Chapter 1- The Heroes and The Beauties

◇■■Regina POV■■◇

It's already been three weeks since we came here in this world and so much is happening already, father is receiving a lot of letters lately but once he read it he just crumble or tore it into pieces and then burn all of the letter on the fire.

Raphael has been serious about observing all of the movements that both our parents and our older brother made which made him look like an idiot but since his my twin then that means I'm calling myself an idiot too.

Because everyone is busy doing their things while I lay down inside my bedroom doing nothing makes everyday such a boring day and everytime I asked both my brothers to play with me outside our house they would refuse with different answer, Ethan would just say that it is dangerous outside while Raphael will say that he is busy making us a plan for us to have a better life.

I can only sigh and endure this boring days with me being alone with myself and this large ticking clock inside my room.

"If only I could get myself outside this house and explore the town nearby."

Wait-

"What if I can."

I quickly sprinted towards my parents downstair and tried really hard to pursue and convince them to let me go outside.

"Please mother, father I promise I will not do anything stupid that will get me into trouble and I will make sure that I will come home safe I'm sure of it."

I beg to my parents and I will never stop until they say yes to my request.

"Fine if you stop bothering us but you will first to have carry somethings that will help you to protect yourself if you sense something suspicious."

"Eh? What is it?"

"Follow me downstair to the basement."

"We have a basement?"

I was very surprise to know that we have a secret basement in our house even in the memory of this body didn't know that we have a basement at home.

I followed obediently to my father and we headed towards downstair in the basement as we enter inside it was filled with full of protective gears and weapons even high level magic gemstones can be seen here.

"Stay here, I'll search for it, don't touch anything...It's dangerous."

I just nodded my head as I just wait for him while O watch him search some boxes that hidden very carefully and he opened one by one trying to find something.

"Ahh here it is!"

Father said when I saw him taking out a piece of cloak then he soon went to me and gave me the cloak in his hand, I must say that I was very smooth when I touch it but isn't this made with such a high quality level materials to make such smooth and well made cloak?....

"This is an magic cloak that I made when I was younger, it is a cloak that cast a magic protection barrier that will protect you if someone shoot magic spells or even gun towards you, it also boost your mana and magic capacity it even increases your speed, and it can also be used to turn yourself invisible by using using the word 'αόρατος[aóratos]'."

"Wow!"

I quickly examined the cloak and I can sense a large magic power in every part of this cloak but how can father create such a thing....I didn't pay much attention to it and I can sense something with a large amount of magic in the other direction of the room.

"Father, can I look around for a moment?"

"Hm?"

"It's just I want to find some equipment like a sword or something."

"A sword?"

Father was very confuse of my request but I saw him having a deep thought as he looked at me with full of doubtful eyes.

"Do you like to use sword?"

Father asked me with full of doubt as I was already sweating with nervousness and fear that father might be suspicious of me right now but I can only bit the bullet and try to get out of this situation and besides I like to be swordman or a mage rather than training to have a nice etiquette and social skills.

"Yeah...But I know you would disagree since I know women in this world need to be teach with correct etiquette not swordmanship or even magic training."

"Who said I would disagree?"

Father laughed while he smiled towards me and he gently patted my head.

"I know how it feels to be force to let go of the things you love because of our society today that's why I wouldn't let that to happen to you and your brothers too so do what you wanted to be and I'll always support you all."

Father words made me feeling the warmth of a father that I once had in my past life so it almost made me tear up a little but I tried to hold myself up.

"Beside your twin brother wanted to learn how to use magic while your older brother wanted to learn mecha and machines so it is better to have someone kept our swordmanship family line."

"Mecha?"

I asked while father smiled at me with gentle and kind eyes as he tried to explain to me carefully.

"Mecha or sometimes we called as Mechs are machines that was made as a giant robots that controlled by people that we typically depicted as humanoid walking vehicles such thing like that."

"Do we have a Mecha?"

"Yeah for us....but for other commoners, they can't have a mecha without an exact amount of money first."

"Then why do we have one?"

"Well.....It's a secret.."

Father looked at me as he is trying to hide something from us and maybe I should tell about this to Raphael later so that he also can know about this.

