#15: Fight Me If You Dare

"Ano?" Raven arises from sitting on her chair, "si Lifia ay natalo ng baguhan?"

The man standing in front of her bows down and looks straight into her eyes. "Base po sa aming nasaksihan, talagang natalo ni Azer ang ika-tatlong kapitan ng panghukbong pang digma."

She moves her eyes as they begin to turn small, she settles her hands on the desk in front of her. The ground begins to shake as cracks are forming on the ground, on the surface of the desk, and the walls of the room.

Raven closes her hands. "Hindi ako makakapayag na mangyari 'yon!"

Dark energy appears on her whole body; the dark energy multiplies and becomes thick as the shaking of the ground continues to occur.

Her red eyes are glowing and the shaking of the ground becomes stronger, thence, the man standing in front of her begins to turn around and so he runs away.

Raven's gritting teeth come to a halt, and her trembling clenched hands loosen their grip as the dark energy surrounding her whole body disappears into thin air.

Meanwhile, Azer's eyes are widening while standing in front of multiple empty chairs.

A hand settles around his neck, and a masculine voice speaks softly. "Binabati kita sa tagumpay na natamasa mo! Ngayong dadalo ka na sa klase na magaganap dito, anong pakiramdam na mapapasama ka na sa mga uupo sa silid-aralan?"

Azer moves his eyes aside and sees the face of Estefro.

"Hindi ko alam kung bakit ko pinasok ang pagiging isang tagapagbantay," Azer replies, "at ngayon pa lang tila ay nagsisisi na ako sa aking ginawa."

"Nangangamba ka?" Estefro raises his other hand and points his index finger at Azer, "baka sabihin ko sa iyo, nakasasalay rito ang aking imahe bilang isang pangalawang kapitan ng hukbong pang digma.

"Isa pa, matunog ang pangalan mo sa mga kabataan at mga matatanda."

Estefro lifts his hand from Azer's shoulder, and so, he steps backward from Azer. Estefro moves his eyes from Azer's head down to his toes.

"Taglay mo ang kagwapuhan na maaring sumira sa kaisipan ng madlang kababaihan." Estefro uttered soft laughs.

The door strikes the wall and a woman steps inside the room. Azer and Estefro turn around and witness a woman whose whole body is surrounded by dark energy.

"Hindi ako makakapayag na tanggapin na lang ng madla na ang lalakeng 'yan!" she raises her hand and points her index finger at Azer, "ay matalo si Lifia! Maaring may ginamit siya ba kung anong pandaraya upang magwagi sa laban!"

Azer moves his eyes downward and witnesses Estefro blocking his chest with his hand.

"Huwag kang gagawa ng galaw na ikakapahamak mo, Azer," Estefro whispered.

Azer begins to close his eyes as he inhales through his nose. "Sige ba."

Raven begins to amble towards the pair as Estefro moves his hand away from Azer's chest.

"Walang pandurugas na naganap," Estefro's lip curves upward, "o baka naiinggit ka lang sa natamasa ng aking estudyante, Raven?"

"Kung walang pandurugas," Raven disappears into dark clouds and appears behind Azer while floating above him, "edi iwasan mo ito!"

Azer turns around as Estefro does the same.

Estefro's eyes are widening as he witnesses Raven reaching Azer's body.

He opens his hand and blue lightning appears around the fingers of his open hand, and then he clenches it.

Azer thrusts his hand toward Raven as she's thrusting her dark hand toward him.

Azer and Raven vanish, henceforth, both of them appear on the quadrangle of the university, and both fall to the ground.

"Mga pasaway," a young man is walking at an easy pace towards the pair, "Hindi baga ninyo nababatid? Hindi maganda kapag sa loob mismo ng unibersidad kayo nagpasikalaban ng lakas."

"Ang boses na iyon." Raven placed her hands on the ground and pushed herself upwards.

"Ako si Revon," Revon raises his hand and points his index finger at Raven and Azer, "kayong dalawa ay kinakailangang maglaban para sa ikaliligtas ninyong dalawa."

Azer stands up and speaks, "Anong ginawa namin?"

Revon holds his nape and narrows his eyes at Azer. "Oh, talaga? Mukhang nakakalimot ka sa ginawa ninyong pagtatapatan sa loob ng isa sa mga silid na aralan."

Revon moves his hand from his nape and points it at Azer. "Para kang si Estefro, parehas kayong mahina at walang utak."

"Tayo ang magtapatan!" Azer narrows his eyes at Revon as his hands are clenching, "huwag mong nilalait ang isang tao habang siya'y nakatalikod! Sa gano'ng paraan, pinatunayan mo na ikaw ay walang katapangan."

"Gusto ko ang pananalita mo," Revon lowers his hand, "sa ngayon, hahayaan ko kayo sa ginawa ninyo.

"Kapag naulit ang ginawa ninyo ay hindi na kayo kailanman makakatuntong sa unibersidad."
