Qie Ranzhe felt like he had just offloaded a huge weight off his shoulders but he could still feel the after-effects of having carried such a huge weight around for years. When he arrived at his apartment he found Machu sitting on the couch with his earphones on.

Because he couldn't hear anything, Qie Ranzhe easily walked towards him and silently stood behind him staring at what this good old doctor was watching. He leaned down with his hands in his pockets and said, "Why not just get her number," with a raised brow.

Machu experienced a terrifying jump scare with his cellphone flipping out of his butterfingers. "Shit!.....," he swore almost falling off the couch, "You almost gave me a fuckin heart attack... geez."

"How is he?" he asked taking small steps towards the stairs.
