#1: Daanan

-Sa sementeryo ng Kalinisan-

A young man is ambling in a cemetery. His hair is yellow, and the style of his clothing is casual.

In his hands a dozen of red flowers can be seen, then he halts in front of the tombstone. His eyes gaze upon the words that are carved on the tombstone.

"Felicity Raveño

****-****"

"Lola ko matagal na rin, simula noong bata pa ako." he knelt in front of the tombstone.

His eyes are sealing tight as he begins to fold his knees in front of the tombstone. There, he spent multiple minutes crouching on the grass. He extends the 1 dozen of red roses towards the tombstone, hence he arises and walks away from the flat inscribed stone which laid over the grave of his grandmother.

From the cemetery, he is sitting inside a traveling jeepney. He is not alone for there are other passengers sitting on the seats of the jeepney. He slides his hand inside the pocket of his bottom clothing and brings out his cellphone.

He presses the dark screen, and moves it towards his ear. "Hello, Amy? Ano may tsismis ka nanaman ba?"

"Loko!" Amy utters a soft laugh, "kakagaling ko lang sa kulungan dahil sa paggawa ng tsismis, tapos eto ka ineenganyo ako na kumalap ng tsismis?"

Azer shifts his eyes to the unglazed window beside him or a window without a glass. He continues to speak, "Amy... Maari ba akong pumunta sa iyong tahanan? Kakaiba ang lungkot na aking nadarama, at tila dinadala ako nito sa pagkitil ng aking buhay."

Amy tells him. "Sa ganyang usapan ay palagi akong narito... hindi mo na kailangan pang magpaalam kapag nakakaramdam ka ng ganyang kalungkutan, sapagka't bukas ang pinto ko palagi para sa'yo."

The edges of his lip curves upward as tears fall from the corner of his eyes, the jeep continues to travel onwards to its multiple destinations. In front of a large dark opened gate, the jeepney halts and a young man steps out from the jeep's entrance and exit.

Azer is facing the jeepney while it moves forward; moving away from his sight. He opens his mouth and begins to inhale deeply while raising his hands high in the air.

"Azer Reveño, tinatamad ka na ba?" a young woman spoke while resting her back on the metallic wall of the large red gate.

Azer moves his hands downward. "Amy? Ba't yata ang aga mo? Nakakapanibago naman ang ipinapakita mo, tila mamamatay ka na."

Her clothing is a bit revealing; her upper clothing is showing a bit of her bosoms. Her eyes are red but her pupil is pink, and she's wearing red eyeglasses. Furthermore, she can be described as a pretty young woman.

Both of them are now walking on the path beside the road, Azer and Amy are quiet as their eyes wander everywhere.

"Amy?" Azer whispered.

"Oh, bakit?" Amy asked.

Azer smiles as his eyes goes along with his gentle smile. "Ang bilis ng panahon, kung dati ay hanggang bewang lamang kita ngayon ay hanggang ulo ka na."

Amy rolls her eyes as she utters a soft laugh. "Ikaw naman, Azer! Tila gusto mong magpalibre sa akin ng pagkain sa bayan!"

"Loka-loka!" Azer looks at Amy, "'yong kalandian mo kasi ang nagbago hindi ang tangkad mo, para bang bundok makiling 'yang kalandian mo, napakatibay hindi mawawasak."

She raises her hand and slaps his shoulder as Azer continues to giggle. The vehicles beside them fly away as the paved pathway or road bursts to pieces: its pieces scatter everywhere. Azer looks immediately at Amy, and using his hand: he embraces her waist and jumps as she lifts her.

"Azer! Ano 'yon? Napakalakas!" Amy yelled.

Both of them land in-between the tall statues of persons wearing formal clothing. Amy jumps from Azer's grip, then both of them look at each other.

Azer speaks, "Kailangan nating pumunta sa ligtas na lugar!"

A large crack forms on the ground behind them. Both of them turn around only for Amy to float and fly towards the hole in the crack. A hand holds her hand while she's being pulled by the force from the crack.

"H-Humawak ka nang mahigpit sa aking kamay!" Azer gritted his teeth.

Amy stares at Azer, and a smile forms on her lip. "Nangako ka na hindi mo ako kailanman iiwan dahil tila parte na ako ng iyong pamilya… gusto kong malaman kung gaano mo ba ako kamahal?"

Azer lowers his head and raises it slightly. "Ikaw… Ikaw ay mahal ko na mas higit pa sa lahat, para na kitang nakatatandang kapatid."

Her hands are slipping bit by bit from his grasp. Azer looks at her hands and shifts his eyes to her red eyes which are sparkling.

"Mahal na mahal kita na para bang ikaw ang nag-iisang lalake para sa akin," Amy closes her eyes, "hanggang sa muli."

