Chapter 73 Battle Training Part 1

The next day, the class was boring as usual so I played with my phone in my futon in the back of the class, meanwhile, my shadow clone is the one studying. When it was lunchtime, once again I was dragged to the cafeteria and the girls in the class ate in the same table with me. Then All Might's lesson came, he opened the door and came in dramatically while posing.

"I have... come through the door, like normal!!" He said. I shook my head as I looked at him, he was skipping and laughing also. Everyone was pumped up as All Might will be teaching the class and started to discuss among themselves.

"It's All Might!! Awesome. He's really going to teach us!!"

"That's his silver age customer bla bla bla bla."

"Hero Basic Training, The Class that will put you through all sorts of training to mold you into heroes!!" He speeches. Then All Might kneeled while wanting to show something to us.

"No time to dally. Today's activity is this!" He showed a card that has the word BATTLE on it.

"BATTLE TRAINING!!" He said. Everyone's expression became eager and Bakugo's expression is a sadistic smile.

"And for that, you need these!!" He said. The wall clicked and sections of the wall started to come out. Everyone stood up and shouted.

"Costumes!!" There was a form that allows the students to have their customer by attaching their request and their support gears, the support companies affiliated to the school will be the one that prepares the costume. But I got mine in the inventory.

"After you change, come out in ranking order to Ground Beta!!" All Might said.

"Okay!!" Everyone answered. Then everyone took their suitcase and went to the changing room except for me and Deku since Deku got his costume from Inko. I changed into the Black Assassin outfit and wore hidden blades which I could throw it, I change the hidden blade function from assassinating to become a ranged weapon since I could control the blade with controlling the wind around it. I walked to Ground Beta first since I'm rank 1st in the quirk test, All Might looked at my costume and asked.

"Alex, why are your costume so menacing?"

"I got this from the Assassin's Creed, it is cool-looking also," I said. All Might didn't want to mess with the Assassin's Creed because he could die anytime and anywhere. Then everyone else came out from the changing room and arrived at the Ground Beta, they looked at my clothes and was surprised as my costume is menacing.

"Shall we began, my wards?! It's time for BATTLE TRAINING!!" All Might said. I looked over Himiko and found that she was wearing her original costume and with the support tools also.

"Being in the Hero Course is the best," Mineta said. I sent my hidden blades towards his eyes, he fell on his butt and panicked.

"Mineta, don't be perverted or I will gauge your eyes," I said threateningly. I got thankful looks from the girls and I nodded at them. Mineta frantically nodded and I took back my hidden blades and put it under the wrist. All Might looked at Deku's costume and found that Deku has the same rabbit ears like All Might, he laughed at silently while trying to stop it.

Anyway, we will be having the Battle Training at one of the sites that the practical exam held. There will be hero teams and villain teams, we will be facing off 2 on 2 indoor battle as heinous villains are more likely indoor rather than outdoor. The villains will be hiding a nuclear weapon in the hideout and the heroes have to go in and take care of it. There will be a time limit, heroes need to capture the villains or secure the weapon, meanwhile, villains need to capture the heroes or protect the nuclear weapon until time's up. Everyone got teamed up and I got to be with Momo which was supposed to be Mineta, I got a glare from Mineta since I got a teammate like Momo.

All Might drawed the lots and pulled the first battle, Deku and Uraraka versus Bakugo and Ida. They went to the building and then we went into a surveillance room, I approached Momo and asked.

"Momo, do you want to fight the enemies?" Momo looked at me and nodded. She is confident to herself, it's a good thing but also not because Momo would get depressed pretty quickly if she gets defeated.

"Momo, show your skills to me now," I said.

"Why?" She asked.

"I want to show you, how weak you are," I said. She stared me with hostility instantly, but I have reasons for this since I want to make her realize that she is still weak and she needs to train more. Once, a man considers himself as a perfect being, he would never improve. Meanwhile, a man that considers himself an imperfect being, he would improve and get better. I ran to her and pointed my hidden blade to her neck, she didn't have time to react and she wasn't ready also. Everyone in the room wanted to stop me as I attacked Momo, but All Might stopped them.

"Momo, do you realize how weak you are?" I asked. I was still pointing my hidden blade at her neck, she gulped and nodded.

"Yes," She said. But I know she hasn't realized her weakness so I pulled back my arm and sent hidden blades to slash her. She used her quirks and created shields around her, but it was futile. I looked at her and punched the shield to bits.

