Part 64:

"Ruby, I'm sorry. I didn't intend to bump into you." I handed her the menus to her.

She just looked at me with anger and pushed me so hard that I stumbled on my heels and feel on the ground. I saw the people in the cafe around me start to get up from their seats to helps but before they could get to me, Ruby was already picking up the menus and throwing them repeatedly at my face.

"I don't get it, Ruby. What did I ever do to you?!" I yell out in frustration as the menus edges hit my stomach and my head.

"You ruined my life you piece of shit!! You slut!!" Ruby picked up an ice coffee and poured it on my white dress. I screamed internally as more coffee was being poured on me. "It's all because of you!!"

I quickly started to get up when she stopped throwing beverages at me. I started to get up on my hands and knees when Ruby started to picked newly backed pastries from the shelves and started throwing at me.

The frosting got in my hair and in my eyes. I could open my eyes from all the coffee and frosting. My dress was soaked in coffee and so is my hair.

People started to call security and tried to contain her when I could hear running towards me.

I thought someone was going to help me when I was kicked n my side. I screamed as my hair was being pulled by Ruby as she screams over and over. "You Slut! Whore! Bitch!" Her voice rang in my head as I started to cry.

Tears were endlessly flowing down mu cheeks as Ruby was held back multiple times but still found a way to get herself free. This time, she punched me in the stomach . I curled into a ball and she repeatedly hits my back with her fist. "I hate you! I hate you! I hate you!" She screamed over and over again.

"STOP IT THIS INSTANT!" A deafening shout roared in the cafe. I could hear Ruby screaming as she was knocked to the ground. A pair of hands picked me up and wiped my eyes.

All I could see was Harvey's scared eyes. He said nothing as he pulls me in for a hug but I sob telling him. "You're gonna get dirty" over and over again.

He pulls me in for a tight hugs and I stopped squirming. He whispered with pain in his heart. "I don't care."

"AHHHH!!!!!" Me and Harvey turn around to see Ruby charging at us but halfway she froze and dropped to the ground.

Behind her was...Kole. He looked relieved but sad at the same time.

The police came in and Harvey pulled me out of the room and in the employee's dressing room. I washed all the coffee and pastries off of me and Hqrvey came in to give me spare clothes.

"I intended to give you this later as a present...but" He said as he handed another expensive bag to me. "I don't know what to say to you. I wasn't there on time. I'm sorry." He looked down to the ground. He looked very disappointed in himself but I took his hand and looked at him.

I sighed. "It's alright...it was just bad timing. It's not your fault." I said as I hugged him.
