Chapter 219: RWBY Prime—Hero from Another World (5)

~Jack POV~

After getting the go-ahead from Glynda to help out reclaiming Beacon Academy while she allowed us a place to stay for the night as I managed to finally get outside seeing Ruby and Penny waiting for us.

Ruby seeing us goes ahead in our direction starting up a conversation in her usual chipper tone, "Hey! Jack, did you manage to learn anything that happened here?"

Nodding at this getting Penny and Ruby to follow us to the place where Glynda told us to stay before we begin helping reclaim Beacon Academy as I talked to them, "Plenty. Maybe more since we managed to get Glynda on our side here after explaining well… everything to a degree."

I sensed the two emotions filled with shock, but I continued talking to the two along the way explaining the situation being bad right now here in Remnant.

/////

"And that's the difference here."

We finally finished talking about the differences in what happened here in Vale after the events of the Fall of Beacon explaining everything we knew as Ruby mumbles to herself in a bit of shock, "Wow… to hear that well… my counterpart is really trying to find out who caused this mess with remnants of Team JNPR. I can say that's something I would do but Yang…"

I frown seeing Ruby being sad like this but there's nothing I can do about that hearing that in this version of events happening Adam being alive managed to cut Yang's arm off making Ruby take the info in.

It's unbelievable really.

I mean to her and not me because I know the plot but it's still making Ruby digest the information.

Despite being a completely different person entirely she still recognizes her as her own sister and the pain along with knowing what happened to her because of the Fall of Beacon as Penny and Pyrrha took the news differently.

Learning that the Penny of this world was killed off by Pyrrha of this one could only take time to process of this speaking out sadly, "Cinder… she really gives me a really bad feeling. All the damage she has done and is running about freely destroying the Kingdoms. I'm really starting to hate her."

Pyrrha for her part was a bit more emotional learning that this world Pyrrha was dead by Cinder's hand no less chocking out a bit on a different matter, "Mom… what would my own mother state be in this world? Sniff… I can't imagine how much she's hurt learning how her own daughter died… this world really went a dark path after Salem pawn won?"

Nodding at that I also pointed out that they tried to attack Mistral over the rumors of news that Glynda gave us is accurate enough, "True. But don't forget that they also tried that again in the Mistral Kingdom getting a Relic from the Mistral Academy. But thankfully your guy's counterparts are still kicking ass fighting the good fight."

At that Ruby smiles at that speaking out and is that courage in her voice along with relief, "Yeah… me here is doing everything she can to help everyone but…"

Frowning at the next words coming out from Ruby's mouth she began to respond getting everyone here by surprise, "I wonder how me here is doing in this world? I mean the burden and mantle she feels and everything changing must be heavy for her… I know I would if I was in her shoes…"

Well, that was certainly mature of her.

But then again, we managed to handle those kinds of pressures before and pulled through the ones here though haven't had that kind of pressure or maturity to develop under stressful situations.

One is the RWBY Ice Queendom and the Starro Invasion for second forces us to mature at a young age.

Even so thanks to those experiences we grow a different path divergent from the ones in canon.

Smiling getting close to Ruby placing my hand over her shoulder and getting her eyes at me I merely responded in a genuine tone, "Maybe. But she has her friends by her side. And if they are anything like Ren, and Nora I know. They won't turn away when a friend is in need and their leader… Jaune Arc huh?"

Feeling somewhat lost as I actually forgot about the guy as Penny chimes into my words speaking out, "Right… in this world of Remnant you aren't the team leader of JNPR but an Arc instead. He must be well trained to have handled everything well – wait…"

And there we go…

They just remembered from Glynda's own words that their team leader of JNPR was a nobody that entered Beacon Academy through false transcripts making Pyrrha mad at that, "Right… because of him wanting to be a hero not training like everyone else… maybe things could've gone differently or maybe the self of this Remnant wouldn't have died making my own mother mourn. Maybe –"

*Pat*

Patting my hand over her shoulder sensing her emotions and wanting to vent at something over her mother as I responded back, "Pyrrha. Despite how he got in nothing was going to change. Remember that the Amber of this world was still in the Aura transfer machine to this world Pyrrha. I don't know what she has gone through but… well…"

Thinking for a bit longer in the end I couldn't find any words of comfort for her own worries or ideas in her head, "I guess there are no words I could say to describe what kind of life she has gone through but she's just as just and strong headed as you to the bitter end. Always thinking of others no matter what. Maybe, in the end, she managed to save her leader in the Fall of Beacon but… we can only respect her choice of what she made."

Pyrrha wanted to refute but in the end, bit her lips because she knows what I said was true.

She could turn away thinking of the possibility because, at the end of the day, the Fall of Beacon never happened to us to matter but still felt lost in the whole endeavor learning what happened wanting to do the right thing.

That was when we all turn our heads towards Penny's direction sounding resolute, "But still… at the end whatever happened here has happened. But we can make a difference to turn their darkest of nights into the brightest of days. Together we can help rebuild the new CCT for Remnant to be united again."

Smirking at her I nodded and responded to their positivity of bringing hope to this dark world where living in, "Right. No matter what. By the end of our vacation here how about adding saving Remnant twice in another world to our resume of good deeds? Hehe."

The three of them laughed as Ruby chuckled at my joke considering we are all gung-ho about saving this Remnant communication dark age right away.

And honestly?

I really needed this break without having to worry about the small stuff back in Remnant.

All we could do is just wait for Glynda to give us the go-ahead and if not because of the Vale Council cowards…

Traitorous cowards dealing like a Lionheart situation all over again when I met one in <Stop Time> along with <Soul Archive> and already I dislike them.

