Avoiding attacks in the ruins of his Headmaster's Office Ozpin was a bit busy dealing with Hazel suddenly crashing inside the Bullhead wanting the chance to kill Ozpin for letting young people like his sister Gretchen Rainart.
After fighting for a while Hazel finally growls having enough of Ozpin dodging and talking to himself in silent anger within his voice, "No more Gretchen's, Ozpin... no more."
Ozpin carefully views the man crash landing a Bullhead to his Headmaster's Office with a sad expression on his face speaking to Hazel as he hardens his stern glare at him, "I know that I have done many mistakes in the past… possibly even you sir but… I have my duty as a Headmaster to protect my students from the monsters you brought to my Kingdom."
Hazel discards his vest and produces a large Dust crystal as He embeds crystal after crystal of various types into his shoulders: ice, fire, lightning, earth, and wind. Each sends tracks of glowing energy out under his skin, and his eyes start to glow from the power he is channeling growling at Ozpin, "There won't be next time when I'm done with you Ozpin… IT'S TIME TO FACE YOUR SINS!!!"

Lightning danced around Hazel's body rushing to punch the living days out of Ozpin with him widening the speed but reacting accordingly.
Avoiding Lightning Dust-powered punches with the Eye of Grimm enhances his power dramatically having a fighting chance against Ozpin as he frowns remembering the man in front of him distraught looking at him to vent all his anger.
Moving aside with each blow of Hazel Lightning Dust punches directed at Ozpin growling enraged with him speaking to Hazel, "Gretchen Rainart… I have no words to please you or comfort you of your loss – "

Moving aside in a second Hazel punched with an ice punch freezing the spot where he punched getting more enraged by Ozpin speaking of his sister, "You don't even deserve to speak her name! For all the children following your ideals and promise… you only send them all to an early grave!"

Slamming his fist down on the floor causing a spider web crater where his fist impacted against the floor with Lightning Dust empowering to cause a shockwave attack releasing electricity on the floor and forcing Ozpin to jump upholding his The Long Memory cane.

Moved his fist forward with a Fire Dust-empowered punch releasing a flying fire punch in Ozpin's direction using his own Aura to create a forcefield impacting him taking the hit and forcing back to the nearby wall still withholding on having Ozpin focus his attention on Hazel with narrowed eyes.
Ozpin merely allowed Hazel to attack caught him off guard and with the Eye of Grimm around Hazel's neck empowering him he responds in a neutral tone to Hazel, "Mister Rainart… while I'm saddened that you have chosen this path of destruction your sister would be ashamed of what you become."
Hazel clenches his fist hearing that summoning up his anger and determination. Hazel sets his fists ablaze, settling into a boxer's stance and yelling at Ozpin, "I'm doing what Gretchen would have done!"

Ozpin gathers his magic, sending it at Hazel in short bursts to save up his magic supply as much as possible all at aiming the Eye of Grimm would make it Ozpin's win which Hazel is very aware the only reason his standing is because of the magic artifact Salem gave him.
*Zzzz*
He uses Lightning Dust to augment his speed, weaving and dodging between them, then sends a barrage of fireballs at Ozpin.

Ozpin easily dodges them with some maneuvers, and he returns a spread of magic beams at Hazel way.

Hazel dodges, before slamming Wind Dust at his feet. The resulting burst of air launches him toward Ozpin with his back to the corner.
*Creee*

Hazel then combines the Dust between his palms, creating an oversized ball of rock, fire, and lightning, which he slams into Ozpin forcing him to act using his forcefield to defend himself from the attack.
*THUD*
A loud clash was heard as Ozpin keeps his guard up but Hazel doesn't stop as he tries knocking to the ground the forcefield and bashes the forcefield with all his might continuing to hit the forcefield with all of his strength.

Slamming his fists into the forcefield madly trying to get to Ozpin seeing the anger clouding his judgment him yelling at him making Ozpin feel the sadness of Hazel's current state, "OZPIN!! YOU WILL PAY! YOU HEAR?!! OZPIN!! OZPIN!!! YOU WILL FACE THE CONSEQUENCES!!! YOU WILL PAY!!!"
"Enough…"
Ozpin had enough with a stern expression on his face with his face saying his done with this shit, "Enough… I have people to protect not look back at past mistakes. I have made many over the generations… but now…. Now I have the chance that hopes to really end this once and for all."

Gathering his magic in the palm of his hand along fusing it with aura to fuel the next attack smirked recalling Jack Night manipulating his Aura, "Heh. Mister Nights is still a long way in perfecting the art of manipulating aura. After all, in my past life, I invented manipulating aura. Now…"
Raising his palm at Hazel releasing the forcefield Ozpin frowning apologizing to Hazel coming down, "I'm sorry."

