Wen Qinxi heard the sound of his cell phone ringing but his hands were covered in flour so he tapped Qie Ranzhe's foot with the tip of his slippers.

Qie Ranzhe who was standing by the wine fridge taking out a bottle of white wine, walked over to the counter and swiped up the green button before pressing the loudspeaker.

"Dad," said a milky voice as sticky as candy and the two looked at each other fully aware of what that voice meant.

Qie Ranzhe stood behind Wen Qinxi and hugged him from behind while asking, "What do you want this time? Acting cute won't help you," before kissing and sniffing the back of Wen Qinxi's neck.
