Fighting with a rat

After getting to the room, Raki tries to sleep. She has terribly tired of the whole the trip, but she couldn't close her eyes for a slight. She heard Agni's voice.

"Raki….. don't tell me I didn't mention you. There're 2 or 3 rats in the room. So don't yell at midnight."

"I'm not scared."

Agni's 2nd plan also became meaningless. However, after attending to his words Raki couldn't sleep the whole night. In her life, she most scared only for rats. No one noticed about that and she didn't even tell anyone.

"Is that true? Are there any rats in this room?"

She worried about that after hearing and quickly she got her footsteps into the headboard while holding her blanket.

"What should I do now?"

After discovering she noticed, she couldn't sleep tonight if it's true or not. Even still, she couldn't close her eyes. First, she thought to search still Agni sleeping or not. Until he left she stayed steadily while listening is there any sound coming from outside.

There isn't any sound. She picked up her blanket and pillow to the sofa in the living room. The house was in the middle of the jungle. It's a typical situation that house turns into cold in the night. Agni closed the blaze in the living room. There is another blaze that on Agni's room. She came slowly to the living room and covered the blanket in her whole body and fell asleep on the sofa.

Unexpectedly, Agni heard some footsteps and again sounds of a sneeze. So, he showed up to the living room. He thought Raki isn't seeming well, but when he learned the exact scene, he felt sorry about her. He never felt like this before for anyone.

"OMG… this dumb girl scared for small rats."

When he saw Raki sleeping on the sofa, he couldn't stop his laugh. 1st time he saw someone scared for rats.

"I can't let her sleep like this. Outside is terribly cold. She'll die."

Agni thought for a moment and without knowing to her, he removes Raki's blanket from her body. Suddenly he saw Raki's open legs.

"OMG .... what I'm doing?"

He blam for himself. In her whole life the first time, Agni saw a girl's open legs. In the mountain no one dress like this. Because of the cold Raki turn to his side. Agni looks at her face without blinking his eyes. He felt how cute she is.

"I wish if you belong to the mountain without the city."

Slowly he kisses her forehead and carried her in his own hand to his room. He let her sleep in his bed and put the more fire in the blaze. Agni slept on the sofa in the same room.

"Let's move fast to examine the patient."

Agni woke up right away and told it loudly because he assumed they'll get late. Raki also gets ready immediately, but she was in great confusion since woke up. She tries to recall, she fell asleep on the sofa last night, but how she turned to this room. She is entirely blank, but she didn't show or asked him.

"I'm ready."

When he found out that from Raki, he quickly moves from the house. Raki also picked up a small bag while she carried medicine. Not like yesterday, she figured out he is in a rush so, she didn't say anything. They had to move through a narrowed road, but they didn't have much to lead. There was a small bamboo bridge passing over a narrow river. When they pass over the bridge Raki saw another stone house.

"Get inside."

Because of Agni's hurry Raki move into the cave quickly and knock her head on a rock.

"Ah....."

"Careful….. this isn't like my house. It's extremely dark."

Agni turns into Raki and steadily rub her head. When they leave a few further steps towards the tunnel and discover a slight light. Quickly, Agni lights the room with a firelighter. Raki could watch the room properly now. She could catch merely only a bed in the room, and she couldn't recover any patient at the room.

"Where is the patient?"

She couldn't see anyone in the room.

"He is here."

He indicated another room located inside. After seen that Raki quickly moves to the room, and she collapsed after seen the room. She never ever saw like this incident in her an entire career. She couldn't leave a step, because her whole body turns into frozen.

"This.... This is a snake."

There isn't any patient, but there is a giant snake. She never saw like this snake, because he is magnificent that no one couldn't describe in terms. Because of the fear she couldn't talk perfectly. For a second, she felt she is in a dream, so she squeezes her own hand.

"Yes, this is my friend."

"I never care for a snake in my life. And… and this size. OMG… I'm sorry. I can't help you. Please, I can't do this. Don't tell me to go near."

Her fear turns into shake her body and she moves backward. Raki's body became wet, because of sweat.

"He isn't creepy. And now he is a snake, but he's a real human. Listen to me,"

"He could be a friend for you not for me. I'm trembling from here. How can I reach closer?"

