Zephyr Clasmen finds himself in a forest one day in a body that is not his, with no memory of how he got there, only that he is in the world of a show he watched online, he pursues a peaceful life in the forest, slaying Grimm and surviving. But when his actions to the local Grimm population causes him to be noticed by a silver haired man with a scarf (*cough cough* Ozpin *cough cough*) he is captured and given a chance to live the life of a Huntsman in training. Now in the middle of the plot of RWBY, he must survive his harsh training at the hands of Ozpin and the other teachers at Beacon, and also try to get along with his new team. The blight of the forest

The Grimm or The creatures of Grimm are sort of the main antagonists of the human and Faunus races.

They come in a variety of forms and have a lot of abilities.

Some can fly with the help of bird-like forms, some have very hard armour with the help exoskeleton covered bug forms and some have immense speed and strength with a variety of otter forms.

The ones in front of me were all Beowolves, they were large, dark, werewolf-like Creatures of Grimm. Their behavior varies depending on age. Younger Beowolves do not act like normal wolves, lacking any sense of self-preservation. They relentlessly attack no matter how injured they are or how many of their pack members are slain. Older Beowolves gain a sense of self-preservation like normal wolves and eventually become more intelligent than them, observing their allies, retreating when needed and developing strategies for future encounters against Huntsmen and other threats.

Alpha Beowolves are a much more dangerous, armored version of the Beowolf. Alphas are easily capable of destroying a pair of Atlesian Knight-200 androids, literally ripping them apart.

Luckily there were no Alphas in the group of them that I can see, but what there was, was a group of people.

This wasn't the first time I'd seen people in this world, I had seen some younger people a few times, some were killing Grimm, I think these wer

Although I didn't know if any one had seen me before, I still tried my best at keeping away and out of sight, not that I was any good at that sort of stuff.

From what I had seen of the Grimm in this forest I knew from a glance that these were younger and more weaker Grimm, they had less of a sense of self and had not formed their flight or fight instincts yet. I had killed hundreds of Grimm in the forest, so much so that the local population of he villages near by had even formed a legend about me, and because of my kill count I knew a lot about how they behaved.

I had stalked Grimm before and I knew how they acted and even how their mind worked, at least to some degree.

As I sit on top of the hill watching the Huntsmen and Huntresses fight off the Grimm, I started to notice something.

The huntsman we're losing.

They must have been out here for a few hours but it was evident by the bruises and cuts I could see on there bodies with my enhanced vision, that hey had been fighting since they entered the forest.

If they count defeat them now hey might as well be dead meat.

*sigh* as I let out a breath of air, I stood up and rushed forward towards the Grimm.

'why am I doing this, why am I doing this, why am I doing this, Why Am I Doing This!!!' I yelled in my mind as I rushed toward the fight.

_________(Trainee Huntress POV)_________

My name is Tracy Amber, I and my team were sent to investigate a recent decrease in Grimm around the Villages to the east.

We had been to all the villages and all of them had the same story.

A Monster.

It walked on two feet and killed Grimm with its bare hands.

It had white fur and black horns.

While the headmaster, Ozpin, said that we should be careful on this mission and to not let our guard down, I still had my doubts about this mission.

But it was evident by the time we made it to the place where the sightings were that everything we knew about his mission was false.

The Grimm were everywhere we went and we had been fighting for hours with minimal rest in between.

And now I was afraid that me as my friends would die.

But then.

I saw it.

It was as quick as the wind.

And as fearsome as the Grimm it killed in front of us.

It was the monster.
