moving to qohor

"Oroen how is the search for Durins bane?"

The orc in question started sweating really badly.

'...'

"Oroen come here for a moment."

Sauron said as softspoken as a former lord of darkness can.

Oroen moved towards Sauron cautiously, coming before him in uncertainty and fear.

"Stretch out your hand Oroen."

Sauron commanded.

The orc stretched his hand foreward with trepidation.

Sauron took the hand in his armoured one he gently held his hand while looking Oroen right in his eyes.

"It's alright Oroen you did your best and that's all we can do."

Riiiiipppp

"Aaaaahhhhhhgggg!!!"

"Now remember this Oroen, your best is not what, I want I want results."

"Now go and treat your arm."

Sauron looked at the ripped of hand, before tossing it away.

"Alright listen up I will leave for some time and when I return I want to see Durins bane before me dead or alive."

"But if he is still alive and unwilling to come.

I want his location so that I may converse with him."

"Understood?"

"Yes pale Lord" all the orcs shouted.

"Argh hng oef"

Oroen was making his way outside the throne room to heal his broken hand.

Turning to the rest of the orcs Sauron speaks to Abadun, "Abadun keep this place running and make sure to keep mining the mithril I will need it to create new wonderfull artifacts.

"Start training these orcs into a army too I will need them for new conquests."

"I don't want to hear about you waging war against the elves or man."

"Now is not the time and there are new lands to conquer."

"While I am away I want you to capture as much elves, man, hobbits, trolls, and other creatures of middle earth."

"If possible even beorn the skin changer's body."

"As you command my liege but may I ask why."

Sauron grinned a wicked smile before awnsering.

"It's high time some new species graced the lands of middle earth."

With that he finished, taking the mithril chests with him, and summoning the portal from his heart.

-----

Walking trough the portal Sauron was once again back in the magical cave.

Turning to the fallen man he reached for the satchel and sword.

Binding the sword to his hips he took the satchel and swung it over his shoulders.

Walking over to the dragon corpse he took of his helmet and his gauntlet.

Touching the dragons head again he could now inject his power into the dragon.

Feeling his power brush against the living cells of the creature he could feel the change happening inside of it.

But right when his energy would reach the heart needed for the transformation, he noticed strong resistance a powerfull magic not inherently of the dragon.

It held a cold and dark power trying to change the dragon same as he was doing now.

"Another necromancer Sauron said grimly."

"Maiar of origin, but still significantly weaker than me."

"He should be as strong as the white wizard."

"Well I will leave the dragon here for now, my power should be able to grind the foreign influence to dust together with the magic here already suppressing the cold dark essence left in this dragon."

"Alright sit tight there I will be back for you."

He said to the dragon corpse.

He had just put on his helmet and gauntlet again when he started moving towards the cave exit.

Reaching the open space right behind the waterfall he unfolded his black wings.

The armour he wears is magicly inscribed to form towards his current form a nessesary feature for a shapeshifter like the maiar.

His wings now covered in a layer of magic steel, weight significantly more than first but they could not be cut or damaged even by valryian steel.

Slowly lifting of the wet mossy stones of the cavern, Sauron rose into the air.

Before flapping his wings hard making a thunderous sound.

Going straight trough the waterfall.

He flew over forests rivers and damp forests.

It was early in the morning when he got out of the cave and it would now be slowly turning midday.

He flew another hour before seeing a big city on the horizon, surrounded by stone walls and shrouded in a deep seated cloak of sin.

Landing 2 kilometers away from the city Sauron decided to walk the rest of the way.

When he got closer he saw caravans of horses and cards filled with goods.

People watching ang gawking at him.

For they had never seen a man of his stature.

A giant among man.

It was a new experience for Sauron he had never been among the free folks before.

Never walked among the mortals.

He may have been able to see everything in middle earth from his tower, but doing something and seeing something are worlds apart.

Like seeing someone skydive or doing it yourself.

So it was new and fresh for the dark lord.

Whispers were going on between the merchants.

Sauron kept moving forth besides the road passing a lot of cards with goods and produce.

Time flew by and 20 minutes later he passed a card holding something different than goods.

It held people.

Dirty cages ragged appearances and dirty clothes.

Sauron looked down at the people in the cage his eyes falling on a small girl no more than 4 namedays.

Looking at her disheveled hair grimy face and hollow purple eyes.

It hit him hard, it was looking in a mirror.

Something just clicked in Sauron,he did not hate the free folk of middle earth, and neither did he hate the people here.

He was jealous because they had freedom while he was chained as a dog, first by Aulë and than by Morgoth.

And he did not hate freedom he hated not having control of his own fate.

So to compensate he tried to take away the freedom of the mortals.

Anger surged, and Sauron moved foreward.

Gripping the iron cage, he has a new change at life and he would not sit still as he saw others take free will away while he was around.

Just as he was about to rip apart the cage he was attacked by the guards transporting the slaves.

A sword hit his back... doing absolutely nothing.

Sauron created his armour to be able to withstand Valyrian steel.

One of the few things that could injure and kill his fleshly body.

Even dragon fire was useless against him.

Their breath a combination of fire and magic was useless against a being with Devine power tailored to darkness and fire.

But on the same note Sauron was weak against ice magic, being his antithesis.

Until he manages to consume a valar or maiar holding that concept.

He could train himself to accept these concepts, but that would take a lot of time and effort.

Especially because it is the complete opposite of his being.

Turning around the guard saw Sauron's burning eyes behind his helmet.

Freezing in fear.

He saw his own death repeatedly play out before him.

Sauron used his power over illusions and the mind to let this insulent mortal feel as much despair as possible.

Before the other guards could do anything the soul of the guard was already consumed by Sauron.

"Crunch crunch"

Adytdbhrdf!!!!?

When the guards came close they heard a sickening sound of pulverizing and twisting bones, together with the screams of a tortured soul.

Sauron held the guard by his head crushing his head while feasting on his sinful soul.

Something new Sauron found out is that his Devine power increased as he consumed sinful souls.

But they had to be saturated in sin to be useful at all.

"I guess this is father's doing one of the reasons Ero lluvatar sent me here."

While the increase of strength was minimal

If enough souls can be consumed I will naturally become a Valar.

"Good"

Sauron unseated his sword at his hip.

A two-handed Valyrian steel sword the same size as Starks ancestral sword ice.

But it looked like a one handed short sword in Sauron's hands.

He swung his sword towards the guards, they held up their swords hoping to block the strike.

But Sauron cut trough them like butter.

The weapons armour and bones matterd nothing.

They were cut trough effortlessly.

Killing droves without breaking a sweat.

25 men were killed before the remaining 10 fled in fear.

But the dark lord was not going to let them go.

The other caravans stood at a safe distance seeing the slaughter taking place.

Sauron stretched out his hand using his telekinesis to lift the guards of the ground bringing them towards him.

The ten man were struggling to breathe garnering no sympathy from Sauron.

Looking at them Sauron took a deep breath, and when he released it a thick black smoke escaped his mouth finding its way into the faces of the men.

Drilling into their eyes nose mouth and ears.

They struggled strongly before their movement stopped.

Black mist coming from their pores forming a new armour.

Their blades becoming a extension of the abyss that is Sauron's anger.

They lowed their heads their faces obscured by both their helmets and the black smoke.

"Our lord!" They shouted in unison.

Sauron nodded before turning around and breaking the cage.

Holding the small child.

She looked at him not with fear but with curiosity and reference.

"Who are you?"

She asked sweetly

In a rare moment of gentleness Sauron smiled and sat down beside her.

You may call me Mairon little one.
