62 Chapter 59: The Final Act Pt5

Goku had changed into Mastered Ultra Instinct as him and Scarlet glared at Demigra, both of them ready to end this fight once and for all. However, Demigra was planning something that should help him end the two, before they could end him that is.

"Ultra instinct?" Demigra asked as he eventually realized what it was. "The power that the Gods themselves wish to have one day. And a Saiyan like yourself has that power."

Goku was silent, he didn't say anything else, Scarlet however lunged towards Demigra and gut punched him hard. She then grabbed him with her Nevermore talon and dug her nails into him again as she smashed him through what remaining time crystal's there were.

"Is this how you think you can beat me?" Demigra asked as he headbutts Scarlet in the forehead. "I'll kill you before you and Goku can even beat me!"

Scarlet took the pain as she grins, blood trickled down her forehead, she cocked her head back and slammed her forehead against his. Almost to the point of knocking herself out, she tossed Demigra as she flew towards him again.

Demigra smirked as he wrapped his tail around Scarlet's leg and flung her down. "Let's see if you can withstand this!" He shot dark magic at Scarlet as he cackled. "Become my puppet again!"

Scarlet yelled as her body started turning purple and her eyes glowed as well, purple aura surrounded her. A grin spreads across her face as she glanced up at Goku.

"Villainous mode Scarlet, now you can kill Son Goku." Demigra said. "Kill him, and then kill your wife!"

Scarlet didn't budge. She just floated there, glaring at Goku for a brief moment. Demigra glanced down at Scarlet, then it hit him. Goku had appeared right in front of him again. He kneed Demigra in the gut and slammed his elbow in the back of his neck, knocking him down towards Scarlet.

'Why isn't she obeying?' Demigra thought. 'She has to.... I didn't lose control of her.... What's going on?'

Scarlet turned her attention towards Demigra as she dashed towards her and roared loudly, she slashed at him as she tore some flesh off his body.

Demigra spat up blood as he glared at her. "How? How are you not under my control?"

Scarlet smirked. "It's simple.... Towa made me her puppet once, I still had control over myself. She wasn't pulling the strings. There are no strings attached to me..." She dashed towards him again and stabbed her horn through him. "Do it Goku!"

"You're insane. You'll die too!" Demigra barked. "You'll die along with me!"

"It's a risk I'm willing to take." Scarlet said with a devilish tone in her voice.

Goku had a small grin on his face. "KA...ME...HA.....ME..."

Demigra struggled and tried to push Scarlet away from him. "I can not die! Not by the likes of you two!"

Scarlet wrapped herself around him as she laughed. "You can't escape Demigra, not now. The fun is just starting!"

"HAAAAAAAAA!!!!!" Goku yelled loudly as he fired his Kamehameha blast down towards the two.

"NOOOO!" Demigra yells as him and Scarlet were engulfed by the blast.

Nightmare watched from her prison as she puts her hands over her mouth. ".....No..... Scarlet....."

Both of their bodies seemed to disappear within the blast as the blue light died down. Goku went back into base form as he flew down, The glass jar holding Kurumi shattered. There was no traces of Demigra anywhere.

"No... she's dead again..." Nightmare said.

Goku looked at her and crossed her arms tilting his head. "Hmm.... I don't know, why don't you tell her that?" He chuckled and smiled.

"Tell me what?" Scarlet asked as she was behind Nightmare. "I managed to stop time just around myself before I was turned to ash like Demigra. I had to chop my horn off to get away from him too."

Kurumi looked over at her, tears of joy streaming down the spirits face. "You idiot..." She went over to Scarlet and hugged her. "Don't you ever do that again.... Hear me?"

Goku laughed a little as he smiled widely. "Well, that's one pain down.... but we need to get out of here before this place starts closing in on itself. Take my hand, I should be able to teleport us out."

Scarlet nods as she held Nightmare's hand, and took Goku's hand as well. Goku used instant transmission to get the three of them out of the time rift dimension.