"Well I better get going now, I promise your mother to help her in our household chores so once you found the sword you like then lock the door of the basement and then you can leave the house but be very careful outside."

I just nodded as he went upstair and leave me all alone in the basement so I have a chance to search for that huge magic power I sense before, I kept on searching as I saw a sword that look like an ordinary sword but I can sense that it is more than it seems.

I examine the sword and I saw a sort of crest symbol carve in the handle of the sword.

It took me a while to realize that the symbol of the crest seems to be a little familiar or something....I kept on thinking but I didn't recall anything in my memory of knowing something like this so I didn't pay much attention to it for now.

I went upstair and locked the door of the basement as my father order and went upstair again towards my room to change my clothes.

Even we are a commoner family I must say that our family have a lot of nice and fashionable clothes even in my wardrobes but all of this clothes consists only of dresses and skirt that I don't like to wear even in my previous life.

'Both me and the original owner really are different from each other, she like to wear cute dresses while I like to wear the same clothing style that my brother or some boys wear.'

I can help but sigh and don't have any choice but to go to Raphael room and ask to borrow some of his clothes to wear today.

I knocked on his door and I opened his door, inside I saw Raphael quietly studying his book about magic and his room was well clean and organize like in our previous life.

"Brother."

"What?"

"Can I borrow some of your clothes?"

"Why?? You have a lot clothes."

Raphel sneered.....He is true since both of us have a lot of clothes inside our wardrobes.

"But...I can only see a lot of dresses and skirts and you know much I hate wearing one.."

I silently cried as I tried to reason with Raphael but he can only looked at me with judging look in his eyes.

"Can't you just endure wearing one today then just ask for father and mother to buy you the clothes you like besides why do you urgently want to borrow it today?"

"I just gain father's permission to go and explore outside but it's too uncomfortable to walk and run while wearing some dress or skirt.

"Wait...Father let you to go outside our house?"

"Yeah, he said that I can go outside but I just need to make sure I got home safe and don't cause some troubles."

"Oh make sense since you're a troublemaker."

"Hey!"

I yelled angrily to his statement while Raphael only sneered as he walked towards his wardrobes and open it.

"I'll let you pick what clothes you want to borrow just for TODAY...So come here and choose what chothes do you want to wear."

Raphael sigh as I went to his wardrobes and start to choose some clothes, Raphael has a lot of clothes here that I can say is that the amounts of clothes and stuff we have felt like we aren't commoners at all.

Inside his wardrobes I choose a casual white polo shirt that was made with pure cotton, a plain coffee brown color blazers with long sleeves, and an above the knee length shorts.

After picking up some clothes I quickly thank my brother and went back to my run, completely forgetting the information I want to tell my brother.

Once I got back to my room, I quickly change my clothes and once I'm done I went near the mirror and saw my reflection with the clothes.

'I must say that I have a really bad fashion taste but atleast it still look a bit good on me?...'

I put on the cloak that my father gave me and I also pack hide the sword that I saw inside the basement by putting it inside my inventory bag....

•<That's right in this world you can also put up an item inside your inventory just like in any game but only in an inventory bag.>•

Once I'm done getting ready, I leave my room but I was stop by Raphael who was waiting for me outside my room.

"Are you going now?"

"Yeah what's wrong?"

"Nothing, I just want you to examine the place in the nearby town."

"Why??"

I was very surprise with my brother request before I leave but I quickly understand why he want me to do it however travelling towards the city will take me thirty minutes to get there while walking.

"I know you understand now but remember what town or should I say kingdom we are living in?"

"Yeah, It's the Agrinorus Kingdom right?"

"Isn't that name sound familiar to you?...."

"Wait...You're right!....It is the same name as the kingdom of where the game took place and where all characters in the game lives.

'Now I understand this all clearly now.'

"Then I better get going now."

"You better be careful, Okay?"

"Mhmm."

I nodded my head as I quickly head outside the house and started my way towards the neaby town as I was walking in the woods I sense something is wrong so I climb some tree and I started hopped into a few trees to see a group of people surround a carriage.

"αόρατος"

I quickly casted an invisibility spell while I hop down quietly and I hide in one of the bushes to watch up close on what is happening.

