~Third POV~

While Jack already obtained all the information about the abandoned Merlot Industry facility, he proceeded to take everything of value while leveling up his <Mechanical King> in the process taking everything he could.

When he was done Jack and Koro enter a certain room labeled on the screen pad in front of them with bemused expressions on their faces while Jack uses <Technopathy> easily enter inside by passing the metal security doors.

*Beep*

Opening the doors Jack was immediately disgusted to see the pile of corpses of Faunus and Grimm alike seeing all of their mangled bodies as he turned around throwing up his stomach at the sight.

"Agrg…!"

Releasing the contents of his food Koromaru quickly turned back behind his master while Jack began to cover his mouth and nose but not before cleaning himself first seeing the sights.

Bodies mutilated beyond repair with fly's all around them their blood dried up red and green seen with bones sticking out from their bodies, skulls destroyed, and even the faces of those on the floor with the black coloring of rotten flesh making Jack double take viewing it.

Seeing this shook Jack at whatever happened to those people…

However, despite everything inside the room Jack began to glance carefully at the body before his eyes widen while he used his <Observe> on the bodies of corpses, "What…? No… all of these people were humans and Faunus but…"

What Jack saw clearly was the bone parts sticking out from the pile of bodies from them seeing a majority of black color to them, but few have noticeable Grimm bones on them with green blood out of the pores of their own bodies.

Carefully glancing around the place using his <Coat of Ice> to cover his mouth and smell he soon gave Koromaru an order, "Koromaru make sure to guard the entrance. Leave it to me to search inside the contents of this place. Can you do that little buddy?"

"W-hmm… woof…"

Koromaru agreed although with a bit more time to consider with Jack accepting it guarding and activating his <Shadow Control> making the shadows inside to life.

Seeing that Koromaru agreed Jack views the blue screens using <Observe> on the corpses to see what happened to them.

Each screen contained was all the same answers that Jack immediately got viewing the dead bodies rotting while thinking to himself, 'It is what I thought… Human and Faunus Experimentations… That crazy old quack was experimenting with people's lives with Grimm. I knew he was crazy to become God controlling them but this…?'

Clenching his fist together seeing a man that deserves death Jack calmed down getting his emotions together and viewing the place before taking his time to look, "No. I can't get angry in a Grimm-infested place. I have to see what happened here and see what else this room has to offer."

"Whew…"

Shaken by what he saw Jack began to take a deep breath calming his nerves and fears seeing the faces of the corpses that stayed with them screaming with their eyes bloodshot with green goo inside them.

It unnerved Jack seeing this many dead bodies making him shake like a leaf…

Taking the moment to look seeing more of the bodies smelled of death with each step looking more with bodies filled with more death and abominations in each step glancing at the liquid and carefully avoiding the green liquid.

Upon looking around and seeing the bodies moving around Jack found a terminal taking the moment to look depending to view it inside but hesitated to do, so before talking to himself over it, "Should I… but then what about…"

Taking a moment of silence Jack glanced at the remaining corpses behind him before reluctantly sighing activating his <Technopathy> to search the terminal about what exactly happened inside what seemed to be an experiment room.

*Shiii*

His aura entered inside the terminal he began to scan through everything as his <Hacking Mastery> activated hacking everything about the data formerly inside soon his head was filled with disgust at the inhumane experiments he was reading the info through his head.

He soon regrated it as he stopped briefly turning around throwing up the pics entering his head falling down on all fours and witnessing so many horrors, "Argh! Cough! So… so much blood… so much, bodies… they were testing them while alive… my god…"

Taking a moment to calm himself down witnessing the horrors that could be best described as hell for those test subjects forced to be like animals for Merlot to play with. Pics of needles entering the body eyes, skin, mouth, etc. entered his mind.

Another replaying dissecting one of the Hybrid Grimm alive to see screaming to stop with how Merlot wanted to see what makes them tick making Jack hate Merlot with murderous intent but his eyes with horror, "What that monster did… no even monster is putting it lightly… scum more like it... he had the authority keeping this a secret in the name of science… I'll fuckin kill that bastard!"

Standing up again filled with renewed energy he began to force himself to hack the terminal passing through the date with each file entering his head fueling his disgust for Dr. Merlot more and more.

Going through them he figured out as much as Jack thought that the people used in the experiment were orphans that no one noticed taken in only to be quickly used up for their or specifically by Merlot to figure out how to proceed with controlling Grimm or fusing with people in his words making them better.

Disgusted was expressed in Jack's face and eyes viewing and reading the contents of Merlot's experiments but then paused in shock while finding out one thing, "What! Merlot managed to obtain a set of Silver Eyes!"

Jack's eyes widen viewing this after his <Technopathy> found out that Merlot was a person of interest collecting people or simply the Silver Eyes or the people themselves in the facility within the very room he was in.

Stopping a bit then continuing to review where it was located, he began to see where the room was located opening a secret compartment with a handprint lock pad.

