"Turn right in the next intersection!" Gloria suddenly shouted from the back.

"But if we were to turn around, we're going to get caught by the Xermo!" Yakov shouted back. With the machine gun still firing, it was hard for them to hear anything aside from the rapid bullets that William used to kill the swarm of Xermo coming in their direction.

"After turning right, wait for the next intersection to turn to left. There's an empty lane straight to the edge of City V14!" Gloria shouted again. She had already studied the map during her free time, so she knew that there was a direct highway towards the edge of City V14 over there.

The distance was still far, but the route was more or less straight. It would be easier to switch there.
