I looked at the boy who defended me.

He was tall. His eyes are deep brown and his hair is black and wavy. His eyebrows are furrowed and he's glaring at the kids on the Playground.

But his voice.. his voice sounded like a melody.

'I'm sorry, Jason. I promise that I won't be mean to her again. Please don't let your father know.'

The girl vowed and ran away.

The other kids followed her.

After a few seconds, the two of us are the only people left on the Playground.

'I hope you're fine. Are you hurt? Did they push you?'

He was looking at me, waiting for an answer but I can't seem to respond.

His voice sounds so good. It's like listening to a song, a beautiful song.

'Erm, yes. I'm okay. Thank you for saving me. I, I have to go home.'

When I reached my bike, I heard him shout..

'It was nice meeting you! Jason! Jason Jihoon Park is my name!'

'I'm Kree! Kree Allison Jung!'

I shouted back as I ride my bike away while waving one of my hands.

I looked back and I saw him waived back and smiled.

I knew right then that I'll have him by my side for a very, very long time.

(Today...)

'Oh shoot. I'll be late again. Damn it!"

I mumbled to myself for a hundredth time while I'm riding my motorcycle like a crazy woman.

When I entered the music studio, the whole team was already there.

'Uhm, I got caught in traffic. I'm sorry... I guess?'

'All women do is lie!' Yunho, one of the producers I'm working with, shouted.

'You can't even see remorse in her eyes. I can't believe I acknowledged her as my Idol.' Krystal, the youngest among us, added.

'I'm sorry, okay? It's just that Jason needed me last night and I got home late so..'

'Blinded by love but he doesn't even love her. How stupid can people be?' Donghyuk, one of my closest friends in the label, mumbled. (I CANT BELIEVE I CONSIDERED HIM AS MY FRIEND)

'HEY! I know I'm stupid but love is love. I'm sorry, okay? This won't happen again!' I put my right hand on my heart. While looking everyone in the eye while pouting.

So to distract everyone, I pulled out my laptop from my bag..

'Anyways... I've been listening to the demo last night and I think it would be fun if we change the tempo of the song after the first chorus to make way for the rap part... so I tried it and it sounded like this..'

I played the song on my laptop and waited for the reaction of everyone, hoping for a good response from them.

When the music stopped playing, everyone's smiling at me.

'Okay, you're forgiven. Let's use this instead and finish the finalized demo before this day ends.' Donghyuk said, I can hear enthusiasm in his voice, which is a good thing.

Finally, I'm safe from death!!

We worked on the song for almost 10 hours and finished around 4 in the morning.

When I checked my phone, I saw that I had 42 (!) Missed calls, all are from Jason.

I called him right away.

'Sup, Jayjay? Everything good?'

'Kree, I think I'm about to die. My heart is hurting.' Jason's voice sounded weak.

My heart almost stopped.

'Where are you? Wait for me, I'm coming!'
