Chapter 39

'It certainly took a little a lot of convincing to make their mind!' she said to him. 'But I am glad we did that!' he replied to her and embraced her in his arms. All of them enjoyed the scenic sights they have never watched in that journey and talked about the ceremony they were anticipating in the Paris of Italy, Turin. Rosalie recalled as she glanced at the greenery and the beautiful sights her vision and took the diary to read it from the point, she left it. 'The atmosphere in the dream indicates the situation of the heart and mind, and the rest of it is often an instruction to what needs to be done!'. She knew that she was devastated and her misery in that vision consumed her. Her granny came to direct her to what needs to be done that day. That throat drying desert was what her life would be without John.

She held his hand strong and decided not to tell him about the long lifespan side effect of the wish she made in the scarlet garden. She was happy and didn't want him to ever think about it. 'Things happen in one's life for a reason and an incident that Rosalie was not aware of in her life was a secret that will reveal when she would read the diary' Anne-Marie thought to herself. She was glad that she saved her with the same wish and chance that the spirits in the garden offered her. She knew about how her father saved her mother. It was told by her mother to Anne. When Angie told her that she tried to save Rosalie from Mr. Crimson who tried to suffocate her. She was not breathing at all, and the doctors did them well to sustain her. There was no hope of her survival. Anne in desperation went to her home and cried in anguish

She felt like dying and then remembered that instance that saved her mother. She waited three days for the gap to appear. It didn't but by the end of the week when she lost all hope, she found it. She rushed to a shop and bought a white rose plant hoping that she would survive. She survived and was alright. Anne-Marie looked at them with adoration, Rosalie resting on his shoulder, 'I am glad that both of you will have a long and happy life!'. She chooses them over his husband and that was the fact to it all. So, on a positive note the exhausting tale of scarlet garden ends but not necessarily of the people who dwell in it.
