Chapter 36 Ikelos Familia part 2
We entered the gate and after a while, we were on the middle floor and we started to search for Ikelos Familia's member. We used Renya as the bait since we don't know their appearance so we'll just use Renya since she's a Xenos herself, Renya turned into Arachne and started to wander the floor. We followed her from behind about 50 meters and the plan worked, 2 guys started to attack Renya and I conjured water chains and wrapped the attackers. Renya turned back to human, I teleported the squirming attackers to the 'Soul world' and we walked back to the Daedelus street. Hephy informed us where the black market was so we started to move to that place, I conjured a plate of water big enough for us to step into and flew faster to that place.
When we arrived, I dismissed the previous Shadow Clones and spawned new ones, I spawned 50 of me and they spread out to search for Ikelos. Then Hephy Familia came to the scene and joined us with Hephy herself, we searched the black market for slaves and such. We killed the one who was selling them and searched their book ledger and buyer's name as we will locate the buyers and rescue the sold ones, as we were searching the black market a Shadow Clone reported that they found Ikelos but the Shadow Clones haven't made a move since Ikelos could just use his Arcanum, which we don't know yet but he's a God of Nightmares so maybe his power is entering one's dream.
I told the Shadow Clones to join Hephy Familia searching for slavers or human traffickers and rescue the slaves and such then looked for buyer's name, I mean I don't need money since I got Hephy by my side and If the buyers are merchants, rich persons or even Gods we could just steal the documents of the land and their treasures, easy. Then I went to Ikelos location meanwhile the girls are going to help Hephy Familia, I didn't fly with water wings or anything but just walk. I arrived at Ikelos' location and he was at a shop with no sign or identification, he was sitting at his shop and I entered the shop. He looked at me but he never saw me before so he became vigilant, he said
"Which Familia are you from?" He signaled 8 men at the shop to surround me, the 8 men surrounded me and took out swords and daggers from their waist.
"None." I said, I conjured 8 water spears and sent it to the heads of the 8 men. Ikelos became scared at that moment and started to run but like I will let him to. I wrapped my Enkidu around him and asked
"Where's your book ledger? And tell me each of your buyer's Familia." He just squirmed around but no avail because Enkidu was basically a chain that grew stronger as the target had more divinity but Gods and Goddesses here can't use their divinity or Arcanum freely only in a pinch and their strength is the same with normal people. So he can't free himself from Enkidu and he just squirming around trying to escape from me, he was desperate like Ishtar did but he doesn't have anything that I want except the question I asked.
"You know what let me save the Xenos first then I'll question you again." I said while conjuring water chains to carry him around, I went deeper to his shop and found there's 5 Xenon caged up with lifeless eyes.
"Hello there! I'm going to transport you to a place where your kin is so don't panic." I said, but they didn't nod to me or anything just looking at me. I transported them to the 'Soul world' and I thought about making a job about social worker since I need them to be ready at the spot for new people or I will be calling it the Newcomers' area, anyway the social worker will be stationed at the Newcomers' area and be ready for helping people that had trauma, PTSD, or broken, and therefore I want to station them in the Newcomers' Area and I could convert them to nurses, daycare workers, and workers at an event that I made.
Utaha was on the move at that moment, I mean rather than her being at home and became bored, why not just make her do things that could make her be more well-known. Back to the business, I went to the girls' location also bringing Ikelos. When I arrived the girls, Hephy Familia, and my Shadow Clones were still rescuing slaves, and such, I brought Ikelos to see the process of rescuing and killing the slavers and such. I made him watched the whole thing then after we finished it was already mid-afternoon, I brought Ikelos to the center of Orario which is the Babel. When I arrived, I made sure Ikelos was gagged by my water blob so its as if he was screaming in water, I shouted
"GODS AND GODDESSES! LADIES AND GENTLEMEN! NICE TO MEET YOU! I'M ALEX WALSH, HERE TO INTEROGATE THIS GOD WHO IS CALLED IKELOS." I shouted, I brought Ikelos to the air so he could be seen by all of those who are watching.
