And just like that, a routine has been made. Now, Klyde wakes up extra early to prepare breakfast for two. Although Wade told him it was unnecessary, he felt it in himself that he really wanted to do it. So, he continued. He began his search of simple breakfasts he could make quickly. The grocery stocks they have actually started decreasing, and it brought a semblance of normalcy to him. He somehow misses his old apartment because of it, not that he cooks there but he had many instant foods on his pantry too. But he’s glad he’s somehow settling here okay.
The sound of Wade’s footsteps as he climbs down the stairs has become a usual sound to him that he doesn’t even flinch nor get bothered by it anymore. After over a week of this set-up, it has slowly become his norm and honestly, that thought is terrifying.
