Inside my private island, while everyone was asleep, I began to work on this project in secret with 2B helping along every step to carefully create this dangerous weapon.
With each step taken into consideration and the weapon mechanics and gear mechanisms used to create this weapon of mass destruction when Salem little possie decides to attack during the Vytal Festival.
This secret weapon I made sure no one had access to.
While working on the trigger with careful precision I heard 2B talking to me through an earpiece in my ear to talk, "Sir finally created the chamber needed for the chemical reaction of atoms to ignite. But pardon me for asking why we are creating such a weapon of mass destruction?"
Hearing her question I replied with an honest response to 2B's question while I work on the weapon, "Simple. When Salem attacks, I want to drive her back from using Grimm to respond and create another attack. This little beauty is going to help guarantee she along with her group is sent back a few years' time. Or at least a few weeks or months at best."
Yup.
When Salem attacks, I plan to bomb her homefield with good old fashion American style.

Grinning at the idea of creating the Atomic bomb and bombing Salem's home does put a smile on my face when she reacts to losing her Grimm to the radiation along with a few hydrogen bombs in the process.

Stopping my work for the moment I took the moment to gaze on the final product of my variation of the Power Ring from Jessica Cruz's own Green Lantern Ring with some edits I made for it.

Smiling contently at my new Power Ring on my finger I can safely give out copies to my girls now with no worries or fear of anyone wanting to harm them plus acts like a personal inventory for them.
This will be the perfect gift for them and the wedding gift for Ren and Nora when they finally hook up.

Going over to the terminal I have reconstructed my original masterpiece adding more advances with 2B speaking to me, "Sir I can't help but ask this once more… why are you creating another mechanical monster again?"
Turning my attention to 2B with a defeated shaking head motion I replied to 2B in an excited tone, "2B I'm merely improving the original. After Kiryu's destruction, it was hard to recreate another without the funds. Yet thanks to the Future Foundation funds and resources I managed to get back small pieces back and start rebuilding Kiryu 2.0 with better functions and boss-level transformation."
I mean I'm fighting a giant monster again in the form of a dragon or Wyvern might as well get another on our side to fight it.
Although I'm kind of tempted to call the Justice League as a last call of defense since we can still call them back to Remnant.
Hmm…
Maybe it wouldn't be a bad idea to get Clark, Diana, Bruce, and the rest back to Remnant when the Fall of Beacon happens, I can at least be reassured that more people will be saved or if Salem has a surprise on her side.

Plus, those guys could really change the tides and miss home.
I'll consider calling them tomorrow if I should get them back here or not.
With everything happening around I wonder what will happen next in the Vytal Festival because I want to personally see some unexpected matches with Cinder and her crew out of the way, different fights will happen.
I can't wait to see the matchups!

~Third POV~
The next day for the Vytal Festival returning to today's matches this time was time for the Double Rounds with the Amity Colosseum's mountain biome being bombarded by several explosions all around the area.
In this matchup, it was when everyone was watching the fight with Penny and Ciel against Team CFVY Yatsuhashi and Fox.
*CLANG*
Yatsuhashi Daichi, Fulcrum in hand, is running from the mayhem before spinning around, ready to face his opponents, who turn out to be the familiar face of Penny Polendina and her beret-wearing teammate Ciel with their swords clashing causing sparks to fly.
*Woosh*
With an ever-present smile and simple arm movements, she summons six floating swords from Floating Array and rears them back before launching them in a ring at Yatsuhashi, who barely manages to duck behind a rock to protect himself.
Wasting no time, Penny does the same thing with another group of blades, homing in on the other CFVY teammate Fox Alistair until he uses Sharp Retribution to vault over another stone for defense.
The two exchange a determined look at the sight of their rocks still pierced with multiple blades, and Penny grins in combat-ready fierceness as she looks to her partner, who simply taps her watch as if hurrying Penny up making the android roll her eyes.
Wasting no time, Penny raises her hands like a puppetmaster and uses the near-invisible strings attached to each hilt to lift the giant rocks up in the air, with the Yatsuhashi and Fox immediately backing off from the rock.
Bringing her arms down to her sides, the stones come crashing to the ground as well, leaving Penny's opponents to be pushed into the grass causing the two to back away.

