Once class ended I called out to Jaune. "Stay after, as you know you have yet to show any signs of discovery towards your semblance. I may have a method to unlock yours."

His face reddened slightly from the embarrassment of being called out. However he remain seated as everyone left the class. I watched Cardin move slower than the others. I gave a light smile to Jaune. "You have the largest capacity for Aura among your classmates. So First I want to try some well-known methods. After that we will use my two secret methods."

Jaune nodded, however out of the corner of my eye I saw Cardin linger outside the classroom. I couldn't help smiling since I had baited him to stay by comparing Jaune's Aura and talking about secret methods.

When everyone left I turned to Jaune. I couldn't help smiling, so I started the conversation strong. "Jaune let me be honest I know you entered Beacon with fake credentials. So before I help you I want to ask you. Why did you come here? What are your goals in life, Jaune?"

I played the role of the caring instructor. Jaune who first went pale, quickly recovered in a sigh of relief. "You aren't going to kick me out?"

I gave a shrug, "I don't personally care. I think it, being able to acquire such materials is a skill. So even if you did have fake credentials and entered Beacon illegally. I really just want to know what you are gonna do with the things you learn here."

Out of the corner of my eye I could see Cardin recording the conversation with his scroll. Perfect, The little shit was dumb enough to take the bait. Jaune was about to speak, but I held up a hand. "Cardin Winchestor, Don't you have some where to be?"

He stumbled and then ran away. Jaune looked pale, but I put a hand on his shoulder. "Don't worry about him. Using talents to get into Beacon are one thing. However breaking the rules within are not tolerated. Now where were we?"

Jaune sputtered, "I-uh... Just wanted to ask if anyone else knew."

I gave a laugh, "Well all the teachers know. Though as far as I know none of the students do. Except maybe the student council who have access to that information. They are all third years, so don't worry about it."

Jaune nodded and I slapped his back in a cheer up way. "Now onto your Semblance! First I am going to inject my own Aura in you to try and stimulate your semblance."

Jaune looked at me with confusion, "That's how Pyrrha helped me unlock my aura."

I nodded, "That is a common way to awaken a child's aura. Parents normally do it on a birthday. What I plan to do is going to be more like... torture."

Jaune seemed to stiff at my words. I grabbed his shoulder and smiled "Grit your teeth." He tried to pull away in panic. However I forced my aura into him. He did in fact grit his teeth though. I was impressed he didn't even yell out in pain.

However as I was measuring his aura and testing him I could sense any change in his aura. It seems he had to much aura to unlock his semblance this way. I released him and he fell to the ground. He stuttered, "Wha- What happened?"

I explained, "You have to much aura for this method. Normally for it to work one has to overpower the person and forcibly unlock their semblance in a simulated life and death scenario. The idea is basically overwhelm their aura making the person think they are going to die. In reality you just feel immense pain."

He huffed, "And so I failed?"

I shrugged, "Not really failed, more just succeed in a different way. I am impressed by how well you handled that."

Jaune made a self-depreciating smile, "I've dealt with worse."

i nodded, "I'll skip the standard methods." I clapped my hands. Before Jaune could even ask what the non-standard method was. I shouted, "Enchant: Awaken!"

Jaune looked down at himself. "I don't feel any different."

I sighed, "I need a proper word. Let's try, Enchant: Unlock."

Jaune shook his head, "Enchant: Unleash."

Jaune looked at his hands and shrugged. "Try... activate?"

I nodded, Enchant: deactivate does turn off one's semblance. I shrugged, "Enchant: Activate."

Jaune was overtaken by light and after a couple of seconds it vanished. He looked back at me, "i still don't feel any different."

I stared at Jaune for a second and sat down. Clearly my semblance did something there. I could feel his aura shift around, but it wasn't being used by a semblance. Jaune let out a sigh, "So should I just go to the..."

I used my semblance, "Enchant: Sleep."

He fell forward and hit his head on my desk. I watched his aura gather at the place he hit. I snapped my fingers, "Enchant: Puppeteer."

I felt my aura lock onto him and I stood up. Jaune stood up with me. I held out my hand grabbing his and he did the same. Using my aura I activated my semblance, but didn't say anything. My eyes widened as I felt my own Aura bolster and increase. I felt like the potency of my own aura and semblance increase.

I smiled, "Interesting." I thought for a moment, "Enchant: Suggestion."

Jaune stirred from his sleep slightly. So suggestion worked, I didn't know if it would since he was asleep. "Jaune from this point forward you will actively respect all decisions I make. Thinking they are the best decision. So if I ask for you to do something I want unquestionable loyalty to decisions."

 I paused, and decided to slap him. He fell backwards and his eyes looked around. "What happened? Did I fall asleep?"

I nodded, "I used my semblance to test you. I learned what your semblance is. Would you like to know or find out by yourself."

He blinked and asked, "Did you really learn what it was?""

I nodded again sitting back down. He started rubbing his face where I slapped him. "Am... Am I using it right now?"

I nodded and he seemed to notice my robotic nodding. So I gave him a smile and responded. "Yes technically you are, would you like a hint?"

jaune asked the obvious question, "Is it regeneration?"

I laughed, "No, it isn't regeneration."

Jaune asked for his hint. So I gave him one, "It can only truly activate when used on another person."

Jaune paused and his face was one of surprise and he asked. "Do I have the ability to heal people?"

I laughed, "In a way, your semblance is to amplify another person's aura and semblance. Boosting another person's aura is in a way healing them. I will actually talk to Glynda about training your semblance. It's application is beyond what you might imagine."

Jaune rubbed the back of his neck, "That's good. Is there anything else?"

I thought about things slightly, "I know you have low self-esteem Jaune. Don't worry about such trivial things. Just remember to stick up for your friends. Forget about Cardin earlier when he was eavesdropping, I'll handle it when the time comes. Act as if you never saw him there."

Jaune nodded confidently despite the clear deceptiveness of my statement. So the suggestion enchantment was working perfectly. I waved him out of the classroom. "Go spend some time with your friends. You have something to brag about."

Jaune walked out of the classroom with his head held up high. I smirked happy with the results.
