Cognitive: cognitive disorder, delirium, slowness to perform activities, amnesia, confusion, belief that thoughts are not one's own, belief that a common event has a special and personal meaning, disorientation, or false belief of superiority

Mood: loss of interest or pleasure in doing activities, anxiety, apathy, general discontent, anger, inadequate emotional response, or a feeling of disconnection with oneself

Psychological: hallucination, hearing voices, paranoia, persecutory delusion, religious delusion, depression, or fear

Speech: circumstantial speech, incoherent speech, fast and frantic speech or speech disorder

Also common: impaired motor coordination, lack of emotional response, fatigue, or memory loss
