8 Housekeeping
Understanding our severe lack of staff and lack of funds I made the decision to get 7 groups of 5 junior researchers. Costing me the rest of my points. Due to the only SCP's on site-19 being my (Items) and the infinite canteen, endless potato sack and my anamolous toothbrush that had the "anamalous" effect to make my teeth feel amazing after using it.
Realizing this I put 4 groups of junior scientists into a makeshift classroom in which Miss. Joy would teach as 20 seemed to be her maximum. I assigned David and George in the meantime to train another 2 groups until Miss. Joy finished all their lessons for roatation.
I personally trained the last group not as researchers, but instead in administative dutys. I wasn't stupid if I wanted this little (Faction) of mine to get larger I'd need people to manage it. And the system seemed to agree with my proposition.

You can't be researching or inventing things when you have a whole organization to run. Get some Experienced personell to help with researching, inventing and administration.

After a few days the researchers from Miss. J had finished and were now classified in the (Faction) tab as Researchers. With that batch done we sent in the next 2 groups but instead of being taught how to reasearch anomalys would be put into R&D. As even though researchers are needed inventive personell may prove yousefull when it comes to mechaniclly constructed anomalys. While all that was happening I had continued my training of my 5 now (Junior Executive's.)
During a session of teaching a guard reported the return of the agent tasked with retrieval. Though reluctant to part with the band they followed protocol and never put it on, thus making the exchange much easier. Afterwards they had reported the contacts being made within the criminal underworld of the U.S. Having little success which although dissapointing was expected. After the report I had a gotten a notification

Most think anomalies need to be contained,destroyed or freed. You on the other hand believe in using those objects for your own gain.So go out there and "retrieve" some SCP's

I decided not to accept the rewards right away as the Serpent's Hand contact wasn't needed . And I didn't understand what becoming a "Way" meant or if it was detrimental. Nor was I ready for any possible conflict with a defensive force of 100 Guards. I decided to check out my (Faction) tab again for an overview and to finally put in a name as if I was gonna come into contact with another faction I would have to atleast have my faction named.

I decided to name my faction that as in the end I wasn't going for global domination. I wasn't going for absolute anarchy I would watch over the world while inreasing me and my factions strength. And if something were to come and disturb it I would be there fighting with anyone who would listen. As I was looking at the faction overview I noticed something interesting.

After having SCP-269 placed onto my desk I called over George and David to start research on it. After assigning a lab and making sure that everything was to their liking I decided to take a deeper look into the facility.
And what I found made me wonder if this place was for containing SCP's the floor plan was almost built as a confusing maze to disorient people. The Light Containment zone was below the Heavy Containment zone and the only Containment Breach shelters were in Entrance Zone.
This place was more built as a fortress then a lab/prison, and I intended to make use of it. The floors were confusing and amazing to set up ambushes. Heavy Containment was a perfect place to set up a defensive line with its straight corrudors and reinforced steel walls preventing enemys from creating divots . And Entrance Zone would be a good area to booby-trap before anyone could make it further. Especially with the 2 entrances/exits being an elevator at Gate A and Gate B. And Light Containment would be a good place to act as a shelter to stock up food and supplys. And after starting to prepare for a renovation I realized I was poor and couldn't afford any of the extremely expensive redesigning I planned.
I in the end decided to not worry about it as I still had to train my (Junior Executive's) to complete the (I'm With The Science Team) (Quest.) And even if I wanted to do anything I had no points left, and even though I am the leader of the faction I need people to help me. Especially if I were to go on an adventure to obtain some of the more usefull SCP's before the Foundation gets them. Plus I didn't want to be stuck in an office all day I don't have all these plans to improve myself with SCP objects just to sit in my office and do nothing with them. So I continued training my helpers until.
