What if there was a place in this our world that we didn't know existed?

What if we classify aliens as most dangerous enemies of our world, but there is a place that has the most terrifying human beings alive.

A place well hidden by the top powers and greatly influential people.

A secret place full of mysteries and what you might call a fantasy land, where the people who live there can move at blinking speeds or can crumble a mountain in one fist strike.

A place where your entire clan might be slaughtered because of a careless slip of tongue.

A place where there is complete chaos and disorder, no government laws are present, only the strongest make the laws and the weak are suppressed without mercy.

Now listen well, the reader, if you like those goodie-goodie protagonist(s), then please, for your own sake, drop this book and read another.

"Our world only has space for the rich and powerful while the poor and weak are trampled and forgotten, all sorts of protocols restrict them and they are unable to muster any power to break them…

that is to say, some people will be remembered in the annals of history and those people are the most powerful, decisive and strong-hearted persons, while the common man is forgotten, just like trash."

"Life can be honey sweet for some people, but to many others, it's a deep ocean of troubles, happiness, ambition and challenges, those kind of people are persistently swimming against the surging currents of life in this ocean until when they are unable and they are swept away, replacing them with newcomers and those newcomers are swept away, too,"

"Like that, the cycle of life continues."

A spiky, golden haired boy spoke out as he bit off his roasted meat, making slightly annoying sounds as he devoured the meat.

*Flashback*

"You loser, you dare to snatch my woman, you must have a death wish!" a scrawny looking young man delivered a resounding blow on that golden, spiky haired man's stomach sending him staggering

backwards with an ugly expression.

This was a public, main road and almost everyone totally ignored what was happening, perhaps because this was a very normal matter in this place, a place where seeing hundreds of dead bodies on the road the next morning, was very normal and everyone would just jump over the bodies and still continue with their day to day activities.

"Cut him into mincemeat for me" the scrawny looking young man had a savage and ruthless expression as he hand gestured to the five hefty men at his back.

"I didn't snatch your woman, she said she loved me, but I have no feelings for her, you better think this one through." the golden, spiky haired young man was very calm, and he placidly strode backwards as he watched the hefty men charge over at him.

"Yeah, save that till when you are dead, I really need to teach people like you some serious lesson" the scrawny looking young man smiled sinisterly, not having any intention to stop his henchmen.

A huge hand stretched out to grab his shoulder, but it never moved again, except it did move down, falling off his shoulder as bright red blood gushed out like a fountain.

Before the henchman could even grimace or exclaim in pain, a sword passed his neck and his head was off.

Subsequently, the other four were all standing but after a black sword blurred past, their heads were off

as well.

Their surroundings spun as so did their frantic thoughts, wandering how they had died so fast.

A huge pool of blood formed on the ground as their corpses were strewn all over it.

Some of the blood had splashed on the scrawny looking young man's ugly and ghastly pale face.

He looked in horror at the person that had just appeared.

The person had jet black hair and cool sideburns that rested on his chiseled, well-proportioned jaw, his clear blue eyes stared ahead at the scrawny man and his finely designed dragon earrings glistened

brightly under the sun.

He had a smile on his face, but the smile looked harmless and sincere but looking at the gory corpses on the ground and looking back at that smile, you would definitely see it as a smile that belonged to a devil.

He held two black swords as he sheathed back one into its scabbard.

"W-who are, are yo-you!!!" the scrawny man shrieked in terror and dread as he glanced repeatedly at his fallen henchmen and back at the handsome, black haired young man.

"Are you familiar with Garsan?" the black haired man smiled at him as he spun his sword playfully.

"G-garsan?! I don't know an-any Gar, Garsan?" the scrawny man was severely confused as he replied slightly incoherently in fear.

"He was one of my subordinate, because he insulted you earlier, you ordered him to be beat up, he came back full of injuries… and I am very angry" the black haired man replied, that same harmless and

sincere smile was still plastered on his face.

"I don't remember him" the scrawny man hurriedly spoke.

"Looks like you have done this a lot, and you have forgotten who is who, well, let me teach you a lesson to carry on with you to your next life, don't ever mess with my any of Dragon's men again"

"No, no, no, d-do yo, you know who my fat-father is, he will kill you, you better let m-" the scrawny man moved backwards in fright, before running away frantically.

Trying to look very cool, the black haired man turned around and faced the golden, spiky haired young man, he then sheathed out a short knife from his belt and threw it behind him.

The scrawny man ran onward with an expression of fear and haste, but he quickly fell down into the puddle of his blood as a hole tore through his forehead, his eyes full of unwillingness and regret.