Like that a small concentrated beam of emission pierced through Hazel's heart with the blowback throwing his body outside fall down at the height of Beacon Academy with a loud sounding splat heard making Ozpin flinch.
*SPLAT*
Hearing the loud splat sound looking below and seeing the destroyed splat body of Hazel he could only sigh but soon sees a giant Grimm Gigantis in the distance making him frown then his eyes landed on his trusted weapon The Long Memory.
The Long Memory is Ozma's current weapon of choice and is most well-known for belonging to himself. The Long Memory has been wielded by Ozma in countless incarnations after he stopped using his Staff.
It has the ability to store kinetic energy, which can later be used to release immense magical power.
*Beep*
Hearing his Scroll ringing out reading the contents from Ironwood's words about the new giant Mutant Grimm at the distance what it's capable of before realizing what he needs to do, "That Grimm can't be allowed to roam around. Guess I still need to do my part once more again. I just hope the next reincarnation does better than I have."

Then he receives another beeping sound seeing three people manage to enter the vault making him frown but smile seeing Cinder and crew come inside, "To think there would be a day when the Relic of Choice would be soundly safe with someone else not in the vault. And mister Nights saving Amber made sure no info would reveal that she escaped. I can trust the younger generation with all they have and hopefully, my next reincarnation would be the last to face Salem."
Having a stern expression on his face Ozpin began to deal with the giant Grimm Gigantis in the distance holding his The Long Memory quickly finding a normal Nevermore and began to manipulate it using his magic to take it for a ride to where the Gigantis is located at while seeing the fight below him…

Frozen in place with everything ahead along with everything else being frozen Jack soon appeared in frozen time gazing at the Gigantis Grimm in the distance he could only sigh seeing Ozpin already leaving.
A bitter feeling of disappointment was seen across his face yet no one was there to see what he has done.
Gritting his teeth and brushing off the tears focusing his tired eyes on his next objective.
Jack could only think to himself gazing at his hand frowning bitterly at the choice he made frozen in time, 'I'm sorry Ozpin but… I needed you to believe this was the last call. The 'right' choice as it were. With the way my body is going to shut down soon and more wasting time… this was the only option I see where I can save those that I love while the majority survive.'
"Pant… sigh…."
Using <Time Stop> along with <Mind Control> with <Soul Archive> messing with Ozpin's aura, mind, and soul subconscious along with the fact Jack voiced out the idea of sacrificing himself while using EVERYTHING his cane had through lifetimes was the better choice.
Panting heavily feeling the strain of his body using <Time Stop> he hurried along to where Weiss and Blake were already straining his tired body as it is…

In the Beacon vault, an elevator opens up to reveal Cinder, Emerald, and Mercury. The three immediately sprint out of the elevator and down the corridor.
Finally seeing the Aura transfer machine, Cinder stops in her tracks, gazing wide-eyed at the strange contraption and the lack comatose girl inside making her grit her teeth, "Where… is… the… FALL MAIDEN!!"

Cinder's half-Fall Maiden power activated clearly enraged seeing that Amber the current Fall Maiden is gone causing her to roar out in rage, "AHHH! Where is the Fall Maiden she was supposed to be here?! I fucking saw her during the Vytal Festival and felt her magic signature of a Maiden here! So where – "

A screeching pain hissed through Cinder blinded by a Silver Light causing her Grimm parts of her to kill off and their Eye of Grimm to taken off immediately Cinder momentarily taken by surprise tried to attack back but…
"Pause."
The three of them all paused in place when another C. Jack comes out from the shadows coming out with his skills <Silver Eyes> and <Orders> used walking towards a defenseless Cinder coming towards her first whispering to her ear, "This… all the madness you did today… you just made me many times stronger than you ever will be. As thanks for creating such a monster like me…"

Instantly cutting off her head Emerald and Mercury realized as they pant seeing how easily Jack killed their leader like nothing as he responds to them, "I took out your boss. As of now, I own you two. You are very lucky that I'm in need of your assistance and have no face reveals of you two actively part of this. So… I give you two a choice…"
Emerald was angry seeing Cinder her savior die, despite how insane she was cause making the Heroes of Remnant an enemy as well as the whole entire Kingdom of Vale but recalling the fear that Jack installed into her of how easily they could die she could only swallow her own spit.
Mercury seeing how easily he dealt with Cinder knew he was outmatched and was fortunate that Jack was looking to hire them rather than kill them on-site.
C. Jack using <Telepathy> to read their thoughts responds to their choices given taking care of any video recordings, "One you have the choice to help control the Criminal Underground listening to my subordinate Roman and act as my limbs in the criminal underworld… or option two you die here and now. Choose wisely?"
The two immediately agreed out of fear of dying like how he did with Cinder as their will to live is stronger than loyalty, "Yes! /Of course!"
Hearing the responses opening up a portal to Neo location sending a text to Neo ahead of time using <Kindred Link>, "Good… I hope to earn both of your loyalty in the future."
The two could only nod as they enter the portal with Jack messing with the videos camera silently returning to the shadows to gather more EXP from the invasion while other fights are happening around the Vale Kingdom.
