All it did was free up another time slot in the day for me to hit the gym as I could spar with the entire class every session and never get any better at combat. Cause lets face it. I have an encyclopedia of warfare burnt into my brain for all time, over a century of nonstop training and battle across multiple sci-fi, fantasy, and comic book universes, millennia of assimilated life experiences from various villains, and several years training under fuckmothering Thanos.

My opportunity to rebreak the ice with my team occurred when I encountered Nora during my trek up to the hall of iron.

"STOP!" I shouted at my ginger teammate and she barely managed to catch herself as she tripped on the treadmill.

"Who told you to do this?" I yelled at the affront before me.

"You did?" Nora asked in confusion as the mill spun between her spread out feet.

"I told you to jog?" I scoffed, "Never in my life have I ever told anyone to disgrace themself and good cardio exercise in such a way. Walk or run, never jog."

"Ummm?" Nora screwed up her eyebrows in visible confusion.

"Jogging is terrible for you!" I shouted, "The guy who popularized jogging died of a heart attack in his fifties. It would have been the Lord's justice for the charlatan to have been found by two smokers who would have had a good laugh about it."

"Maybe he just had a bad heart?" Nora offered diplomatically.

"Or maybe he dedicated his life to a shit exercise that has wrecked the bodies of numerous gullible people!" I countered heatedly, "Jogging has all the joint impact of running without the any of the high intensity pay off. It allows you to exercise for long periods like walking, but destroys your joints. If you want to perform steady state cardio on a treadmill then do this."

I lowered the speed of her treadmill down to a fast walk and raised the incline to fifteen percent.

"Walking on an incline of fifteen percent doubles the caloric burn and allows you to maintain an elevated heart rate without putting undo damage on your joints. Raise it up to thirty and it doubles again, but good luck staying on for long." I explained.

"Um. Thanks Jaune." Nora nodded.

"What are your goals for fitness?" I asked my teammate.

"I want a tiny waist and an ass so big that guys are afraid to stick it in my butt but at the same time can't help but want to stick it in my butt." Nora explained with a huge smile on her wistful face, "The kind of ass that bends light."

I bit my finger as tears came to my eyes, "The way you phrased that." I choked up as I reached out my hand as if to caress that light bending ass, "I can see it in my mind's eye… and it's so beautiful."

I nodded my head then grabbed her hips and pulled her up off the treadmill, "Entrust your body to me, girl. I will make that goal reality. No matter the cost."

"Okay!" Nora agreed with a big grin.

I took her up to the weight room and threw off my shirt and shorts revealing myself to her in my briefs and exposing my built quads, steel cable hamstrings, and fully developed glutes.

"Today you begin your journey to greatness." I told her, "Abandon all false teachings and dedicate yourself to the Iron Truth. It all begins right here, right now, reborn anew, with these weighted sleds."

I pointed to the sleds loaded with many forty five pound plates.

"We will push and pull this sled every day to warm up." I told her and assumed the position.

"I'm already pretty warmed up." Nora informed me but I ignored her.

"Like this!" I shouted as I focused on the drive, fully establishing my connection to the movement.

I took the sled and drove it to the other end of the gym, then took a rope and belt off it and strapped it around my hips and back pedaled it to the starting position.

After twenty minute Nora walked on shaky legs to the next exercise, split squats!

"Now don't worry about weight on this one just yet I explained as I loaded up two plates on each side of the wracked bar, "First let's just get you through the movement."

I stepped up under the weight, resting it across my traps and shifted my right leg forward and left leg back before I lowered myself down till cock and balls almost mashed up against the ground, my knee extending way over my toes.

"Hold for a three count." I told her as I paused the rep at the bottom of the motion, "Then drive back up."

I repped out the set then switched sides.

"This lift kills, building up muscle and joint strength. Improves single leg balance too. Opens up the hips." I told her.

Nora collapse after her set and I picked her up, "Come on. We got Nordic Curls next!"

"There's more!" she shrieked.

I looked her deeply into her green eyes and grinned, "So much more." then I slapped her ass, "And when we are done with the lower body we still have core and upper body to do. Might even have time for mobility training!"

"You're a monster." Nora groaned.

"If building a light bending ass was easy, everyone would have them." I told her then clenched up.

The flickering of the lights filled Nora with DETERMINATION.
