Sportacus returned with another blanket and covered her with it. His breath felt warm against her still frozen cheeks and when his blue eyes looked into her brown eyes, it was like her heart melted.

A flush of red crept up on her face and he looked at her concerned.

"Are you feeling okay? Your face is red. Are you too hot?" he asks feeling her forehead with the back of his hand.

This brought back memories of when Magnús did this and she felt her whole body burning yet she was still cold.

"No, I'm just," she stammered. "Embarrassed I guess. I'm sorry for asking you so many questions at once."

He smiled and leaned back to get a better look at her face. "It's not a problem. Be more careful next time."

"Don't think I'll be walking on ice again for a while," she awkwardly chuckled.

He flashed his charming smile and rubbed her shoulders warmly. "Be safe. I got to go. What was your name again?"

"Gemma," she said as she watched him run to the front door.

He waved goodbye and said it was nice meeting her and disappeared. She heard a noise outside and quickly got up to check it out. No doubt about it, the airship was right there in front of her. She blinked in unbelief and grabbed her phone on a nearby table and took quick pictures of the giant blue ship.

"Go figure," she breathed and watched it disappear. "Kirsten and Taylor arent going to believe this. Neither will Kim. Good thing I got pictures!"

Gemma shivers and closes the front door and sit in front of the fire on the floor and leans her back against the sofa. It was only noon and everything was happening so fast. A warm shower sounded good right now but she was exhausted from fighting to stay above the ice.

"I wonder when Magnús is supposed to be back. I wonder what his work is," she asked herself as she pulled up emails and sent a small paragraph and the photo attached to Kim."

After sending the email, Gemma laid her head back onto the sofa behind her and stared at the ceiling fan. Feeling drowsy she closed her eyes and eventually fell asleep.

On the other side of town, Magnús was working hard at his studio. His line of work? Film director.

"Magnús, I'm not hearing you correctly, am I?" Stefan, a good friend of his said shaking his head.

Magnús just told Stefan about him finding a woman on the side of the road last night nearly frozen to death and how he brought her to his place.

"You heard correctly, Stefan," Magnús said with a chuckle and a sip of his coffee.

"And she's American? Is she cute?" Stefan winked with a nudge.

Magnús chuckled with a slight nod. In his minds eye, she was breathtaking. Her brown shoulder length hair to her rosy cheeks that blushed every time she was embarrassed. Her soft looking pink lips he had imagined kissing when he was close to her face. Just the thought gave him butterflies.

Stefan cleared his throat. "You're day dreaming of her arent you? Why dont you take her out on a date?"

"We are going to see some sites later. I told her I would take her," Magnús said, pulling himself out of his daydream.

"No, wont do. You need to properly ask her out and take her to a nice dinner or something," Stefan argued with a shake of his head.

"She has been wanting to see the lights at night," Magnús thought out loud. "I'm not even sure if she stayed at my house or went to her apartment. I dont have her number to check in... but I guess I could call the home line."

"Good thinking. Why didnt you do that sooner?" Stefan lightly punched his friend on the arm with a grin. "By the way, does she know your secret?"

Magnús shook his head. "Shes having a hard time believing but I think if she saw the... airship... her mind might change."

"Best be finding out where she is then before flying that thing around," Stefan laughed.

Was this a good idea though? Risking her finding out his secret? He wanted to share this with someone else other than his friend Stefan. He found himself caring deeply for Gemma and he craved her attention. Questions of what he should do kept spiraling in his head causing a headache.

He took his cell put and dialed his home line. No answer. With a sigh and shrugged he told Stefan he would be in the airship thinking.

"How do I go about telling her? I should ask her out and say, 'Hi Gemma... I'm Sportacus'..." Magnús talked to himself. "No that's stupud..."

The airship took him over his home slowly and suddenly his crystal lit up. He glanced down at it.

"Someone needs me," he said looking out the window.

Realizing he was over his house, it didn't take him long to figure out it was Gemma who had fallen through the ice.

"She needs my help!" he said. "Ladder!"

As quick as he said it the ladder descended and he didnt hesitant to climb down as quick as he could.

"Help! Help! I can't swim!" Gemma was crying out.

Sportacus grabbed her wrists and without effort pulled her up. She looked so beautiful and yet so sad at the same time. It seemed as though ever since she got here to was nothing but trouble for her. He made up his mind then and there about telling her his secret. He hardly knew her and he didnt want to tell her and then she leave and tell the world.

Telling your best friend was one thing but telling a stranger who unexpectedly appears is a whole other story. He needed to be sure he trusted her, even if his heart melted when she looked at him shyly with her brown eyes. Or when he touched her skin and she was soft as silk. Magnús couldnt let his feeling cloud his judgment.
