Setiap kali torpedo mengenai bangunan atau apapun yang menghalanginya, benda itu menimbulkan ledakan yang setara dengan ledakan granat. Semua orang panik dan berhamburan menjauh dari benda itu. Begitu pula dengan Chio dan saudarinya. Ia menuju ke rumah nenek Chio yang berada di gunung sebelah timur Kota Samara. Mereka mendapatkan jawaban atas apa yang terjadi di kota saat itu. Keduanya mengemban misi yang diberikan nenek Chio untuk mengakhiri kekacauan di Kota Samara.
