CHAPTER 3 (barbie angels)

Detention!!!, that was the last thing I ever wanted, and on my first day in school, i wasn't really bothered about the detention, I've had a lot of problems with the teachers in my school back in Seattle, so I'm used to the detention, but in this case I'm serving a time out for an offence not only i committed°°

The incident on my first day taught me to always wear sun screen to school, and i always had an umbrella, just for incase, my mom said that I would soon get used to it, but i don't see it happening anytime soon,

As I was heading to class the next day, I saw CAYDENCE, she was staring at something inside her locker, I decided to get closer, she was staring at the photo of a handsome k pop musician,he was handsome, but not enough to make me fall for him, so i decided to razz her a bit,

_I guess cupid began work quite early today 😄

She turned quickly with shock and seeing that it was me, she turned again to her locker while clutching the picture, and she was blushing heavily 😅,

-Ohh y-you saw th-that ?

She asked with a Shakey voice and i nodded with a malicious grin

_Yeah, and who is he? Your boy crush?😏

-Well yes, uhmm noo, maybe, is he?

She was saying a million words all at once, she was very very nervous, and i saw that as an open door to tease her, but on a second thought, she was my only friend, and if we're to be bestie's, then i had to spice her up a bit, she looked too nerdy,

So I held her shoulder and gave her a soft smile,

-but you told me that you had a two weeks detention?

But i just shrugged and turned to her

After school that day, caydie and i went on a little shopping spree, we bought lots and lots of trendy clothes, since we could wear home clothes to school on Wednesday's, we decided to make the most of it, i Wanted to dominate emberhall high the next day, after the clothes shopping, we went on a full hair makeover, i had the whole after school to spice up for the next day, even caydie had a new look.

When we walked into the school on that Wednesday morning, there were different sounds of ooooh's and aaaaah's to be heard, I knew that we were the top in the school that day, and I loved it, at the end of the day we even got to score a new member in our little team, her name was Stephanie, she was a TikTok and Instagram blogger, and she also made advertisment videos for famous clothes, bags, and perfume brands, and if i am to be honest with you guys, Stephanie was the most beautiful dark skinned girl I've ever met, she was way more beautiful than I could ever dream of, she had a skin that shone like gold, and her beauty was on par to that of the goddess ARIA🥰,

She was the yin to our team's Yan, but she had a very care free personality, she was the type who loved to go with the flow,

Her parents weren't rich like mine or caydie's,

Her dad was in the military and her mom owned a supermarket in Lagos, but she made her own money, she had a little brother who was as annoying as "DAEMON"

from the anime (Boruto" Naruto next generations),

So with Stephanie in our team, we nicknamed ourselves (BARBIE ANGELS),

I created the team to rival that of Chloe "the principal's daughter" she had her six girl gang (the dollar Bella's) which consisted of , Chloe, her cousin Betty, her bestfriend kemi, the school's head cheerleader and a senior student NICKY, damilola (who was also among the cheerleaders), and then CHRISTINE, whom i didn't know much about, but news had it that Christine's dad was a billionaire movie director in Hollywood, and her mother was a 5 star fashion designer from Liverpool NY, so i guessed that she was likely to be the pillar of the girl gang financially,