Natsu sniffed the air as he grins. "They're back." He looked over towards Tohka as he saw Goku, Scarlet and Nightmare appear. "You made it back just in time, we were about to leave and head back to our worlds."

Scarlet looked at Natsu as she let's go of Goku's and Kurumi's hands, she walked over to the dragon slayer. "I'll fight you any day dragon slayer, but the hell I've put you and everyone else through, I deserve a proper punishment for that. I had to do what I need to do.... To save Kurumi..."

Natsu's grin widen. "It's no problem we're rebuilding... of course I'm still a bit pissed off at you for killing Erza..."

Scarlet looked away as she rubs her arm. "Maybe.... There's one way the ones I killed can be brought back to life."

"The dragon balls." Goku said. "I don't know if it would work, considering that the flow of time and space is all screwed up. Using them to wish everyone you killed back to life will be a hard one on Shenron."

"Super Shenron might be able to do that, but we'd have to gather the Super Dragon Balls." Whis said as he was there to take Goku back to his world. "Of course, Lord Beerus won't be pleased knowing all this had happened." He glances at Scarlet. "And even Gran Zeno won't be pleased either, if word of this got out to Beerus and Zeno, then not only will the God of Destruction pay you a visit. But Zeno will erase your world completely as well as hers." He pointed at Kurumi.

Goku looked stumped as Whis had a good point. "Hmmm.... yeah that would be a bummer, I'd love to fight you myself without any distractions."

Scarlet smirks a bit. "I wouldn't even stand a chance against you Goku." She crossed her arms as she glanced around. "But I suppose we should return to where we came from. I for one can't stay here in Remnant... As much as I would love too, I've already got some hated people here in Remnant who rather not see me."

"Wait so you're going back to Tengu city with us?" Tohka asked. "You know that will just make the flow of time worse and everything."

"Says the spirit who wants a rematch at a eating contest." Scarlet said looking at her. "I have to, Kurumi's pregnant with our child, I can't just let her be a widow with a child."

Ruby came out of hiding as she over heard. "I-I think it would be nice.... I'm sure she needs you more, Remnant and everyone here hasn't forgiven you for the war you've caused...."

"Well then, with all that said." Whis said. "We shall return to our own worlds, but those who have been sent to other worlds where they don't belong, they will be in their own worlds as well... Consider it a gratitude for defeating Demigra, of course the memories you've made with those people who've been in your world will no longer be memories, just a dream."

Natsu cocks an eyebrow up. "So, remembering Ryuko will be a dream? Makes sense I guess."

"However." Whis said before leaving with Goku. "I will see to it that you Scarlet Rose, will get the chance to fight Natsu, Goku and the others. You will not be a mere dream to everyone."

Goku grins widely. "Awesome Whis! You're so cool, lets go find the Super Dragon Balls and have this all fixed!"

Natsu smirked. "Fair enough, see ya around Scarlet. Don't cause any trouble for your wife. And don't make her cry, a family should treat each other with respect."

After Goku, Natsu, Wendy and Alucard had went back to their worlds. Scarlet was about to leave with Tohka and Kurumi, but Ruby stood in the way for a small moment.

"Ruby what are you doing? Move." Qrow said. "Let her leave..."

Ruby looked at her as clinches her fist a little. "I know you're my clone created to take my sliver eyes and kill me, But.... You've got your own family now to look after.... Maybe if we ere on different terms... You could've been a wonderful sister to me and Yang.... But Yang's gone... You killed her..." She started crying as tears went down her face.

Scarlet looked away as she lets out a sigh. "I'm sorry Ruby, it's just part of my nature.... I'm a Grimm after all. This new form of mine, I got it from absorbing my mother... I can't turn back to my normal form, even if I tried." She walked past Ruby as she bumps her shoulder against hers. "You should be glad that you and the others won't have to deal with Salem anymore."

