A small cave resided in the fiery hot lands of the Redite Jade Dragons.
The cave seemed incredibly ancient, perhaps even if the best archaeologists were here, they wouldn't be able to identify its age.
Inside the cave, there was nothing, not even a speck of dust, except a young man laying down on the ground, sleeping.
"But, HongShao said he wanted to us to retreat..." Suddenly, a loud and hoarse voice drifted over.
Right outside the cave, several dragons were gathered. Judging by the atmosphere, they seemed to be conversing about something of great importance. They voice were incredibly loud and powerful, every time they spoke, the ground shook violently and ripples were formed in the air.
The sounds were so piercing, yet the young man in the cave doesn't seem to be affected at all. Like wind brushing against a mountain, his sleep remained unperturbed.
*Booom!* An ear-splitting explosion resounded in the land of dragons. Pieces of fiery stones and ashes flew everywhere.
*Whoom!* Amidst the region of the phenomenon, two large silhouettes emerged. They were two of many Redite Jade Dragons.
"Huo Long! You dare cooperate with the Vernesses?! This is betrayal!" One of the two dragons who is slightly larger shouted, cracks appeared in the ground and the dust around were blown away instantly.
"Hehe, that's what we were supposed to do. The Vernesses is a race much stronger than ours, it is only a matter of time until the Changyang Continent gets taken over by them. Unlike you stubborn fools, I chose the wiser option." The other dragon spoke with a condescending tone.
Having received the reply, the larger dragon's eye flashed a glint of light. It closed its eyes and opened it after a while.
"If that's the case, then I will have no choice but to seize you."
*Rumble!!* Right after the dragon spoke, it released its shocking aura. A powerful shockwave exploded outwards with the dragon as the centre, the skies turn dark and countless hurricanes were generated. Its body leaned backwards, only to push forward with the greatest momentum whereby it slashed with its claws.
'Nirvanic Treading Stage 3...' The other dragon's expression turned dark. Then, it surged with the same momentum, the colors turned bleak and the air is sliced apart.
*Bang!!!* The collision between the two dragons produced a ridiculously loud voice. Now, even the land is splitting apart and pieces of the ground were blown away.
The small cave by a corner shook violently, and a piece of rubble smashed against its entrance, completely sealing off the access to its inside or outside.
Just as the dragons were about to exchange another blow, a deep voice resounded throughout the entire continent.
"F*ck your mother."
A golden finger formed from incredibly dense energy suddenly appeared and covered the entire sky. Then it shot to the ground, right towards the two dragons.
*Boom!!*
The two dragons had no time to react to this sudden development, they were crushed into meat paste under the massive finger. The finger continued forward with an unstoppable momentum, as if it is going to break through the whole planet, but luckily it faded away in an instant for some reason.
The small cave's entrance is blasted apart, revealing a young man.
He stared at the Redite Dragons' remains and said
"You two are really talented... to actually wake me up.."