Many people turned over and looked at the scrawny man's corpse with schendafreude and happiness.

That was because that asshole was the son of a strong clan leader here and he always moved around, causing trouble here and there without restraint, and no one could do anything because of his terrifying

background.

So seeing him dead caused joy and sweetness to fill their hearts as they gazed at the black haired man with gazes of varying emotions like gazes of praise and adoration, gazes of incredulity and some gazed at him with ridicule, deriding him for his reckless action against someone with such powerful background.

But what they didn't see was that the spiky haired man, had his hand behind him holding a short knife, he had obviously been planning on landing a snake move on those henchmen, but seeing how they have

already died, he sheathed them back to a small scabbard plastered on his back.

At that moment, he released some sinister air, a very dreadful aura similar to those top notch assassins.

*End of Flashback*

"This is what I learned from my months of solo travelling" the spiky haired man threw the meat bone at the side.

"That is just how life is, life is mostly gloomy and dark but if you keep on focusing on those parts, you will just end up doing and thinking anything positive, you will just hamper your progress" the black

haired man smiled at him.

These two were currently in a fine, luxurious room at the last floor in a standard, well-built mansion.

The spiked young man just gazed out the window and sighed as he admired the scenery from above.

It was spring and the beautiful flocking birds and the sweet gentle breeze was a dazzling testimony to this, the sun had just risen and it bathed the entire place in its divine radiance, causing this morning to

feel the bodies of numerous people with adrenaline and drive.

"It's probably weird asking you this now, but what is your name?"

"My name is Grater Midoriya" the spiky haired man replied.

"I am Denzer Zernon" the black haired man introduced himself silently.

He turned to look at the last roasted animal leg on the plate, so did Midoriya.

They stared at each other for a moment before pouncing on the last meat.

Suddenly, a figure dashed by, leaving faint blurs.

Zernon and Midoriya had expressions of surprise before rage, they furiously chased after the person.

It was a young, average looking young lady in fine, designer clothes that will definitely make her stand out in the crowd.

Her green hair fluttered as she ran away.

"Who is she? How can she be Flowing with the Wind this skillfully?" Midoriya stopped as he panted heavily, as he shockingly gazed at her receding back.

"Her name is Taniyah, she is the most annoying pest in this whole place… but you exhibited some flowing wind before, do you practice that style?" Zernon ignorantly asked.

"Flowing wind? That useless hunting style, I know it very well but even if I have to die, I will never use it"

Midoriya said, his tone very resentful for some strange reason before continuing "Wipe off that smile from your face, you look very annoying"

Seeing Midoriya's wrinkled brows, Zernon laughed slightly, still smiling, he replied "No, I like smiling because a smile helps remove gloominess, it shows you are happy and helps counter all the negative things in life"

"That's just corny as hell." Midoriya's mouth curled with disdain.

"You know, my father was killed in front of me, trying to protect our father's heirloom fan, then my coward uncle seized leadership and handed over the fan to the expert that wanted it, because of former grudges, he threw me into a dungeon and tortured me for a whole yeat, torture like hot knife on my back, temporal drowning, and em yeah, there was this time I was flogged so hard, my spine shifted, then I was locked in a completely pitch black room and only given roasted rats to eat, sometimes, I was not served water for days, and I will be forced to drink my urine… but it was my father that always thought me to smile and that is what I did throughout those four years even till now."

Zernon narrated as he walked away. "Not so corny now, right?"

Midoriya was petrified as he stared at his back, totally dumbstruck.

"….."

'This guy is definitely a psycho'

"Where are you going?" Taniyah appeared and asked, but she seemed to warily keep her distance, afraid that Zernon might attack her in fury.

"You know that expert that killed my father, I have found who he is, I am going to meet him" Zernon smiled at her.

"Seriously, what is his name?" Taniyah's brows raised upwards as she hurriedly asked.

"I don't really know his name, but does knowing a dead man's name have any importance, but what I do know, is that he is the current clan leader of the Wrenlow Clan."

"Wrenlow clan?! Isn't that an Elite ranking clan, you are only at the Jade rank and you want to kill him, are you mad?!" Midoriya exclaimed in fright from behind him.

You could see three green stars embedded on Zernon's robes.

"Only at the Jade rank," Taniyah laughed slightly with hidden mockery.

Midoriya stared at her and then Zernon, he was starting to feel that this guy had something really big up his sleeves.

For a jade ranker to move so confidently against an Elite ranker, that wasn't normal because they was a whole level separating the both of them.
