Chapter 50: Black and White (4)
~Third POV~
Elsewhere in Vale Kingdom Ruby tries to find Blake throughout the town as she talks to herself sadly, "Where could you be Blake?"
"You mean the Faunus girl?"
"Ahh!"
Stepping back away from a stone stair Ruby used as a seat behind her a statue as she saw Penny suddenly appear out of nowhere as she spoke out surprised, "Where did you come from?!"
Ever slowly like an android, Penny glanced at Ruby's side as the girl herself began to speak out confused, "Wait, how did you know that?"
Penny answered with an easy answer to Ruby cheerfully, "Because of her cat ears. Our friend figured it out."
Ruby replied confused about the answer asking more questions as she mumbles, "Ears? Not a bow? And who figured it out?"
Penny continued to speak to Ruby keeping her cheerful tone as she spoke to Ruby, "I saw her with it off. Along with a Monkey and my new friend with her."
Ruby soon realizes what Penny meant she had many questions she wanted to know.
But her priorities of Blake came first to Ruby as she asked Penny a simple question… "Where?"

Elsewhere in another part of the Vale Kingdom with Yang and Weiss both looking to find Blake somewhere near a clocktower while both walked around searching Yang replied to Weiss harshly at the situation, "You don't care about her at all do you? I bet you are only pretending to be nice to my sister too. Like making stuff up about always wanting bunk beds."
When the two were searching through Vale alleyways Weiss stopped in front of Yang as she gets annoyed by this Yang demands an answer, "Why don't you say something?!"
Weiss had enough turns around to get up close to Yang's face as she finally speaks about her inner feelings to her about everything leading up to this point, "I don't know what to do! I couldn't become the leader, couldn't even get on Pyrrha's team, and one of my teammates is a Faunus!"
Yang continues to listen to Weiss's issues as she clasps her hands together as she is genuinely worried about her emotions, "Nothing is turned out right. Nothing is turning out the way I imagined it. I…"
"Ahh…!"
Weiss begins to cry down at the events of today as Yang was scratching the back of her head not knowing how to deal with the situation at hand, "Oh, come on."

Returning to the café after listening to Blake's story and bickering with the two boys they calmed down as they saw Blake smirk knowing the act to cool her off is done.
Blake unaware saw the two thumbs each other up.
Like that when they were done and began to sit down again Jack spoke out what was Blake's goal next already knowing the answer, "Then, what's your plan now?"
Blake replied to Jack as she said in a soft yet determined tone, "I want to find out who's behind these Dust Robberies."
It was then Sun who began to realize something as he spoke to the two catching their attention, "You know, someone was talking about it on the ship. A Schnee Dust Company freighter is bringing loads of Dust."
Blake raised her voice in with some doubt as she spoke, "You sure?"
Blake replied to Sun as he replied to her back with a serious expression on his face as he spoke to her, "To replace the ones stolen. The thieves must feel like the goods are being delivered straight to them."
"Hmm…"
Humming to this as Blake sits up Jack opened his mouth stopping her a bit as he spoke, "Then the best bet is the Vale Harbor or Docks the thieves will attack. But since we have time, I'm going to do a bit of exercise before this."
Sun raises his eyebrow at Jack as Blake heard the words Sun asked his new male friend, "Really dude? Working out at a time like this?"
Nodding his head Jack began to do his daily quest as he told Blake as he left the café leaving Sun with the bill, "Don't worry Blake you'll have Sun and I to help you out. I won't take a no as an answer. Catch around nighttime. Oh, and Sun thanks for paying the bill."
Like that Jack began to leave to do his daily quest preparing for the docks fight…
But Sun was quick to notice what Jack says in shock, "Wait… I'm paying!"

