The Duke called an audience as when he reached his manor. His place were on ruined, all of his items were all stolen, and none of his maids and rest of staff were killed and mostly beheaded. No one survive from the attack of theives.
The bandit were known called ' Alpha Maxima. The identity of these bandits were merely unidentified, due to the new trend discovered items that able to hide identities. It is really a useful item that cost large pennies.
" He was relieved that then. Full of horrors in every corners had nothing in his care," Cax said, he remembered when he glanced his Duke, he saw 'his smirk' hid on his signature sympathy act.
" The situation is gotten worse than the last time. Alpha Maxima is terrorising acknowledgement now. They really utilize their situation." Fairol brushed a note on his leaves, a little fairy lighted its own body as a shared of a light of his writing and also for casting a spell.
" Alpha Maxima is not an ordinary group of bandit, they have multiple connections from higher ups. As much the coronation is getting near, the enemies of rising royals also raising its terror." Cax glanced his note and knitted his brows, instead of writing words on it, I is full of drawings. Birds in a one Flock and a bird with only one wing have.
" Your good at drawing but we're here for serious situation right now, skip that draws and do your task," Fairol horridly groan, task is what he bored the most and he doesn't give a slight like on it.

She withdraw her sword in a podium and tie her hair in front of the mirror. It's been week past since she planned to sneak. She was secretly grounded by his uncle due to the strict monitor by the minister for the VIPs. The Minister hates disobedient individual that only leads his way to the path where that person couldn't last any longer, not being killed nor murdered, but savagedly torture in his dark room.
The Minister is the control head of all places of the country, since the rightful heir of the crown, the last prince, doesn't reach his right age to rule and to take authority of his throne. It would be the Duke instead of the minister, but the Duke is against of the Crown Prince, who merely no solid proof of yearning him a title of becoming a royal. The Duke is also filed a candidacy of ruling as a royal, as a thought of far related to the fallen royals.
And the VIPs, are the chosen veiled person since born to serve the Royal, or able to marry the throne. And since, she is part of special Veiled lady in Veiled clan of persons, the minister is also eyeing for her every movement. And there is a possibility, her sneaky deals already arrived in Minister's ears. There are full of gossipers living in a human shape inside their big lair.
But because of his uncle, all the rumors about her, were stopped by his uncle, or yet, maybe the minister already know, but he doesn't put a care on her.
" I still don't get the wolves severe hunger at that moment. I still have no clues for the thing that triggers them.," She awfully said while wearing her school hat tightly.
" Sorry, I couldn't help in your case. Kiko will kick me out if I'm helping my student.," His sincere tone is a perfect suit in his innocent look.
" That mister—, he's always blocking me!" She almost crumpled her hat while positioning the pin on it. Damn, just the idea of that bastard really boiled her system. Since she graduated in her BYEBYE 'LAIR', bastard Khiko never fail to ruin her goal.
She heard him laugh that's why she glared him. "I'm not a clown, Clyde" wearing her cold tone to stop his laughing.
" Sorry... It was just cute to see you react like that—" he feels her dearly sarcastic glare " I'm not emphasizing your a clown, it just that hearing your disappoinment towards the new promoted half angel is hilarious." If not he's a child, he might already do something dark on him, like cutting his tongue.
" Why are you here? Did that bastard sent you here?" She's referring to Khiko, Khiko is one of the most bumble trash demon in the lair, his filthy mouth is what she hate the most.
"No. I came here all by myself." He truthfully respond. Clyde is a pure angel, no shared in half, and one of the youngest and was new when she was in her sophomore stage in the lair that time.
She creased her forehead, strange. Before she left the lair, the lair gave a memo which is one of the listed on the memo is monitoring. The monitor system of the lair towards the graduated souls is assigned for two skilled lair staff, whether a angel or a demon in half. Yet, hearing him say that is not really convincing. He's not here for monitoring her. " Then, what are you up to?... I heard a rule in the lair that you can't visit the human world without given permission or task or taking a mission, and the general rule also, you can't do it alone."
He smiled and brightly casted his summoning spell, to summon his wings, his true form as an angel. It just happen a few seconds when he's done his transformation, now his hand was holding a flute along with his golden white silk angel uniform.
She made an ow sound. This is the first time she saw him with his instrument. All angel and half were prohibited to show their powerful instrument. Because the instrument of an angel and half were ritualized in a right state of being to recognized its owner.
" I'm here to give you my flute." Still, she didn't hear him saying those things, her eyes were pinned on what is sticking on his hair. It is cute. A hairpin. A white snail with blue stone in the middle hairpin. He's a boy right? But he's so pretty cute in his outfit today.
" Hey, are you listening?" Damn, why the lair doesn't blessed her a kind of hairpin like that? It is so beautiful. And she couldn't be mistaken, that snail cost a great fortune in her journey. Snail are slow but there are reasons why most human attracted in snail specie or its cousin specie.
Clyde clapped his hands in front of her face that leads her to pull backwards. ' did I lose myself suddenly?'
" What did you sayin' a while ago?"
Clyde shook his head, she really did not listen. " I'm here to give you my flute. The system chose you to own my instrument for this timeline. This is what the promise reward of the lair."
What? She couldn't digest it properly. Yes, the instrument are powerful, but the instrument were connected to its owner, it was like a foundation of life of the owner.
" I won't, you could die" she wear her mocking tone in disapproval, she doesn't want to be the reason of death on a angel. It is a HUGE SIN, that cost more than a gold...
And there is no time for this drama right now, she can sense the clock is ticking, if she didn't attend her class today, she might fired up with a long term nagging, that she only wish of having a bed and a blanket to sleep with the annoying melody.
" This is yours ," he tried to lend it near to her, but she slapped his hand away, and turn her eyes on him, 'why having a young angel is bothering?'

" I don't own it. Keep it for yourself Clyde, and I excuse myself now, class is important than waiting for nagging later." And she can hear few footsteps closing to her bathroom door, totally, her lady in waiting is here to fetch her. And if her lady in waiting hear something noise inside the bathroom especially INPARTICULAR TONE OF ROOM MUSIC, 'unusual' noise will alert her lady in waiting' level and will add the problem.
