CHAPTER 45: DOUBLE CELEBRATIONS

After Zari and Leo's wedding at the beach few months ago.
Here we are again at the same beach. I bought some property too. After I told Shana I love to buy even just a little portion. It was just beside their clan owns. So glad that her grandfather sells it to me. He owns most of it but since we are family, he let me have it.
After celebrating our first Christmas and New Year together with the twins. Everything's perfect. I was in my beach house together all the men for our wedding.
Yes, Shana and I were getting married today. She is not here in our beach house but to their clan beach house. All of the ladies included in our entourage were there to settle.
"Bro, are you okay? You were spacing out." Zed patted my shoulder. "You're not changing your mind, are you?" He laughed.
"Of course not, bro. I was just thinking how time flies for us and the twins." I sighed. "I feel like getting older watching our twins growing up so fast." I heard Leo and Zed laughed even my brother Carson too.
"Big bro, you are not alone." Carson shook his head. "You produced giant babies with Shana." He laughed aloud.
"Come on, let's get going. It is time." Leo reminded us. I stood up and followed them.
I am nervous wreck standing at the altar. Although, I appreciate what they did to this event. It was magical beauty with excellent decorations but I could not help my eyes as I watched Shana entered the venue with her parents.
They were mumbled and I know what it was. It was hard for a father seeing her first born daughter growing up, marrying someone and be with him for the rest of her life.
That's what I would feel when time comes my daughter will leave us marrying to someone she loves. I saw them hugging tight and I know it is time for us.
She took a deep breath before she walked in the aisle looking straight into my eyes. She is so beautiful, so perfect and she is my forever.
My eyes started to wet as she was nearer and that I could not hold on my tears in the eyes as she is in front of me now. She cried as she saw my eyes.
Her father handed me her hand and said, "Please take good care of my daughter and promise me that you will treasure your vows until the end."
I hugged her father and replied, "I will never bend my promise to love your daughter until my last breath." He hugged me again and whispered thank you, same as I did to her mother. They left us going to their seats. I wiped Shana tears and she wiped mine.
When the ceremony started, I could not hear anything the priest says but I could hear our heart beats as one.
Everything ended so well and when it announced 'You may kiss your bride' I did not waste any moment and kissed her longer like no one's watching. We just pulled out when we catch our breath.
"I love you Shana so much.' I said as I hugged her tight.
"I love you more Colton." She smiled. We heard round of applauds as we faced the guest. We stayed for a while for photoshoot. I could not believe we are married now.
We ended our last shoot as the sunset background.
We headed to the reception area which just at the other side. Not just the celebration of the wedding but also Twins' 1st birthday. Shana and I planned to do it at the same day.
We sang 'Happy birthday song' to our twins first. We were all happy because both families were here to celebrate with us. My family was there to support us. Flew back to this town just for our wedding.
They knew how much I have been through with my Ex before. They saw everything and now that they were glad that I found the woman that I will spend for the rest of my life legally.
I could not ask for anything right now but to be with my own family. My wife Shana, I smiled when I say it in my mind, my wife. My kids, my babies, my twins.
Shana and I were hugging as we were staring our twins playing with their cousins. "I will always thankful for the fate I have right now with you, babe." I said as she lifted her face to me.
"Me, too, Colton, I have been working in your company for so many years but did not expect that we will end up as husband and wife.
"I know. It was our fate to meet us that day and the rest was history. If I have given another life, I will always choose the love I have with you." I kissed her and hugged.
"I have something to tell you." She whispered.
"What is it?" I asked shifted in front of her.
"You are going to be Daddy again." She grinned as my eyes opened wide.
"Whaat? Really? As in?" I asked and she nodded
"I am three months pregnant." She was biting her lips.
"YES!" I said loud that they were looking at us. I stood up and announced. "I am going to be Daddy again."
Our families clapped their hands and walked towards us to congratulate.
"Congrats! For another angel in the family." Zari said.
"Why you're not surprise, George?" Jake asked.
"Of course, she told me first." George rolled her eyes. "You know, best friend's thing." Zari laughed.
"Whatever!"
Kissing Shana's temple. "Thank you, thank you Hon. I will always be true to you." I promised. "We will build a big family like 2 more babies." I grinned.
She hit me to my thigh. "I will make you more exhausted tonight because our baby in your tummy needs two feet, two hands..." I did not finish because Shana was blushing, covering my mouth.
"You always a perv." She whispered.
