly trained secret guard for John. She had to keep it secret from him because John didn't like to follow by so many guards. He used to take four guards with him, only for his grandmother's nagging. If he could know that ten more secret guards were following him everywhere.

                    As John met the doctor, he told John about the condition of his grandmother. He told John that it was a mild attack due to hypertension. She could go home within two days. The doctor advice other things for his grandmother.

                    John sighed in relief. He loved his only family, his grandmother dearly. He would not be able to bear if something happens to her.

                       Two days John lived in the hospital with his grandmother and he only attended all his meetings and office work, after her discharge from the hospital only.
