Breath

Hi! Are you feeling tired? Sick or just need to calm down? Well, I just want you to now that it's okay! Everybody need to take a breath and just push on the "pause" bottom. When I just need to stop a little, I feel like I'm paying for the handball for nothing. Well, that's not true! When I and you and, well, everyone needs to chill a little, it's okay! I go on handball, and do my best there everything it's okay! Because I have fun right? And everyone needs a break sometimes. It's really normal! I want you to know that if you try to do your best, it's ok with a breath sometimes. Love you<3