Agni couldn't reach her near to his friend. She wanted to move outside. Agni couldn't even guess what to do next.

"Listen to me. I'm also coming. Let's go both and see him."

He stops Raki while holding her hand.

"I can't admit to you. Don't force me."

"Raki. Listen to me first. He's passing to die. Please do something. He sounds like a snake, actually, he's a human."

She couldn't refuse Agni's demand, but she never faces like this situation before and she never scared for a patient. Today's situation is unusual. Whatever she felt, her heart forced her to look upon the Agni's friend.

"Okay let's tell he's a human. He recognizes only you. Not me. If he eats when I'm dealing with."

"It's never taking place. I'm not staying until he does something. Don't be sacred. Let's go with me."

He didn't leave Raki's hand and insistently he took Raki near to the snake. Both lay near the injured place, but the snake didn't lead a bit. So, she went through a little warmth.

"I told you he isn't going to do anything, and he is sleeping properly."

Agni gave a sign of courage to the Raki and eventually, she assumes to deal with the snake. She placed the bag side that she brought on her back. She got every equipment she needs and put on the gloves to cover her hand.

"Are you sure this snake still sleeping?"

She glances into Agni and requested him to prove before she touches the snake body. Suddenly she discovered a ruff voice from the behind.

"I'm not sleeping. Who said that?"

"Who is talking?"

She noticed the voice isn't arriving from Agni. She took her hand from the snake and turn to the place that voice came. Agni knew that his friend work-up.

"I'm here."

Suddenly, Raki turns into a left side and looked at a scene that she never saw in her life. After seeing that she screams as plenty as she could and bury her face in Agni's chest. He couldn't manage his balance and seated on the floor with Raki.

"You told he's sleeping."

She vibrates continuously, because of the fear and she cried while covering her face. Agni couldn't even figure out what he should work out.

"I'm really happy before I die, I saw this. There is a girl in Agni's chest."

"Shut up Serpent. She's in a panic."

"who is this girl?"

"She moves from the capital. She came to treat you please don't scare her and Kalo send her."

Agni's explanation shut the Serpent mouth. However, he never expected to irritate Raki.

"This isn't the 1st time she is like this. So, shut up."

"That means this is the 2nd time."

Serpent said while laughing. Raki couldn't realize what they're talking, but she understood Serpent is a human. So, she turns from the Agni's chest slowly. And sat properly.

"I told you he isn't doing anything. He is joking."

Agni tries to calm her mind. He knew she panicked when she saw Serpent's reaction.

"Don't worry. I'm not going to eat like your skinny young girl."

Again, he pointed his snake face towards Raki for sacred her. Raki couldn't even control her sacred and again she stops in Agni's chest. However, Serpent was really happy after seen Raki's feared face with tears like Agni.

"Why are you sacring me? I came to treat your injured."

Raki couldn't stop her tears. When Serpent heard the words from Raki, he went through a little miserable and turn his face side.

"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to scare you, but 1st time I saw a girl in Agni's...."

"Serpent….. shut up. If you talk again, I'll kill you right now."

Agni understood what Serpent is struggling to express, so he stops him immediately while threating him. Serpent also shut her mouth, because he knew if Raki understood that if it's become painful to remain to Agni.

"Okay… okay, I'm not going to tell anything and I'm not going to answer anything."

Raki didn't expect him and she didn't answer anything.

"God promise."

Serpent said slowly, but Agni heard those words, he was delighted. Even he needed to treat his friend quickly because he knew he is in a serious position. After his promise Raki also seemed calmed. Until now she didn't take out her hands from Agni's cloths. Agni confirms his friend's words while putting his hand into Raki's head. Whatever happened, she thought to trust him. So, she started to treat him.

"Looks like injured happened by a kind of blade."

"Yes, we try to practice sword."

"I already clean his wound. Help me to bandage."

Raki couldn't bandage Serpent injured wound, so she asked help from Agni. Raki never treats a patient before, so she didn't have any idea what will arrive next. Because of the injection Serpent slept for a long time.

"I never treat like this patient. I have no idea how to find if he became okay."

"If he became better, automatically he'll change into a human."