Ruby turned around slightly as she watched Scarlet disappear. "She's gone now...." She looks at Qrow. "We should go tell Oz... I mean Oscar that Ozpin doesn't have to worry about Salem anymore."

Qrow looked at his flask and tossed it. "Sure, I'm going to quit drinking as well. I've had enough bag luck."

In Tengu City, Tohka and the other spirits seemed a bit happy to see Kurumi and Scarlet back, expect for Miku who didn't seem to thrilled. Scarlet noticed her reflection as she was her normal self again. "How?"

"It's simple." Kotori said. "You left this world like that.. Even if you did get a new form, it wouldn't be much use to us here."

Scarlet was silent as she saw Shido, she looked away as she glances at Kurumi who seemed much more pregnant than she had been before. Almost ready to deliver the package, her eyes widen a little. "A-Are you ready?"

Nightmare panted as she nods. "Y-Yeah.... the baby's ready to come..."

Several hours passed by as Kurumi had given birth to the child. A healthy baby girl, she looked a little like the both of them but she indeed had spirit powers, but it wasn't certain if she had Kurumi's spirit powers or not. But as Scarlet had put it, a Spirit Grimm girl.

Kotori was there oddly, but looked at the baby girl as she wiggles her finger over the child's head. "Coochie coochie coo~"

"Stop that." Scarlet said crossing her arms. "Why did you come with us anyway?"

Kotir looks at her and puffs her cheeks. "What? I can't tag along? I was curious that's all. What are you going to name her anyway?"

Kurumi smiled a little as she seemed like she hadn't had sleep for days. "....Any ideas Scarlet?"

Scarlet thinks as she closed her eyes. "How about.... Marigold?"

"Marigold? Who's last name will she be sharing? Yours or mine?" Kurumi asked.

Scarlet rubs her chin a little as she grins. "Marigold Tokisaki, it makes sense in a way. Since you still have your last name Kurumi."

"Well I'll just call her Marie Rose then." Kotori said. "If Marigold has spirit powers, we can't be certain she'll go berserk with them..."

Kurumi looked at Kotori as she lets out a small sigh to catch her breath. "....You want to put her under surveillance don't you?"

Kotori lightly nods her head with her arms crossed. "When she's the right age we will keep a close eye on her, if she happens to end up like you that is. Then we'll have to make sure she doesn't get out of hand." She closed her eyes as she smiled. "But, of course we won't do that right away, she's your daughter. You both need to be with her."

"I couldn't have said it better myself." Scarlet said glancing at the flame spirit. "If you had said it the other way I would've had to gobble yo up, just like before."

Kotor shivered as she backed away. "N-No I'm good, I rather not be your food again Scarlet."

Kurumi giggles as Scarlet smirked, she wrapped her arm around Kotori's neck and pulled the flame spirit into a hug. "Ha, gotcha there Kotori."

Marigold was being fed by Kurumi as she coos and rocks the baby girl to sleep humming one of Weiss' songs to her. Weiss' songs were a sell out in Tengu City since Scarlet may have had some of Weiss' songs on hand. Without telling the Schnee, but she should be glad that her songs were making her famous elsewhere that wasn't Remnant.

Laughter filled the room as Kotori tried pulling away from Scarlet but only caused them both to trip landing on the floor, Scarlet on top of Kotori as their lips touched. Kurumi glanced over and laughed more as Shido had walked in with Tohka. The small awkward silence filled the air as Shido clinched his fist, Scarlet got up and ran out of the room. Kotori blushed as she got up, and didn't expect that accident to happen, before she could say anything to Shido. He had already left the room to chase after Scarlet.

"Get back here Scarlet!" Shido barked chasing the Grimm girl through the hospital. "That was my sister you kissed!"

Scarlet snickered as she got to the roof and jumps off the roof. "Can't catch me now Shido!"

Shido stops half way as he threw his fist into the air and stops his feet, Kurumi saw Scarlet flying by the window of the hospital room. "Go on darling, we'll be here when you come back."