Placing his hand over the pad using his Aura entering inside the pad thanks to his <Technopathy> skill allowed him to enter by passing its security when it finally opened up making Jack express in horror at the scene, "This heartless bastard… how many Silver Eyed Warriors have this bastard captured… how many have died for his cause…"

Opening the compact showed all the contents of the Silver Eyes but wrong…

Each eye contained was corrupted with Grimm bones sticking out of them and even some head jars inside. While the other jars contained heard some adults, teens, kids, or babies filled inside making Jack's stomach feel wrong seeing normal everyday people turned into animals…

Lab rats even…

Jack's eyes were shadowed as tears fell down his face morning these people, he never knew but could only respond in sorrow seeing this, "These… these people have never been mentioned in-game or show… but…"

*Splash*

Tears began to roll from his eyes down on his face seeing all of this madness from one man as he began to mourn for them when no one else would, "These were normal people… just everyone like Ren, Nora, Weiss, Blake, and Ruby... They didn't deserve this… They might've had family mourning for them or died… Damn it… what the hell is wrong with this world…"

Stopping himself from getting scared or depressed any further he began when the reality finally settled on him, "Nothing is like what the show depicts this to be in reality… no. I should stop thinking this is a show. This is my reality now… I thought life is a game but now..."

Cleaning himself up realizing the seriousness of the situation he was in he closed the compartment not wanting to see them anymore as the sight of them clearly affected his head making one driving point clear to him.

Life was a game.

Shaking his head beginning to leave the room with Koromaru following suit Jack glanced one look at the room before shedding a tear at the loss of life while gritting his teeth, "Everyone… I will at least promise you that your lives weren't for this. I hope to give you all closure when I send the good Doctor to meet you in the afterlife."

Walking around leaving the room the two decided to return to the MRO room…

~Jack POV~

*Beep*

Entering the MRO room I began to finally see the reconstruction of my own Bullhead completely outfitted with the latest models even more outdated than this place has.

Going inside the Bullhead and taking control of it with Koromaru inside barking happily and running around inside I tried to operate it focusing my mind on what I saw out of my head…

Merlot…

He will pay for his crimes against humanity…

"Arf…?"

That was when Koro began to come to my side hugging his body against my leg realizing I might not be calm as I am with Koro making sure to see how I am…

Smiling at my dog I petted him on the head as he seems to enjoy it reassuring him, "Sorry boy. I was just deep thinking about some stuff. Thanks for being with me… I mean it."

"Arf! Woof!"

Koro nodded happily at this while I smirked at my dog keeping me safe. He really is such a good doggo.

Twitching my mouth a bit as a small energy field started to go around me then to the Bullhead, I suddenly feel like I'd known how to ride this airship like it was my whole life.

I wonder how this <Riding> skill will do?

Hearing the engine purr felt really cool for some reason as I couldn't but feel really calm riding a highly advanced vehicle.

If I use my <Aura Constructs> with my knowledge of how to use this Bullhead perfectly thanks to <Mechanical King> giving me all the blueprints needed would I be able to ride for a very long time before I run out of Aura?

Lifting off the Bullhead I smirked with Koro coming to the driver seat having on a headset acting like my co-piolet while I laugh at my dog's attempt, "Haha! Sorry, Koro but you look a bit young to be flying with me. But good attempt boy."

"Woof!"

Barking that I will take in his agreement we began to lift off immediately opening the hanger to the –

Oh right…

I knew I forgot something.

"Roar…!"

Grimm.

When the hanger to the outside started to open up Koro already used his semblance <Shadow Control> to fend off the Grimm using his solidified shadows as they charge in biting the Grimm off in the process while they crash down on the floor.

Sadly enough some of the Grimm began to tear their way down using their claws from the Bewolves trying to destroy my ride while I growled in annoyance at them, "Oh hell no! No way I'm letting you destroy my ride…!"

*Shiii*

Using <Polarity> controlling the metal of the Bullhead without damaging the vital parts thanks to <Mechanical King> killing them off easily going for under their body parts and piercing them like skewer meats on a kabob.

*Pew*

Sooner or later more Grimm are starting to pour inside while we used our skills to knock them off till finally, we reached the outside surface.

With Grimm from all sides beginning to come after us I immediately began to force them out using <Telekinesis> forcing them off tumbling down a couple of them even dying from the mere height were at.

Ignoring the screen of the notifications for the time being I focused all my attention to the Nevermores coming after us knowing if I fought now would be bad leaving the Bullhead it would be the end for me.

This is the end…

"Pfft…! As if!"

Laughing at the danger in front of me I did remember something while the Nevermores circle around the Bullhead which just so happens to be above the Merlot Industry building where the Grimm finally came rushing.

"CAWWW….!"

All the Nevermores soon came to me as I glanced at the levels, they have using <Observe> on them.

There were a few of them that were certain I'm about to score some big EXP if I managed to live through this.

The only good thing about these Grimm is the damn fact that they are literally too dumb to realize what is going to happen.

Now that they are within range…

Time to go boom, boom.

Taking out my Scroll I began to activate the self-destruct bomb that Merlot Industry have when I remembered that was destroyed in the RWBY Eclipse Game.

*KABOOM*

A loud explosion occurred of the Merlot Industry building while using my <Riding> skill to avoid all the debris coming out like a James Bond movie defying physics.

Avoiding it all and probably causing an uproar I began to fly away from here while my precious Koro tucked inside my shirt cowering from the explosion while I couldn't help but say this out loud with pure joy!

"ART IS AN EXPLOSION!"

While I did so I managed to get some Level Ups in the process.

Some good old fashioned explosions surely cures crippling depression and fears.

All in all good day's work.