I examine the situation and saw a gang raiders that consists of two and this carriage seems to belong to them.

"PLEASE LET ME GO!!! ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!... hic...MOMMY....DADDY!!"

I was starting to get the urge to leave but when I suddenly heard a large noise of crying and shouting of a girl coming inside the carriage made me stay as my face darkened and my head was filled with killing intent.

I put out my sword and began to think of a plan to save the girl even if I didn't know how to use sword I still trained in my previous life on how to fight so it's still the same as fighting but with swords.

I put on a distraction sound in the corner of the woods while I climbed on the tree and waited for someone to fell into my trap.

Lucky enough someone fell into my trap as I quietly drop down towards him making a small thud that catches his attention so he turned around and to his surprise he saw me a eight-years old girl attacking him but before he could do anything or even say anything, I already use my speed boosts and lunged towards his neck that made him fall down in the ground as I harden my grip in my swords and pushed much deeper causing a stream of blood sprayed out of his neck.

I stared towards the man lifeless body and looked towards to my hands full of blood of the man....

'I actually killed him...'

The realization hits me very hard as it was my first time to kill anyone but I didn't felt any grief and regret.

"That's one out of two."

I clenched both my hands and heard someone coming so I quickly hide inside the bushes nearby.

The other raiders went towards my trap and saw his comrade dead body laying down with a deep stab wound in his neck that causes his death. He was very surprise and angry.

"Who did this!!!?"

The man shouted but not very loudly as he looked around and search if someone is here but I already hid my presences with the help of my cloak.

When he went into the deeper part of the forest to search for me, I quietly followed him and then to his surprise I sprinted forward and quickly stabbed him in the back causing him a huge pain however he still can stand up so I increase my speed and started attacking him really fast that I first made a huge wound on his feet causing him to not have the ability to stand up no more making me have the chance to end his life.

"That's the last one."

I breath of a sign of relief.....After I handle all of the raiders, I head towards the carriage as soon as I opened the door, I saw a cute young girl with golden blond hair and emerald green eyes, and she must be afraid to see me because of the blood on my hands.

"Please don't be afraid of me...I'm here to rescue you."

"You are?"

The young girl looked at me with cautious express and a vigilant look in her eyes but I can't blame her since after being kidnapped by two big man someone would just come up looking like a child with blood on their hands saying they are going to rescue you...how weird would it be?....

"Yeah....I will help you find your parents and Infact I am heading towards the nearby town right now."

In every words I say I would make sure that it will not make her felt that I am dangerous...I smiled lightly as I make sure that she will feel that I not here to harm her.

"I promise that I will take you back to your parents...Do you trust me?"

"..."

I held up my hand as she only stared at me for a while without saying anyword until she realize that I will not harm her as she take my hand.

"Okay I will trust you this time for once."

She said shyly as I gently smiled towards her and we went outside the carriage. I saw here shivering so I took out my blazer and gently put my blazer into her that lightly surprise her.

"You can wear this for a while if you want."

I smiled as she looked at me straight to my eyes as she showed a sweet smile that made me blush a little but since I am mentally 22 years old then I shouldn't be blushing like this to a young child.

"You look cute when you smile."

I said casually that made her seems to be surprise and show a little blush that I didn't seems to notice. We continue to walk directly towards the nearby town as we are walking, she always seems to be secretly glancing towards me.

"What's your name?"

She shyly said as I notice that she is trying to hold my hand so I held up her hand and smile when she saw me hold her hand, she also smiled cheerfully.

"My name is Regina."

She thought for a while then she looked at me.

"Can I call you Jina?"

She said loudly with a smile on her face as she harden her grip that made me lightly surprise.

"Sure you can."

She has a huge smile on her face when she heard my answer.

We kept on walking and soon enough we arrive in the town and I saw a lot of shops and beautiful houses in the town, there seems to be a lot of people here too.

"Do you know where is your home?"

I asked her when we arrive in the town as she point towards their house direction while I helped her get into her house.

Once we got there, I was a little bit surprise to see on how huge their house is.....While I was still stunned by antonishment, she rang the door bell of their house and a guard walked towards the door..

"Lady Dianne your back!!"