"MOMO, ANSWER ME! DO YOU REALIZE HOW WEAK YOU ARE?!" I shouted. her body was full of cuts, but I didn't touch her clothes or anything only the skin. Her legs gave up and she looked down, her pride and confidence just destroyed like that.

"Don't ever feel that you are strong enough and smart enough in this world!" I said sternly.

"The moment you felt that you are strong enough, you will never become better and stronger! But you would only become arrogant and prideful." I said.

"EVEN I MYSELF NEVER CONSIDERED MYSELF STRONG ENOUGH!! I could destroy a sun with a snap of my finger, I could kill everyone with a snap of my finger, I could take people's soul with a snap of my finger. Yet I never considered myself to be strong enough, I still train my self and you all don't know shit what I've been through. 100 years? 200 years? 300 years of training? I don't even know anymore. I've already stood on the gate of death because of my recklessness and if you are at my place, all of you would have died before you could react." Himiko hugged me to calm myself down and she was crying as she heard my words. I calmed myself down and hugged her, I kneeled because her legs gave up. I patted her back trying to calm her down, I looked at everyone.

"I'm sorry, everyone," I said. I healed Momo and went to the corner while carrying Himiko, I sat at the corner of the room while trying to calm Himiko down. Everyone looked at me with silence even Momo, herself, she felt that I was right about her thinking about she was strong enough but in reality, she wasn't. All Might nodded at my words as he knew that I was right. But everyone was intrigued by '100 years? 200 years? 300 years of training?' and 'I've already stood on the gate of death'.

"I'm sorry, Himiko," I said while trying to calm her down.

"Are your words true, Alex?" She asked chokingly. I mean, I did forge stuff and comprehends the laws for hundreds or even thousands of years by using my shadow clones.

"Well for the hundreds of years of training, you could say so but I think it's about 500 years or more to be accurate. But standing in the gate of death, I did almost died and the girls were panicking also as I was fighting a monster that never been defeated in that world's history. I couldn't hit him with my power because it deflected my power, I could only use my katana to fight him." I said. The room was silent so everyone could hear my words, they were really surprised because there was no human lived that long and the fact that a monster could deflect my magic means that the monster was so strong. Momo approached me and thanked me.

"Thank you, Alex, for making me realize that I'm still weak." She said.

"Don't sweat it, do you want to sit?" I asked.

"Sure." She took a seat beside me and I took out some deserts, a pot of hot tea, and several Japenese cups. I poured the tea to her cup and mine, I looked at others and asked.

"Do you girls perhaps want to join us?"

"Sure, Alex!" Mina said.

"Ok," Jiro said.

"Thanks, Alex!" Toru said.

"Ribbit~ can you make the tea warm?" Tsuyu asked. They all took a seat and surprisingly Jiro took a seat beside me, meanwhile, Momo also beside me. Mineta and Kaminari looking were jealously at me, but Mineta was muttering about how beautiful it is if he's the one sitting at my spot and being hugged by Himiko. I looked at Momo and asked.

"Do you want to learn about swordsmanship, Momo?" Momo looked at me with stars in her eyes.

"Really?" She asked.

"Of course," I said. Himiko calmed down and sat on my lap, she took my cup and drank the tea. I didn't pay attention to the test since I know Deku will win the Battle Training. I'm ready to kill Bakugo if he really pisses me off or start attacking my friends. All Might started to take note about their performance and discussed it with everyone except for me. Then there it was the announcement from All Might.

"THE HERO TEAM WINNNNSSS!!!" I looked at Momo and the girls from the class.

"Sorry girls, I need to pick up Deku and deal with the asshole first." I said. They nodded and looked at the surveillance screens, I stood up and teleported to Deku. Bakugo had that horrified face, meanwhile, Deku passed out in the ground, I looked at Bakugo.

"Face it, you're not better than anyone. Your fucking pride and arrogant are the one that made you blind until now." I said. I clenched Bakugo's costume by the chest and lifted him up.

"You think you are better than anyone? What a narrow-minded you are, open your eyes, and look around. The strongest will never think like a fucker like you, but they would think they are still weak." I dropped Bokugo and healed Deku and there were a mini-robots carrying a stretcher, they picked him up and brought him to Nurse's office. All Might came and I looked at him.

"This kid is narrow-minded, he thinks he's better than anyone. The moment he got defeated by his prey, he broke down." I said. All Might nodded and took Bokugo away, I looked at his spot and shook my head. I teleported back to the surveillance room.