"AS I WAS SAYING, HE, WHO SOLD SLAVES AND TORTURED THEM. HE, WHO MADE A GATE CONNECTING THE DAEDALUS STREET AND THE DUNGEON. HE, WHO DEEMED WHAT'S RIGHT AND WRONG FROM HIS PERSPECTIVE OF HAVING FUN. SHALL BE INTEROGATE RIGHT HERE, BELOW THE BABEL, UNDER THE WATCH OF GODS AND GODDESSES." I continued, need to be charismatic since I need to rope the people. I conjured water cylinder blades around me and shouted
"IKELOS, HOW MANY HAVE YOUR FAMILIA SOLD? KILLED? TORTURED?" I dispersed the blob of water in his mouth,
"LIES, ALL OF THEM ARE LIES. I, IKELOS, HAVE AN EXPLORATION FAMILIA NOT SLAVERS, KILLERS, OR TORTURERS. THIS MAN KILLED MY FAMILIA'S MEN, HE KILLED MANY PEOPLE IN THE RURAL!" He shouted, he made an innocent face and cried also. I sent a cylinder blade to his arm and cut it,
"KNOW THIS IS YOUR REWARD FOR LYING, KEEP THIS GOING I'LL CUT YOUR WHOLE LIMBS AND I WILL HEAL YOUR LIMBS AND MAKE IT GOOD AS NEW THEN KEEP CUTTING IT." He was screaming in pain, the onlookers were nauseous but they kept watching it. Then Hephy shouted to the crowds
"I, HESPHEASTUS, HAVE EVIDENCE OF THE MEN WHO WERE KILLED IN THE RURAL AS THEY ARE SLAVERS, HUMAN TRAFFICKERS, AND MANY MORE. THOSE WHO WANTED TO LET IKELOS LIVE SHALL KNOW MY FAMILIA POWER!" SH*T SHE'S SO HOT, those words and her fierce aura, GOD IT WAS SO HOT! I took a deep breath to calm myself and concentrated again.
"IKELOS SPEAK THE TRUTH! IF YOU DON'T I WILL MAKE YOU FEAR LIVING IN THIS WORLD!" I shouted again, Ikelos was having cold sweat and he kept squirming but he didn't speak anything. So I sent water cylinder blades towards his limbs and cut them then I healed them and cut them again, and I repeated the cycle 3 times. His face was covered by tears, shots, and saliva, he stopped me and started to speak
"I SOLD, KILLED, AND TORTURED OVER HUNDREDS OR THOUSANDS, I FORGOT THE NUMBERS. THE BUYERS ARE EREBUS, DIAN CECHT, KAKIA, AND THE REST YOU CAN SEARCH AT THE BOOK LEDGER AT MY SHOP. PLEASE DON'T KILL ME! LET ME LIVE PLEASE!" he shouted, the onlookers were shocked when Dian Cecht name mentioned because he was the God of healing, and therefore people see him as a good God but if you look from another perspective he's a God of healing yet he needed patients, like Soma the wine drinker who came to the mortal world just to make the most perfect wine, he bought slaves and experimented to them. Poisons, nasty cuts, illnesses, plagues, incurable diseases, and many more he needed to perfect his method of healing through using these slaves to be exposed to the diseases or torture them or cut their limbs or many more.
(AN: I decided to make the story to get sideways and I'm just adding names of actual evil Gods but only mentioning them a little bit, there will be no Kakia in the future chapter and such.)
I was disgusted the moment I was told that Dian Cecht was a God of healing but I could just fill his position though I mean I already comprehended Law of Healing but nah it's too much of a hassle, I already got a world to manage.
"CITIZENS OF ORARIO I, ALEX WALSH, SENTENCED IKELOS TO DEATH, NOT SENT TO HEAVEN BUT DEATH. THOSE GODS AND GODDESSES, AND PEOPLE WHO BOUGHT LIVES AND SLAVES, KNOW THIS THAT YOU WILL BE LIKE IKELOS." I shouted to the onlookers, I sent water cylinder blades towards Ikelos' body and cut him to pieces. I don't give a damn about Ouranos, he ruled the city yet he let these c*nts free? What a ruler you are Ouranos.
Then the people, who are watching me, looked at Ikaros corpse and waiting for him to ascend to heaven but nothing happened, he died like a mortal. They looked at me with respect because they knew that this city hadn't been ruled properly and no one has done anything even the Gods and Goddesses except for Astraea Familia since they were the police of Orario in the past.