In the stands, Jack cheers for Penny while voicing out his surprise seeing the fight between them and Team CFVY, "Go, Penny! Man… I didn't think her double rounds would be against Team CFVY, but it seems to me the two are down on their luck this time around."
Her swords come back to her pack as Pyrrha overhears Jack's words agreeing with a nod replying, "I agree. Penny seems to have actually improved a lot the last we met."
Nora and Ren also agreed to shake their heads with Ruby smiling near them happily for her friend, "Yeah! Go, Penny! She really came a long way from what we know right guys?"
Weiss, Yang, and Blake all agreed when they first recall Penny meeting her in the streets as a weird girl in the beginning but to be a friend when action called for it.
While Penny's friends cheer for her back in Atlas the Happy Huntresses along with Pietro all cheer for her win with Pietro voicing out the most, "Gooo! Go baby girl show them what for!"
Robyn chuckles seeing the mechanic while voicing out her own encouragement to Penny, "Come on robot girl! Show those pansy true Happy Huntresses are made of!"
Everyone around Robyn's group cheered on for their junior Happy Huntress in training for her win.

Returning to the battlefield Penny taking her time returning her out again with Yatsuhashi and Fox both nodding their heads in agreement.
*SHING*
"Arrrr!"
Yelling out loud with his Aura flickering placing it all in his Fulcrum Yatsuhashi released an <Aura Slash> using the remaining of his aura to unleash the attack with Fox rushing behind the attack waiting for Penny to dodge and strike all he can to force her a ring out.
Yet Penny didn't do any of the above dodgings.
Reading herself immediately in quick motion her swords circled around quickly and began to exist out a ball of compressed energy with Penny waving at them happily, "Really got to thank Jack for the new Aura Core always supplying me later. Sorry but I'm afraid I'm winning this Team CFVY. Let's fight again in the next Vytal Festival ok?"
*PEW*
*BOOM*
"Ahh!"
Like that Penny released a beam of concentrated aura energy breaking through the <Aura Slash> exploding in contact causing a dome of energy explosion and catching Fox and Yatsuhashi with it.
When the explosion finally settled down it finally revealed Fox and Yatsuhashi were defeated on the floor managing to get themselves defeated by Penny's overwhelming power in a direct confrontation like that.
Penny on her part had sheepishly looked embarrassed while apologizing to the two, "Hehe… Sorry about that. I can't really know my own strength you know, right? Hahaha…"
*BEEP*
Oobleck over the broadcaster's system soon announced the victors for the match, "And victory goes to Penny and Ciel of Atlas!"
Penny placed a fist in her palm and bowed in respect to her fallen foes, still smiling thanking them for the fight, "Thank you for a wonderful time."
The two victors turn to leave the stadium as Fox and Yatsuhashi feebly get up, only to get supported by their teammates Coco and Velvet helping them out with Coco speaking, "No worries we can get them next time."
Velvet shared her agreement with Coco speaking to Yatsuhashi in a kind tone, "No worries Yatsuhashi you can win next time by training. I believe in you."
The two boys in Team CFVY thanked Coco and Velvet for their words of compliments readied to the recovery room and ready to see the next match that is going to happen next with Yatsuhashi speaking, "Of course thank you Velvet. But I think the next match is going to be a really worthy treat to see. One doesn't get to see two heroes duking it out between each other."
Coco agreed as she voices out for the next match going to be very exciting speaking out, "Yup! The next one is going to be Team RWBY Vs. Team JNPR next. I wonder who will win?"
Each has their own opinions of what the next fight is going to be next regardless of what anyone would think the next one would be where all the attention is headings towards this double round.
They weren't the only ones to think so either since everyone is excited to see this match happening in the doubles round with everyone's eyes glued in anticipation of what was going to go down.
When Team RWBY and Team JNPR both heard of the next rounds they each planned how would they fight who but more so Team RWBY since they were going up against Jack Nights now known as the 'Jack of All Trades' and Pyrrha Nikos 'The Champion of Mistral' by the fans giving them some hard thoughts of how to counter them.
