With that statement, the shapeshifter left where it had been with Beowulf.

The damned shifter had left Beowulf with such turmoil in his mind. Now, Beowulf Sandulf was stuck to the ground after he'd heard that name come out of its mouth. Despite the disturbing sound and echo of its voice, hearing his mate's name gave him such a profound sensation. Warmth had spread through his body and there was a peace that accompanied it.

However, there was no way that Beowulf was sure that was his mate's name as he had never asked her for it. There had been no opportunity to. But there was something the mention of those names had done to him -- had done to his heart so every doubt went out the window the moment they came in that she was Yuri.