'Dianne?'

I was surprise when I heard the name that the guard shouted because it seems to be a bit similar to my beloved Dianne's name but it might be just a coincidence since there is many people with similar name in this world.

As I was having a huge thought, The guard opened the gate and let us inside while he went inside the house and gave the good news to Dianne parents.

"Huh? Jina, are you okay?"

Dianne looked at me with pair of innocent eyes while she held my hand tightly that snap me back from my thoughts.

"Yeah I'm fine."

"You better get inside now."

"Are you leaving already?"

Dianne show a sadness in her eyes as she is look at me and I can see her eyes getting red but I don't have any choice but to leave already since her parents is a noble then if they saw me, I will be in great trouble since I am only a commoner.

"Yeah, I'm sorry but I have to leave now."

"I understand...but will I see you again?"

"I don't know we should just wait and see."

I paused for a while and said since I can't promise that we will ever see each other again...She paused for a while and she hug me as we say our farewell to each other.

While I was leaving I looked back and saw her waving goodbye to me as her parents went outside and I quickly went father and father away from her that I can't see her anymore.

When I was farther from their I quickly remembered something....

"Crap! I forgot about Raphael blazer!"

◇■■Raphael POV■■◇

While I was drinking coffee on my table I suddenly felt the urge to punch Regina but I don't know why.

Regina was still outside wandering around the town while I was left here. Brother Ethan will turn 13 next month so he will enroll in Golden Elite Academy in the next enrollment.

I looked outside my window and wandered for a while. I was a little bit bored so I went downstair and asked for mother that I will be playing outside the house, unlike father mother always seems to be okay for us to go outside so I went outside and wandered around.

I saw some children playing outside as well so I went to them and introduced myself. They also introduce their name to me and their names are Louis Von Wogheirn, Alan Fou Halgord, and lastly George Bluebell.

In just a minute we all become great friend with each other and we played soccer and play pretend together when I saw a little girl shyly watching over us playing while hiding behind the tree.

"..."

After a few hours all the parents of my new friend called them each by each so I was quickly left all alone outside so I had a chance to met that girl since I can still sense her mana inside the bushes.

I gently walked towards the bushes without her knowing at all and I saw her holding both of her knee while hiding behind the tree.

"Found you."

"Eck!!"

I cheerfully said but it only surprise her that made her scream and fall to the ground.

"Ahh sorry for scaring you."

I quickly apologize to her as I help her get up then she sat down again while I sat near her.

"Why are doing here all alone?"

I looked at her with a gentle expression as I smile form in my face when I saw her.

"No-nothing I just want to be alone."

She said but I can hear the sadness in her voice.

"Do you have any friends here?"

"No we just move here besides no one wants to be friends with me because on how I look."

"What's wrong with your looks? I think your white hair and ruby eyes suits you very much."

I smiled as she looked at me with full of surprise as she coudn't believe on what I had just said to her but infact what I said was true since she looked so cute with her long white hair and her beautiful ruby eyes that made her looks cute and beautiful as the same time...

"Do you really think so???"

"Yeah besides my sister, Regina, will also agree with me since you look so beautiful with those features of yours."

I smiled gently as she shyly blush to my words as her eyes sparkled with joy.

"Then would you mind me and my sister to become your friends?"

"Ofcourse!!"

I asked as she showed a sweet and overjoyed smile that makes me also happy when I saw how happy she is.

"By the way what's you name?"

She shyly asked my name as I stared at her for a while then I answer her with a smile on my face.

"My name is Raphael....Raphael Chevalier."

"What's your name?"

"My name is Hailey Plourde."

Once she said her name I was stunned and my heart skip a beat when I heard it, I wanted to ask again but I felt like a chills crawl into my spine.

"Pardon me to ask but what's your name again?"

"Umm Hailey Plourde?.."

Once I hear it again I suddenly remembered on where I know that name and it is the name of the heroine of the game [Noble Dynasty].

The heroine of the game that is sweet on the outside but cunning and manipulative on the inside and the one who will be the most dangerous person in the game, It is none other than the person who is infront of me right now.

I was shivering while I sweating with cold sweat when I realize that we are surely have been reincarnated inside the book!
