33 033 - A Long Day...

The next day I found that Tommy was forced to return to Earth due to his unique power and he asked if I could send him back, which I did.

While I was on Earth I asked the Plague Doctor if he would like to come to Skyrim's College of Winterhold to learn magic, he quickly agreed.

So upon returning to the College, I had the Plague Doctor get enrolled and become a student.

Speaking of becoming a student, I had to get him an 'Offical Name' and as he told me he doesn't remember his name due to his long life, so he asked me to give him a name.

So I decided to name him Mortimer meaning "Dead Sea".

...

After I separated from Mortimer who left to go read in the Library, I headed over to the Hall of Elements where I would be teaching some students about Plant Life and Evolution.

When I got there I was surprised to find that there were more than a dozen students waiting for my arrival...

"Good morning teacher!" The previous five students that I taught just yesterday greeted me.

"Good morning, I assume all of you are here to join today's lesson?" I greeted before asking the rest of the students here.

They nodded their heads in response so I waited a few minutes before I began the lesson.

"Today I will be teaching you all about the Plant-life cycle and Evolution," I informed them.

Before any of them could ask a question I started speaking, "Let's begin with Evolution, do any of you know what Evolution is?"

Upon hearing no one speak I continued, "Evolution is the process of species developing in different ways over a long time. For example, some fish have evolved and gained the ability to breathe and travel on land after countless generations passed, everything evolves even us."

"Teacher Ze, you're saying that not just animals evolve, but we do as well?" a student asked.

"That's right, but not only do we and animals evolve, but even Plants evolve as well."

"Plants? What do you mean?" a student asked.

I thought for a few seconds before giving an example, "We'll think about it like this, a mushroom grows within a dark cave for thousands if not millions of years, in this time the regular mushroom has gained a few properties like Luminescence and maybe even some poisonous attributes to stop creatures from eating it."

Before anyone could reply I heard a loud sound come from outside that made me widen my eyes a little.

"Everyone get to safety! We are under attack!" I shouted before opening a portal to the roof of the building.

Approaching Winterhold at a fast speed was a large red fire dragon!

Within a few seconds, the other Teachers arrived and looked upon the fast-approaching dragon.

"What is that!" Shouted Tolfdir upon seeing the dragon.

"That is a Dragon and it's heading our way..." I told the Teachers before summoning an orb of Sunfire.

All of the mages looked towards the Sunfire with confusion.

"What is that?" Archmage Savos asked.

"This is Sun Fire, some magic from the Restoration School of Magic," I informed them as I looked towards the shocked and confused Restoration Teacher of the School, Colette Marence.

"After we deal with this dragon you have to teach me!" She shouted before everyone prepared for battle!

Everyone(except me) cast Magic Armor of some kind whether it be Oak, Stone, or Ironflesh before casting the respective spells of their schools before they started throwing the various spells towards the dragon that has reached Winterhold.

Personally, I cast a few different kinds of Sun Fire spells I created in my free time.

Sun Fireball, Sun Flames, Sun Flame Arrow, Burning Sun Flames, Sun Fire Beam, Sun Fire Cloak, and finally Sun Fire Breath.

Sun Fire Breath appeared and looked like a Shout but it is not, it's made purely from Sun Fire which Is created by Magicka.

Within moments my entire being began to glow with a golden light with Golden flames stretching across my entire body, I threw dozens of different spells towards the Dragon with most of them missing before dissolving after traveling a small distance.

Before the dragon could even land in the town spells of many kinds exploded and pierced into his body causing him to be pushed back, and upon looking up all the Dragon saw was a wave of Golden flames of many different shapes and sizes heading towards him at an incredible speed.

It dodged and weaved through the air but some of the Golden Flames still hit its large body.

It roared in pain as for the first time in its long life, it was burned by flames!

Meanwhile, as we made our way over to the town we froze upon seeing the dragon crash into the ground outside the town while covered in Golden Flames roaring in pain...

I will be honest, I didn't expect the Burning Sun Flames would be so...persistent.

My Burning Sun Flame spell is supposed to stick to its targets but I didn't anticipate the Flames to spread across a being as large as a Dragon, within half a minute my flames died out and left behind charred scales and a still-living dragon...

We were all shocked by the vitality of the Dragons but before the dragon could recover we threw more and more spells towards the downed dragon while the summoned Atronachs started attacking with us.

We threw all manner of spells towards the Dragon in hopes that it would die and within a few minutes of throwing spells at its weak spot on its underbelly it finally died...

[You have slain a Dragon!]

[You have gained 1,500 Divine Energy!]

Upon the dragon's death, I soon noticed that something within the Dragon began receding into the corpse and once I neared it I was shocked to find a Spectral Dragon floating within the Dragon's Corpse!

Is this the Dragon's soul?

I summoned a Hand of Invisible Divine Energy before grabbing the Dragon's Soul.

Within moments it began panicking and trying to escape my grasp but as I pulled it towards me streams of energy began leaving the Dragon's Body and flowing into me!

Wait...I have seen this before!

This is what the Dragonborn's do?!

[You have absorbed a Dragon's Soul]

[You have gained 500 Divine Energy!]

So much!

Damn, why the hell am I letting Tommy devour such good stuff?!