Her hands slipped away from his grasp. Hence, Amy is dragged onto the hole in the massive crack on the ground. Azer's eyes are widening as he is witnessing Amy's fate. He folds his forelegs and jumps, the force from the massive crack pulls him inward the hole.

A world with multiple trees, and white cold particles are covering the entire land. Two human beings whose clothing are thick are ambling on the snow covered land.

One of them speaks, "Maari na ba tayong umuwi? Nakababagot kasi rito."

"Alam mo Estefro kung marami kang reklamo ay huwag ka ng sumama sa akin!" the other man yelled at him.

Estefro closes his eyes as he utters, "Eh,pasensya na napago-!"

The other man jumps toward Estefro causing both of them to fall on the ground. He is covering Estefro's lip with the use of his hand.

He speaks while looking everywhere. "Narinig mo ba ang ingay na iyon?"

Estefro scowls at his comrade. He opens his mouth and bites the hand of his comrade. The comrade pulls his hand from Estefro as he arises, screams while wiggling his aching hand.

The comrade looks over to Estefro with a mad look on his face. "Nababaliw ka na bang lalake ka?! Tila wala kang modo sa nakatataas sa'yo!"

Estefro sighs while staring at his comrade. "Paano ba naman, Kaifer? Bigla ka na lang kumikilos at gumagawa ng paraan na palagi mong ikinatutumba."

Kaifer releases a quick breath from his lip, and he pouts. "HINDI AH! SINO NAGTURO SA IYO NG IMPORMASYON NA IYAN?!"

A huge dark layer covers the entire land and even both Estefro and Kaifer. Both of their eyes immediately move upward.

"Ang maalamat na nilalang, Ang Abdon!" Kaifer yelled.

Estefro speaks while looking at the gigantic flying creature. "Pwede na, pwede nang pang isang taon na supply ng pagkain-!"

Kaifer swings his foot and it hits Estefro's back, and Estefro's upper body bends forward as Kaifer crouches. The beak of the gigantic creature flies across them; almost capturing one of them.

"Hew! Muntik nang matapos ang buhay ko roon," Estefro smiles at Kaifer, "salamat, kapitan-!"

"Mamaya ka na magpasalamat! Wala akong planong sayangin ang enerhiya ko rito!" Kaifer began to pull Estefro's hand as he ran away.

A young man from the sky crashes downward to Estefro and Kaifer, then all fall and roll on the cold ground.

Azer begins to arise from the ground while rubbing his head.

"Nakakaiba ka! Saan ka ba nanggaling at bakit ganyan ang kasuotan mo?" Estefro moves his eyes up and down on Azer's whole body, "ang kasuotan mo ay tila nagpapakita na ikaw ay nahihibang na. Napakasama naman ng iyong abilidad sa pananahi, kaibigan!"

"Ngayon lang ito ,manggagaling mula sa aking bibig ngunit sang-ayon ako sa kanya," Kaifer is inhaling and exhaling at a fast rate, "ang mahalagang katanungan dito ay sino ka ba talaga? Paano ka napunta rito?"

Kaifer's eyes widen then he turns around and witnesses a gigantic beast-like bird flying at great velocity towards them. He grabs the handle of his sword and pulls it from its sheath.

Kaifer swings his sword upwards, and it releases an extraordinary force of wind which strikes the abdon's beak. The abdon flies upward and no hint of scratch can be seen on its beak.

"Malakas ang pinakawalan mo na pwersa ng iyong elemento," Estefro steps forward, "ako naman ang magpapakita ng aking tamang paraan sa pagkitil ng buhay-!"

Kaifer's eyes are widening, hence he looks beside him and witnesses Azer jumping ahead of him and Estefro. Estefro's eyes widened while watching Azer's movement. Henceforth, Azer and the gigantic flying creature which has the name: abdon, moves its yellow eyes downward and notices Azer sprinting forward.

Kaifer closes his hands, and he begins to run towards Azer. "Pigilan natin siya! Baka siya na ang maging tanghalian ng nilalang na 'yan!"

Azer halts whilst abdon flies toward him while its beak is open. Azer narrows his eyes at the flying creature, and he is gritting his teeth as veins on his hands up to his arms are becoming visible.

"MAMATAY KA!" Azer closes his hands, "PUNYETA!"

Once the beak of abdon goes closer to him, Azer swings his hand forward; hitting the beak of the tremendous flying creature. An overwhelming force spreads everywhere, and Kaifer and Estefro fly away as Azer remains thrusting his fist against the beak of abdon.

Cracks form on the whole body of Abdon, henceforth, the gigantic flying creature bursts to pieces.