When the fall happened Salem struck gold with them as they wanted safety from the attacks and keep doing everything they could to stall the repairs for CCT but the people of Vale are getting restless about their inaction to do anything.

Well…

We can just do this the old fashion way.

We are doing things our way.

Chaotic anarchy with a nice side of cyber terrorism.

But just to be sure…

Opening up my Scroll and activating my magic of technology I have a feeling some fools are going to shoot themselves in the foot.

We just need to use a little motivation here and <Orders> there for incitement and we have ourselves a good old fashion revolution demand.

Time to play.

/////

~Third POV~

"I'm sorry Headmistress Goodwitch but denied."

Gritting her teeth hearing the news of talking to the Vale Council members voting of having someone to help rebuild the CCT only to be directly denied in front of her face through the Scroll video chat.

She volunteered to give the Vale Council Members to begin reclaiming Beacon Academy piece by piece again was working but soon denied the chance of actual construction being possible by those seats in power.

One of the members explained being quite worried in their voice out of concern, "While we would've liked to Headmistress… we can't in goodwill do so. Atlas has attacked our Kingdom and has stockpiled the Dust. We fear what happens when they realize communications are back online again. We have to prepare for the worst of what's going to occur or worst…"

Glynda could only grit her teeth listening to the Council Members of the words being heard voicing out her own concerns reconnecting the people of Remnant, "I know… but we need this communication back online to reestablish the connection to the world. We need this badly –"

"Headmistress."

A cold steel tone from one of the Council Members spoke out in an uncaring tone to Glynda gripping her fist, "We know this is important… but till we can know when it's safe to reestablish connections without the fear of war ahead of us… we do this for the better of Remnant. The betterment of the Vale –"

"Cowards."

One word seemed to stop everyone in their tracks as a Future Foundation insignia soon appeared on the hologram screens with Jack speaking out, "Cowards. Traitors. Bitches. Cunts. Bastiches. Dickless bastards. Sluts and Manwhores alike. Ignorant fools. Idiots of the highest degree."

One of the Vale Council members didn't take it clearly well about being mocked by Jack calling out on them, "You! You would dare disrespect us members of –"

Jack is childish towards the Vale Council Members grinning behind the insignia like a mad smile interrupting them, "Hey! This is only for adults talk only bitch! You would dare not let the people of Remnant be reestablished all because you little old folks are too scared to try? For fuck's sake you guys are cowards."

One of the Council Members clearly not being liked or mocked about glaring down at the person behind the Insignia of the Future Foundation, "You… would it be safe to assume that you are the one to cause the Fall of Beacon helping the mastermind…"

Glynda's eyes widen hearing the accusation but didn't expect Jack from the other end to respond back with a laugh.

"AHAHAHA!"

Laughing loudly like he found the joke funny Jack replied with a cruel reply to the Council Members of Vale, "Nope. But the good attempt at humor old man. But no. I'm the guy that's going to do the impossible into a possibility. I'm going over and rebuilding the CCT reconnecting Remnant whole once more."

However, one of the Council Members merely snorted with Glynda only watching from the sidelines, "Tch. Do you think you are the capable head of rebuilding CCT? HA! Don't be a fool only those of Atlas' brilliant minds could do something about –"

Snorting interrupting the Council Member's response Jack responded making the one he interrupted angry, "Yawn~ You old folks are too old. Not bold or brave. Do you want to keep everyone in the dark without having to reconnect all because you fear a fight with another Kingdom? You old fools are idiots to deny the chance to help everyone reconnect to each other again. You would even dare to deny the people a chance to talk or reconnect with everyone again out of your silly fears?"

One of the Council Members outburst at Jack's response with a growl in their voice, "Grr… Of course, that was our choice! We do this for the betterment of our Vale Kingdom! We do this by the will of the people who are you to try and help these people!"

An arrogant tone came out with Glynda heard noises outside making her see the outside with people starting to cause an uproar Jack responded using <Orders> in the process, "Oh? Really? In that case how about EVERYONE in the Vale Kingdom has a piece to say? I mean all of this is being televised right now and 'the will of the people sure aren't too happy with you'."

"WHAT!!"

The Council Members of Vale soon saw an uproar of people coming about declaring the chance to get the CCT fixed with a chance of it working thanks to Glynda's words of it being an actual chance but the Council Members denying it only makes them look bad.

Glynda for her part was shocked seeing this many people but somehow knew who was responsible for this ploy immediately, 'Did… did Jack predict such an outcome would happen and use this method to help me get the go-ahead to get Remnant back together?'

A slight smirk soon appeared on her lips beginning to pressure the Vale Council Members wanting results, "You have heard it very clearly Council Members… the will of the people want the CCT fixed. And fixed it will be once the team and members are chosen for the job. Or would you rather face the crowd's wrath instead?"

The Vale Council Members could only bite their own lips at the sudden development as Pyrrha, Ruby, and Penny were shocked at how everything is being played into Jack's own hands.

And Jack counted that fact if the people in power were to try to keep their power in place with Jack responding to everyone in Vale bringing out the response using <Orders>, "Now people of Vale I promise that I will bring back the connections of Remnant once more! No more we will be left in the dark! Those fools that hold their seat would rather keep us in the dark than the light! We won't be silenced! We shall have the right to talk and do what's right! Believe it!"

"YEAH!"

Loud yelling of agreement could be heard as Jack merely smiled at all this is causing as the Vale Council Members were biting their mouths shut with him thinking, 'Checkmate bastards. I already won the first step now to unite everyone is coming.'