Amidst the chirping of crickets and the darkness of night, Blake lays flat on her stomach on the rooftop overlooking the shipment of Schnee Dust containers with Jack using his Scroll to zoom the area.
"Did I miss anything?"
Blake looked up as Sun drops down to her right with Jack on her left as she spoke, "Not really. They've offloaded the crates from the boat. Now they're just sitting there."
Sun holds out one of the green apples in his arms as he offered some, "Cool. I stole you some food, your majesty!"
Blake gave Sun a questioning look as she raised her eyebrow at him, "Do you always break the law without giving a second thought? And you're Majesty part?"
Taking a piece of the apple Jack began to chew it down as he seems to enjoy it Blake gives him a questioning look, "What? Chomp! Free food is free food. Stolen or not I have made good use of it. Chomp. Munch…"
Sun defensively countered at Blake as he spoke out, "Hey, weren't you in a cult or something?"
Only to soon regret it as Blake delivers an angry glare at him, "Okay, too soon!"
Finishing up the apple Jack returns to the spot as he used <Observe> on the area as a thought occurred to him, 'Hmm… I wonder if I can take a Bullhead from the White Fang members and start storing some inventory from them? I mean <Deep Pockets> allows me to store matter so long as I touch it in my hands. I could go for their weapons.'
*WOOSH*
The winds blow all around them, and they look up to see a Bullhead's searchlights flashing around for a landing spot, descending in the middle of the cargo containers and extending a ramp for a black hooded individual with a metallic fanged mask to come out of.
"Oh no..."
"Is that them?"
Blake staring at the bloody wolf on the back of the man's outfit replied an answer, "Yes... It's them."
White Fang Soldier to the other White Fang members coming from the aircraft, motioning with his rifle spoke to them, "All right, grab the tow cables!"
Sun glances at Blake as her eyes were filled with sadness as he spoke to her, "You really didn't think they were behind it, did you?"
Blake stared sadly at the scene as she closes her eyes in despair as she spoke out, "No. I think deep down I knew. I just didn't want to be right."
That was when she opened her eyes to hear a new voice speak out as the soldiers look up at Roman gesturing widely and coming down the ramp, "Hey! What's the holdup!? We're not exactly the most inconspicuous bunch of thieves at the moment, so why don't you animals try to pick up the pace?"
Blake stands up and unsheathes the Katana of Gambol Shroud before walking off the edge of the roof as she spoke to herself, "This isn't right. The White Fang would never work with a Human. Especially not one like that."
Sun spoke alarmed as Jack began to sneak out using his <Sneak> skill, "Hey, what are you doing?!"

~Jack POV~
Sneaking away from the scene a bit I see where this is heading as I began to go around to deal some major blow to Cinder and her plans.
Considering the fact now I got the chance to see people's stats and levels I began to take a close look at Roman's as I frown at what I'm seeing.
….
But it only made me believe that the levels of them aren't exactly accurate but more on the lines of strength and threat levels to the person I use <Observe> on.

His AGI stat is off the charts from the first time seeing it as I was honestly surprised but then again considering his more experienced than he lets on in the show as well as how cautious he was in Roman Holidays I guess that's a fair estimate of power and danger level.
Now the only thing left to do is thwart some plans and…

Right, I forgot that he has some beef with me because of his hat that I still keep in my <Deep Pockets>.
That was when I saw the scene of Blake capturing Roman by blade point as I see the actions she is causing, "No, you idiot! This isn't a leash! What the- Oh, for f- "
The White Fang soldiers ready their guns and equip their swords in response but Blake stops them in place, "Nobody moves!"
Roman quickly interjected as I narrowed my eyes with caution against Roman, "Whoa! Take it easy there, little lady."
As the White Fang closes in on her, Blake uses her free hand to go for her bow and remove it, causing the ribbon to fall away as her Faunus ears are shown to the world, "Brothers of the White Fang! Why are you aiding this scum?"
And this is where things get chaotic and fast.
But since I have time…

Better be careful though unlike the times before this will be extremely dangerous fortunately I have my Status Recovery at the ready to heal me up if things go south.
Hopefully, it doesn't come to that.
